One gallon of fuel is extracted from 8.3-lbs.-of-plastic.
Process
The conversion ratio for waste plastic into fuel averages 86%. Approximately 1 gallon of fuel is extracted from 8.3 lbs. of plastic. The processor uses its own off-gases as fuel (approximately 10-12% of process output); minimal energy is required to run the machine. Approximately 2-4% of the resulting product is Petcoke (Carbon Black), a high BTU fuel. Emissions are lower than a natural gas furnace of similar size, and the quality of the emissions improve with increased feed rates. Results from the final stack test performed by Conestoga-Rivers & Associates confirm that the processor emissions are well within the limits allowable under a NYSDEC air permit. The process operates at atmospheric pressure, and is not susceptible to pinhole leaks and/or other problems with other pressure and vacuum-based systems. The reusable catalyst is produced economically. The fuel produced is refined and separated without the high cost of a distillation tower.

With its revolutionary Plastic2Oil (P2O) technology, Plastic2Oil Inc. has pioneered the development of a process that derives ultra-clean, ultra-low sulphur fuel which does not require further refining, directly from unwashed, unsorted waste plastics.

Good to see you back on the board!
Well said!!
Hoping we hear more in the coming days!!
Keep the coffee hot!!
It will be a nice day when this stock surpasses her old high record! The revised website is a positive step forward and an encouraging welcome sign for investors to partner up. There are billions of dollars worth of investors out there willing to turn plastics back to fuel as we have all witnessed recently.
However it’s accomplished, through the sell of the processors (most likely), or the restart of the P2O plant, it will be a major shift in the industry to get rid of plastic waste!!
Hundreds of processors set up around the country would do this stock wonders...
Empty bag holders wondering what to do...
Thanks Mr Heddle for the updated website!!!

You are too busy running your shipyards...
....hire an expert in this industry
Mr Heddle, money is-available, Is 5 billion enough?
Venture capitalist urges massive plastics recycling investment
A Singapore-based circular economy-focused fund manager says $5 billion of investments annually in waste and recycling infrastructure can help stem the tide of discarded plastic flowing into oceans.

...and where would P2O be without those filed documents on September 28th?
Those were the ‘Needed Documents’
Not misleading... everyone here following P2O knows what that was referring to...
Richard Heddle your input is needed...
What are your plans for P2O?
How long until we here from you?
The Canadian patent isn’t being used, why?
You’re providing financials on OTC, why?
You continue to sustain P2O but not a word from you, why?
Are there some deals other than Nulixo in the works?

Mr Heddle, what are your plans for P2O?
Your stockholders deserve some communication..
This argument doesn’t hold up
Rivera is accused of fraud who had nothing but talk. P2O is an actual company that has produced fuel. They have turned plastics back to fuel. They have not been accused of pump and dump by the SEC only by those who were unable to sell their stock.
“A federal judge has granted the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission a summary judgment against John H. Rivera, chairman and CEO of Texas-based U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. The SEC filed a civil complaint in U.S. District Court in mid-2008, alleging that Rivera’s company used a “pump-and-dump” scheme to illegally make more than $721,000 on its owns stock. (See “SEC files complaint against U.S. Sustainable Energy.”)
Can P2O turn it around after all these years? The longs are hoping so and all the chatter against P2O will not deter their resolve!
Let’s go P2O let’s go Heddle!!
Show them how it’s done!!!
The world is drowning in plastic waste
Let’s go!!!!!
I don’t disagree with this. They should imo
They have successfully produced fuel from plastics.
This is something the competition does not want the public to know
Mr Heddle we hope to hear from you.

Truth
Niagara Falls, New York, July 1, 2014
This past winter was the coldest weather seen in Niagara Falls in years. This caused damage to the water-cooling systems. The water-cooling systems were being heated during the coldest days, however the heating systems were unable to keep up with the high winds and sub-zero temperatures. The damaged water-cooling components have been repaired.
https://www.plastic2oil.com/site/news-releases-master/2014/07/01/plastic2oil-announces-business-update
The company went from their best production to cold weather failure in around 6 months and has not yet recovered
It just doesn’t make sense that a recovery isn’t possible. Right after this they switched their business model to
only sell the processors
Fail safe measures that this can never happen again! Hot weather climates best scenario.
Let’s go P2O!
I do believe there is room for improvement.
We know the right plastics are key to success. Many other elements go into the success of it that’s why I hope they will restart and fine tune it. Unless Heddle already has it figured out....even then I think it would help their success to have a running model.
