Multiple reasons to sell, only one reason to buy
What would be the biotech equivalence of a shift toward content rather than hardware? I would say it will be the shift from producing drugs that alleviate the symptoms of diseases to the production of a means to modify genes, preventing the diseases in the first place. Enter Kevetrin
Looks like Phelps is converting his gold to CTIX shares, bid is stacked.
Strange that you think that, as anyone can look at SEC forms and determine insider patterns of selling - I'll save you some time - insiders have never sold a share.
Don't be so modest,
I like it how you speculate using ideas that you invent rather than clinical trial data that exists.
Any ideas why? Arbitration win? Phase 3 winning?
Nice healthy base building price action! eom
Hehe - I've been following for years in order to know what to avoid and since bunny is out here, I am all the way in!!! Go CTIX.
PS Bunny, you set yourself up for that one
But you obviously enjoy making your daily morning "another crappy price action day" comments, we'd just hate to see that end!
Bunny, you're smarter than that, Leo's beneficial ownership would need to show a decline in their financials, they don't. Your statements are offensive to all of us who use information correctly.
Umm, us veteran investors are not under water. Did you trade your money away
Hilarious!
People who spend all day every day posting on a message board questioning the past of accomplished executives. The comedy here is great
Correctomondo.
The asset has been established both safety and efficacy-wise on multiple molecules. CTIX is a part of rare company that can make that claim, just a matter of time, and time is not predictable - don't mess around, establish position ASAP!
One of the primary rules of investing is that future performance cannot be predicted by past performance. If the only securities that had meteoric climbs were ones that had been meteorically climbing for decades then price per share would be astronomical. Obviously this is not the case and to act as if it should be has alterior motive written all over it. Cellceutix is a fantastic opportunity given the current disconnect between price and performance. We all want to own many shares when the connection happens, it will happen.
Haha, sounds like you're a bit worried about activist investors with money and connections, better go crawl somewhere deep and dark for a long while...
Great point, the lawsuit did indeed effect the future value of all my shares based on the hindrance it caused on the raising of capital needed for operations. Yep, count me in on any class action against Rosen! I'm guessing Sullivan gathered a lot of data during the original defense and has some impressive ammo against Rosen and potentially many other anonymous (although identified in Sullivan's investigation files) perpetrators.
I've been buying this whole time and have not realized any losses due to any of this so would not be eligible, I am guessing many are in the same boat, but otherwise I would totally join a suit against Rosen.
Edit: unless I could sue for undue hardship based on the agony of seeing account current value totals of something worth so much diminish unduly...
So happy that is your "one last try", please don't let it proliferate into multiple "last" tries.
How about that Mr. Sullivan eh? Good stuff, can't wait to see the counterattack!!!
I love it how the traders complain so much! Ha ha. "Nothing moves this stock", "Leo isn't driving volatility on a day to day basis so that trading makes sense", wah wah boo hoo. It really must be frustrating
Are we there yet?
Cellceutix is in a much much better place to be uplisted soon than it was back then - soon to be a phase 3 clinical biotech with many drugs in the pipeline also progressing toward phase 3. Partnerships much more likely now will cement Cellceutix's standing among the NASDAQ populous, not to mention my selfish reasons for enjoying the 4 for 1 pricing I got over the last year on the pinks, I call that one lucrative silver lining!
Yes you can - my money has doubled :) just waiting a few weeks to see it double again, then again the following day, then continue to double several more times as Cellceutix continues to execute as normal the next few years.
Took a starter here, CRISPR could do amazing things!
This stock can't hold losses, Ha ha ha! Go CTIX!
Are you suggesting that another route be used to coordinate a successful SPA, perhaps some back and forth emails or maybe some text message conversations with the FDA? I think a meeting sounds like a good idea. BTW, the term meeting may have several meanings, e.g. video conference call, in person.
And look at how the volume receeds just prior to every huge gain... looking good CTIX!
Nice development this morning! Kevetrin once again advances with flying colors.
Haha, can't even bash properly
I call moving from 1.00 to 1.20 range up to 1.60 to 2.00 range holding a gain, but then I don't always attempt to distort reality.
Excellent retort! What does Leo look like? He and CTIX look awesome, major revaluation higher coming.
BigKahuna, I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on the likelyhood of co-development arrangements (one example CRO given in this replied to post). How common are such arrangements in your experience? TIA
Just one example: http://www.ergomedplc.com/co-development/strategy/
Ergomed is currently conducting the largest ever head and neck cancer study across 24 countries, they have experience to conduct a multinational ABSSSI trial.
Co-development could be a strategy we will only know about once Cellceutix announces the trial.
I think people also fail to consider some of the creative ways that CRO's get paid to conduct trials. CTIX may strike an arrangement that gives the CRO significant desire to run a successful trial by awarding a portion of proceeds. This actually in some cases encourages the CRO to add its own funds to trial progression. Leo is clever and well connected, most are overestimating required funds.
Agreed. Some would like us to believe we are just spending money without advancing the pipeline - this is not the case. 22 million in clinical/research expenses will return an easy 10000%, or 2.2 Billion to our market cap. I think it could be much more than that in fact.
Haha - funny how he has become one of the biggest doom is 'just around the corner' posters. Pretty ironic.
Your past-telling ability never ceases to amaze even when it is used so often and with such accuracy, keep up the great work!
I'm starting to question this idea that Leo is messing things up... Oh, wait - I've always questioned that putrid opinion.
Nice job Leo and Team on today's continued developments.
Sure, there are several variables to be considered, a major one being the dimension of time - can hurt extending burn rates, can also help knowing it is not all an upfront cost and also allowing time for grant money to arrive. Too many variables, too few equations; I guess we wait for the company to reveal what they know when the time is right.
Phase 3 anti-infective: 22.8 Million. I think that qualifies as many multiples less than 145 Million. And if this trial goes like all of Cellceutix's past trials (all of which have been successful) then the cost is likely to be even less than 22.8 Million. We know Cellceutix has proven to be below average cost and above average success based on their current track record.
