Looks like a buy at .0003,to me.
I just called their number at 760.230.8988 at 4:10pm a lady answered,I asked her what suite they were in she answered 160. Why don't you do some real investigating call the number and ask hard questions.
He has no point,it's just the same old bs.
What are you talking about and who is CCM? The company this board is concerned about is China Motion Mobile or CMM.The facts are they are in business and are owned by Velatel, they were cash flow positive when purchased and still are.All one has to do is look at the last hires, just the other day they were looking to hire an accounting supervisor,to manage three accountents and you say they are not making money. You can throw all the crap against the wall you can but it makes no sense. The only thing is at the time of purchase Vela could not come up with the full amount, and had to take on 50 percent partner. Please get your facts right.
It was refreshing to hear another voice here.I stopped posting because it seems if you have a different opinion from a few people here you are beat over the head.I follow alot of what you are saying, only I put ther there income higher because 4g cost more.I myself am sitting back to see what will happen to phase 2 of the Starhub agreement,if that happens its game on.With the type of employees they are seeking this could be on the way,I say could be.The outstanding shares are a concern, and the ALJ until we hear something its anyone's guess.I know no more than anyone else here,I hope for continued growth, and prosperity because that would answer all the questions.
That's the big question, could it be Vela buying back some shares?
I don't think we will hear from him anymore. The question is when will George say something and what happened to all the contracts they have.I myself have been holding on for Starhub phase 2,there are more like Ctrip and others. The one thing I think is for sure,in a short time this is boom or bust.
What do you think about the last two days of trading, today closing up instead of down.0001.Any ideas to what's going on?
Thanks for the translation.I don't see how this has anything to do with Velatel they sold out in Peru, unless they still own spectrum in this area
Can't read Spanish and George had to run from Peru along time ago.
Believe me l am not getting excited, just would like to know how's buying.
What's going on and who's buying 58.5 million shares?
It just seems odd 999,999 every trade why not one million,l would like to know how it was.
Can anyone explain this 999,999 game?
What's it going to take to get George to say something?
I think you will have to wait longer than April for this to turn around.
If you go back to 2014 update the NTT DOCOMO is a signed contract.
What do you make of the trading the last few days, selling one and then three shares one day and tens of millions the next. What gives?
The sky is falling!
Could it be this is what is in store for us?
We are all in the same boat with you.The only thing we can hope is growth of CMM,news that they have 500K subscribers is a start a small start.I would love to hear what ever happened to phase 2 of the Starhub agreement,,that would have solved all our problems. The upgrade was for a 5 million subscriber system, let's see if they can grow it.As for the SEC I don't see much help there.
That should read list on the Hong Kong exchange.
CMM is a Hong Kong company and list no the Hong Kong exchange. If this happens it would be great for Vela stock holders.
I don't understand the question.
What is odd about this? I call it growth, with 500K subscribers it is my guess if they get to 1 million they will list on the Hong Kong exchange. The company name is China Motion Mobile not China Mobile.
China Motion Mobile and China Mobile are two different companies.Look at the history of China Motion Moblle it has had a MVNO agreement with China Mobile for a long time.China Motion is the giant in China,China Motion Mobile is headquartered in Hong Kong.It also looks like China Motion Mobile just got an MVNO agreement with China Unicom the second largest telecommunications in China after China Mobile.
A better way is to go to the cmmobile site under what's new look for notification 2015/12/17 click onto that it will take you to the site, once there scroll down click onto the cmmobile logo.It is my understanding cmmobile is not listed stock,it was private.
Go to gsma.com once there do a search for Cmmobile. The site has changed in the last few days it used to show all the memories of the association. The list of members is very expressive
If you go to the China Motion web site under what's new.On 1215/11/23 they posted they joined an organization called GSMA and the info is in the write up.
500K is better the 100K subscribers they had. The upgrade was for a 5 million subscriber capacity,so they a long way to go.
I admit I don't understand all this lawyer bs.The question I have is,with all the dirt the SEC has Ironridge why didn't they take them to the federal court?
As I see it all bark no bite.
No Ironridge is too cunning.
Looks like the SEC got beat, and ran away.Vela still has nothing to say,so we have a big fat nothing.
No reaction to the bad news.
I don't see how this ruling from the ALJ helps Vela. The problem remains nothing, not a word from George,no information on what this company is doing,no reporting, what ever happened to phase II of Starhub.
How long do you think this will take?
I put Tay,George and his friends all in the same boat.CMM was their last chance to be successful at something. What we are talking about is a 4G upgrade of 5 million subscriber base, from 125,000.CMM with it's small subscriber count was still cash flow positive.I think we all have questions that may never be answered, because George thinks he is above that.
I don't know if Tay is in charge of CMM,if he is they are in trouble.
I'm with you on this.If we look at the facts, the biggest being the upgrade of CMM.This was a company that had about 125,000 subscribers and positive cash flow of about $225,000 per year. The upgrade was to support 5 million subscribers, because the old systems capacity was about 150,000 subscribers.after all this what do we get from George nothing. If CMM had increased its subscribers to one million this would have been a new ball game. The silence of George tells me the upgrade was a bust, and he has run out of BS.
