Why do you think we may get any jump tomorrow?.... Our boneheaded Management team is NOT interested in LITHIUM, they said it many times that Lithium is not their priority to the point that both properties are in DEFAULT and we just about to lose Lida Valley and Smoky Valley Lithium properties..... funny thing is, they need about $200K to complete all necessary geo surveys just to make sure if they got Lithium or not and if they have it then how much, possibilities are...... they may be sitting on huge lithium deposits which Tesla needs and they pissed away Millions of dollars and get nothing in return..... simply amazing.
Mismanagement 101 at its best.... I don't know what to say anymore, now is the time we should be getting excited about Lithium and they going after Fools Gold. IMHO

Entire OTC Market runs on stories, FLPC had very good Antimony story and the follow up Lithium story, not only that but they had and still have (not for very long) two Lithium properties within close proximity to America’s only producing lithium mine... Chemetall Foote.... wow!!! is this could get any better? wait.... Tesla and Super Factory next door? wow!!... anyone could take advantage of this superb marketing situation... right?.... WRONG!! FLPC Management did NOTHING and wasted golden opportunity here..... this is the stupidest thing I've seen in years.... totally unbelievable.
Now.... with Tesla coming to State of Nevada and two Lithium properties in default there is no more stories here, we all know Mill is just a Fairy Tale and gold properties is a Fool's Gold which will end as 10,000 other so called gold miners in OTC/Pinks Market which is in DEFAULT... nothing here anymore, no stories, no money and lots of debts plus convertibles just about to close the door for this play...... very sad ending here. IMHO

Frustration boiled over today and for a good reason..... we all see Management doing one boneheaded move after another, they simply looks like bunch of crooks at this point.... I think this thing is simply over now.
First it was Antimony a good and very legit story but they f*cked things so bad so there is no Antimony anymore, they don't even talking about it.... then was the Mill idea... another Fairy Tale story, do you guys noticed, they not talking Mill anymore.... big lies and very misleading information given by OUR Management team.... Fencemaker mine? no longer in consideration and we still don't know why.
We also have two very promising Lithium properties and they almost gone as well.... simply unbelievable.
Now when company have no money and no hope but still has lots of debt they baying new properties and this time is GOLD....too bad nobody believes anymore, honestly.... how anybody can put one more cent in this scam? facts speaks for itself.
Oh... what about Arabia property?.... silence as usual and where the heck is Dr. Johnston?..... he was one bright spot in all this mess.
Few more things....

Uranium property... gone...
Antimony shipment to China.... gone and still missing...
Billon A/S.... gone without anything to show for it....
No wonder that almost all of us feel very angry here...... we were waiting for Antimony, then for Lithium and finally they promised Mill facility..... and what we are getting now?.... a FOOLS GOLD.....what a joke, no wonder that frustration and anger dominates iHub FLPC Board. IMHO

I must admit.... this whole thing start looking very interesting and very intriguing..... maybe FLPC is much more advanced with the Mill constriction as we previously thought..... miracle happens in OTC/Pink land and maybe FLPC will deliver such a miracle.
The only question I have.... why we did not know about it, equipment purchase on this scale shouldn't be a secret and shouldn't be kept away from shareholders..... are they going for one BIG Bang at more advanced Mill construction level and that is why they did not release such an info or somebody deliberately kept quite to drive PPS to such a low level only to load as much as possible, we know very well that lots of shares was sold lately and somebody was buying them as well.
Very interesting find my friend, give us all hope that things are not as bad as we thought. IMHO

Let be honest here.... looks to me like we are done, triple zeros coming next week, convertible holders will do what they always do.... they will collect money by dumping as many shares as they need too, by December FLPC will be around .0003, at the best, with maxed out AS of around 1.5 Billion, also in December there will be spacial Board meeting authorizing RS, posibly 100:1 and name change from First Liberty Power to First Liberty of something.... exploration, milling, antimony.... take your pick, all this with-out need of shareholders aproval.... because they can.
I've seen this quite a few times already and unfortunately will see it again..... but I did not see this coming here, I guess all OTC/Pinks so called stocks are the same including FLPC..... Sad story and very sad ending here. IMHO

I hope Management actually working on something here but judging from the silence I don' think there is much going on, good news would be out months ago so I think there is no good news for us or anybody else here.... remember last year? lots of news, lots of pictures, we knew Fencemaker Mine was reopen, there were actual miners mining real Antimony, things was looking very promising and future looks very bright, people responded to this story..... now we know it was just a Fairy Tale story..... everything is gone now, including share price...... typical OTC/Pinks Market situation which in FLPC case it looks too good and too real at the beginning..... now we are almost at the end of the road..... Sad.
There is still some hope, small glimmer of hope that things may be turn around here.... as I always said.... in this Market everything is possible and this is why I'm still sticking here.
And one more thing..... adding/accumulating at this level is probably not a bad idea as long as people don't bet the horse or the house, just the amount of money they prepared to lose because this is exactly what may happen here.
At this point, in this situation and especially in this Market, people need to be smart not greedy. IMHO

hawkshaw812... very good post!.... I would add one more thing... in this crappy OTC/Pinks Market people should ONLY buy as much as they prepare to lose, they shouldn't spend even 1 Dollar over that limit.
In this Market people can dream big but they ALWAYS should be prepared for the worst..... I also think this thing is FAR from over. IMHO

Lithium play and Tesla is a LONG awaited catalyst and game changer for this stock, I only hope Management is SMART enough to seize this opportunity..... Build the Mill but at the same time start talking about Lithium possibilities, start doing something with Lida Valley and Smoky Valley Lithium properties!!
Lithium speculation together with Mill progress will give us much higher PPS, less convertibles hitting the street and much more happy faces on this board.
Lithium is a game changer here, I hope Management can see it too. IMHO

Last year, just before shipping Antimony ore to China, all Management met at Fencemaker Mine site then Don and Mario went to Smoky Valley Lithium property for a one day visit, they posted picture on Facebook but never say what the purpose of that trip was.
Since then Murdock come on board, trip to Smokey Valley Lithium property was entirely erased form Facebook and nobody in FLPC Management even mention Lithium again.... why is that? We all new Tesla may very well choose Reno and Management did nothing.... why the secrecy? are we sitting on huge Lithium deposits/s or not? to find out FLPC need to spend additional $100 K to complete geo-surveys.... why they suddenly get so mum and secret with Lida Valley and Smokey Valley Lithium properties?
They know something or they planning something for a long time and they not telling us what the heck is going on here. IMHO

Problem with Tesla situation is..... Huge companies do not deal with sub-penny crap so called stocks, if they need them they can buy them then they put their own Management team in place, experience team, people who know what they are doing so they can make money on their investment.
Another problem is FLPC Management pissed away lots of money doing nothing instead completing all necessary geo-survey and tests on theirs Lithium properties to determinate how much Lithium they have.... if any.
Additional $100K is needed to complete geo-surveys on Lida Valley and Smoky Valley Lithium properties which wasn't done because somebody hired Murdock and change direction from doing right things to just sell, sell, sell company stock and at the same time nearly destroy and bankrupt the whole Company.
$100k was needed and they did NOTHING!! ..... Now Tesla is coming and they still have NOTING to show for..... this is how weak, inexperience this Management Team is.
Lida Valley and Smoky Valley Lithium properties means NOTHING unless they can show what they got in the ground.
We are talking Lithium for over a year now..... Management did not even mention it once..... And this is why we are where we are at .002's..... pathetic. IMHO

This stock becomes a joke with SCAM written all over it.... looks like another stock selling operation.... Mill? What Mill? this is just a talk without substance, talk to sell more shares, who is going to take 0.002 so called stock seriously? Any serious investors will laugh at them.
Last year investors got proof of progress, Mine opening, pictures, lots of info was coming our way and almost NO dilution, investors saw it and reacted by buying in to this story, very positive story with lots of substances..... Now, this is just talk, not much of information plus dilution and more dilution, news once a month and much more dilution...... Mill? Yah right...... people should watch for the name change and MASIVE Reverse Split..... this is where this crap is going.

Unusually high volume from two weeks ago can't be ignore, I do not know who sold or who bought those shares and quite honest I don't care, all I know is.... after those kind of trading anomalies there is always flat trading period..... How do we trading lately? is this going to continue for another day or two or maybe another 1-2 weeks I do not know, all I know that if I'm right (IF I'm right) then strap yourself for a very long and very profitable ride.... to said that, you ALWAYS need take in consideration what kind of Exchange OTC/Pinks is..... I'm not always right but I always pay good attention to a very small details. IMHO

What is going on with this crap? So many promises and they went total silence AGAIN!
All properties should be re-evaluated and all of that should be already posted on their website...... in mid of last week!!.... where is it? one and half week later and we still don't know sh*t, why they need to say things they can't deliver?
