The question is... Do we see a new 52-week High this week or does it take more time? :)
Keep in mind, if you look at the June S-1... Seems like most of that 2.7M is fairly locked up
1.25M available float seems realistic to me. But, just my opinion.
Canadian cross list news could drop any day. Plus, they announced retention of world-renowned expert Doctor in July and their 10-K talks about some back and forth with the FDA before that.
It's not unreasonable to assume progress has been made and that's why they retained a world-renowned expert. Right?
We've all witnessed a different STARTUP CBD company run to $1.5 Billion market cap (without current filings even!)... NXEN is better in EVERY WAY.
If NXEN ran to a crazy $1.5 Billion market cap, that's $33/share.
$15 to $20 isn't impossible at all for an OTC run.
Good luck to us all. NXEN FTW!
$NXEN has all the components of a runner stock:
- Medical Cannabis with Patents Filed
- Great Management Line-Up (Alain Bankier, Lindy Snider, Kevin McGovern from SoBe, etc.)
- 2.7M FLOAT and 44.5M O/S
- New Ticker as of 10/19/18
- Canadian cross list any day (PR from 8/22)
- Possible FDA related news soon (See PR from July and 10-K)

I was going to post to the "Low Float Stock Picks" board, but you have to be a Premium member to do so. *shrug*
Oh, well. It'll run either way. :)

Saw this ticker thanks to your Inner Circle. ;)
I'm definitely considering adding after reading an article on Seeking Alpha -- https://seekingalpha.com/news/3390852-maiden-holdings-slides-15-percent
Someone gobbled up over 2.4M shares since the drop -- so they know it's going back up. :)
Do you have any proof that he's a paid pumper? Surely there must be something in a 10-K or 10-Q you've found that lists somebody as a Consultant or something?
I can say AS A FACT that OwnTheFloat.com itself is not paid in any way, shape, or form. Why? Because I'm the creator & owner of OwnTheFloat.com.
I do NOT know the author you speak of personally, as I have never met him. He is/was simply a contributor writer who has clearly been involved with INMG since at least April 2017 as that was his first blog on my site.
P.S. The Children's Hospital charity stuff is a real passion based on a real life experience where I lost my daughter at 4 months of age.
Sorry for the late reply again.
I'm using Fidelity for my private placement import but TD*Ameritrade for everything else.
I just sent in my paperwork yesterday to exchange, but also added around 17,000 with an average of 0.36 in the last week or two.
I think Mark and the team have done well thus far, I just assume they're waiting on other things to be finalized before they speak too much.
Well, let me rephrase... Given the shareholders haven't heard a lot of real updates yet -- the Market Cap seems in-line. It's until after some big news drops that I expect $100M+ to be more reality.
Just thinking of CNBX, AXIM, and others that rose to those levels and hung around over $100M.
$NTVA with 2.7M float is worth a look, IMO.
- Good, successful management/directors
- Cannabinoid-based drugs/therapies
- Patent Application(s) filed
There's some good starter DD at:

2003 - 2010 - The roots of the establishment of the medical cannabis branch: In the year 2003, Dr. Yehuda Baruch was appointed as the manager of Abarbanel Hospital and in 2004 he issued the first approval for the development of medical cannabis in an Israeli home called Gil Luxenburg, In the framework of what was then defined as 'compassionate treatment'. Tzachi Cohen, later the owner of Tikkun Olam, receives approval from the Ministry of Health and the Israel Police to grow Cannabis plants for patients in his parents' home. After the number of patients holding cannabis licensees begins to grow significantly, it is the first time to establish companies that will grow cannabis. In 2007, Tikkun Olam is established and 2 joins other companies. In the year 2008, Boaz Wachtel and his partners initiated an orderly division of the medical cannabis at the Yaudi Center in Abarbanel. In 2010, the companies began to receive payment for the cannabis.

Friedland: Motion to Dismiss filed on 4/20/18
http://ownthefloat.com/index.php/2018/04/27/motion-to-dismiss-friedland-vs-sec-4-20-update/
Yes, sir. I've been watching and waiting to see if something is announced.
It won't surprise me.
My patience continues.
Yes, sir.
Since they're clearly waiting to update us until after their SEC Filing.. This is from their website: https://www.intivabiopharma.com/drug-development-projects
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
INTIVA has licensed the intellectual property, including various existing patent applications for the use of cannabinoids and terpenes for exposure to nerve agents.
INTIVA has filed five provisional patents with the United States Patent and Regulatory Office (USPTO), all related to its drug development projects, specifically the use of cannabinoid receptor modulators and/or terpenes to treat certain diseases or medical conditions.
Current Business Activities
INTIVA has initiated formulation work with an Illinois-based pharmaceutical laboratory for the formulation of its nerve agent product. The Company is also now proceeding with identifying the appropriate compounds for its myotonic and muscular diseases drug candidate.
Truth, Farmer. Truth.
Happy Easter.
Absolutely.
The future should be just as bright for NTVA once they get going.
This is absolutely a long term hold for me.
Considering the great team already built, I have no doubts NTVA will get a far better CEO. Hopefully one with a nice pharma or science background even.
For those who can't watch the video now, here are some good catalyst related quotes from Dr. Hirsch:
http://ownthefloat.com/index.php/2018/03/05/owcp-dr-stanley-hirsch-speaks-with-ceolive/
As much as I want to see NTVA run far and high... I think it's best he waits until the SEC filing is official and this thing gets going. I don't doubt he has some news to inform us of once the filing is done & accepted.
Hopefully that time comes ANY DAY.
Haha. "Pennyland". That's so 2016. ;)
I know not everybody wants to take the time to read an "entire PR", so as always, I decided to highlight the main keywords. :)
http://ownthefloat.com/index.php/2018/02/20/owcp-new-chief-scientific-officer-dr-yacoby-zeevi/
The actual patent attorney spoke to OwnTheFloat.com back in April to set the record straight:
http://ownthefloat.com/index.php/2017/04/12/owcp-the-truth-about-the-patent-process/
Lots of misinformation on iHub. I saw Joe Millionaire was kind enough to provide links, unlike others when they make claims of patents being rejected.
When I spoke to an actual USPTO Examiner, I was told it would likely take 18 - 24 months before a patent would be approved or rejected and at that point... Most patents are rejected on their first attempt due to needing to fine tune some wording.
Thanks Farmer! The facts are always important!
Look forward to hearing about the conference.
$OWCP: "Bullish for Wall St Conference & End of Q1"
http://ownthefloat.com/index.php/2018/02/17/owcp-bullish-for-wall-st-conference-and-end-of-q1/
I guess my thoughts were that they would release news when news is ready to be released -- whether there's a conference around the corner or not.
We all would have enjoyed some updates by now, but I find it easier to not expect news by a certain point. I've gone several days without even logging into my brokerage account and just waited for Google to tell me the closing price. I'm truly able to be patient with this. I clearly see there's a lot of people that are not and that's expected because many bought after the big run when they saw it as an opportunity to be part of another 500% run. That kind of disappointment happens all over the OTC and is another reminder that even OWCP shouldn't have run to $3.23 last year, as no specific OWCP news triggered it. I always suspected the ETF news only because CNBX and a few others had a very similar huge run on massive volume the exact same day.
But, that's neither here nor there.
I remain hopeful for near-future news because of the 8Ks and PRs since Dr. Hirsch's update letter back in September in addition to the Investor Presentation from November with the timeline and roadmap shown.
http://www.owcpharma.com/investors/
The roadmap on the presentation tells me they could be selling products via dispensaries and over-the-counter in states & countries where it's legal. But, if they keep moving towards 'Full Regulatory Pathway' (FDA and such), the GWPH-like Market Value would start to come in 2019 and beyond.
I still definitely think there's a good possibility that a JV / Royalty Sales deal could be in the works for the Topical Cream -- perhaps after the official Safety Study results are talked about.
Dr. Hirsch said in his update letter, "Further to the above report, we will, in general, provide broad guidance on our development timetables, but we will do this with due caution as the course of research and development is, by nature, uncertain – it is difficult to put a precise timeline on scientific studies."
Disclaimer:
I'm stating MY OPINION and I always encourage EVERYBODY who is holding or trying to decide when to sell to think for themselves. Read the company releases, their presentation & website, follow the links and truly decide for yourself. Never invest more than you can afford to lose -- no matter what. I had some retirement money in a REIT stock that had been solid for 30 years with a consistent dividend that had never decreased... Until it did a few years back. Share price went from an average of $9 to $5 today. Be smart, be careful. Don't simply take the opinion of others (myself included) and roll with it...
I still publicly say for the record -- I've been holding since October 2016 and have no definite time in my head for when I'll sell any shares. If we see a run that tests the current 52-week high again -- sure, I may need to sell a little because, well, LIFE costs money.
There's plenty of evidence they're doing actual research at Sheba in Israel.

"Friends of Sheba", which does check out as being part of Sheba, had been posting occasional articles related to OWCP -- One example: https://friendsofsheba.org/owc-pharmaceutical-research-corp-on-a-bull-run/
Australia wouldn't have went as far as GRANTING an Innovation Patent for "nothing" -- http://pericles.ipaustralia.gov.au/ols/auspat/applicationDetails.do?applicationNo=2015101908
I'll stop there because I know I'm wasting my time. Know what you own & believe who you want, folks. :)
Better yet, don't simply believe me either -- follow the links and decide for yourself.
-----------
The last time I posted something like this, somebody did their best to be dishonest, so I'll continue on with what I posted before:
Don't think "Friends of Sheba" is connected to Sheba Medical Center in Israel? Wrong. They're a non-profit "dedicated to raising awareness and philanthropic support" for Sheba in Israel. If you even go to https://donation.sheba.co.il/ (which is linked on the main https://eng.sheba.co.il/ website as "Donations"), you can scroll all the way to the bottom and see: "The "Friends of Sheba" groups around the world are dedicated to raise awareness and philanthropic support to enable the Sheba Medical Center to fulfill and enhance its mission of compassionate care, cutting edge research and education."
Furthermore, check out https://eng.sheba.co.il/friends_of_sheba ... Officially listed is the website for the LA based location I previously posted.
So, I would say they are, in fact, "connected" and therefore "a part of Sheba".
"Friends of Sheba" clearly has a connection with Sheba Hospital in Israel. Period. There's no LOGICAL reason Sheba (in Israel) would list "Friends of Sheba" on their website only to let "Friends of Sheba" allow people to post "whatever they want" for a fee. That's just... nonsense. You know it and everybody capable of thinking knows it.
You and I have the same mindset.
I, too, have held virtually all my original shares. I'm loving that my tax rate will be Capital Gains now and can't wait for the further developments.
Everything seems so obvious, it just requires patience. Admittedly, more than I realized "back then" -- but I'm fine with it.
I'm still up overall with my investment, but feel very confident I'll have life changing profits if OWC delivers as they highlight on their Investor Presentation Roadmap.
Hope we see significantly more volume (thanks to filing and news) in February and $8.00+. Mmmmm.
Hopefully by February.
From everything I've read on 'market-ready', it essentially means the product is developed, tested, proven, and READY to the point of needing to move forward with (mass) production, distribution, etc.
It's the required/necessary step prior to Distribution and Sales.
Your product should usually be market-ready before you start negotiations with distributors.
True. There are a few things we'll be updated on in Q1 according to the Timeline on the Investors Presentation as well as wording from recent PRs.
Completely agree.
