My only issue with these is that they are not checking into a StartFresh clinic :P
Once THAT happens, the stock will explode. Until then, it still isn't the primary method / network of facilities and will continue to suffer a low stock price.
Additionally, we need to break even / pull a profit :)
The big problem is that year over year revenues fell. Even worse, I think their revenues this quarter were lower than the quarter before.
I think that is what brought the prices back down. "Bad" news, but not "bad bad" news :)
More neutral / no reason to climb higher just yet
Stocks fluctuate. Nothing big and sustainable will come until there is a profit or wider acceptance. When all the clinics are up then maybe something...
The next big bumps will be:
1. Posting a profit (should be a really big jump)
2. FDA approval for opiod / narcotic addiction treatment by their implant
3. Being recognized as a leader in alcohol rehabilitation by OTHERS
4. Getting an article that is written and displayed on an important and independent source. Think WSJ, CNN, Marketwatch, etc.
5. Adoption of their implant / methodology by much larger / well known rehab centers
Doesn't let you see it unless you are a member. Can you copy and paste it?
Trying to keep pricing between franchise clinics and HQ secret? Things like how much they charged for a license to first few (substantially lower price to get the ball rolling) vs. late entries.
It could also be cost to make implant, cost of the drugs, cost to perform, etc
Implant cost or drug costs sound most probable to me with licensing costs as a more distant 3rd reason for a CTO. Which are valid things to try and keep secret IMO
I agree and greatly appreciate your posts (Dream) and Fido's!
Fido: I think that is what made us a "speculative buy" :)
Promised enough safety, stability, and earnings to make us a "buy" :)
I think the actual pivot point will be when we see the SEC filing showing a net profit! So, whatever year that comes in will be it, but it really could be this year! It could also be next year before we get the 4Q results which may contain the profit. They have been teetering on the verge of it for a while now.
People will stop fearing jumping in + they can project forward with confidence the moment the filing with that net profit shows up.
Basically the net profit will shed the "speculative" qualifier to our "buy" and, subsequently, people will buy :)
I guess so ;) Can't imagine how high it will go when those other items I mentioned actually occur :)
I don't think THIS 10Q will do it, maybe the next one or the one after that...
They have not had enough time to take in the new patients. The marketing is much better, so I think THIS quarter they will get the people scheduled, and next quarter they will actually collect revenue. Therefore, it'll be 6.5 months before we see the good stuff. Not saying it won't jump by then, but the big jumps will come 1) when they have a net profit, 2) when they beat the expected revenue from that Goldman reporting thing, 3) when their revenue starts to bite at others and they are in all 50 states. I suspect just about every state will have one by the end of next year :)
Well ahead of the goldman report (at least a licensing deal completed anyways)
I must admit that I really hate the name...
BioCorRx is a terrible name. Someone pointed that out to me and I can't get it out of my head now lol. It sounds so fake!!!
If the Start Fresh / Fresh Start programs were not there (along with the results) then I would have no confidence in the stock as an investor.
Anyone else hate the name? Terrible...
Those reports are very helpful in summarizing the chaos! Thank you!
It's just that such a small population is looking / able to buy this stock. Investment firms have started tracking the stock, but they can't do anything as it is too risky. They need to show profit and growth in sales.
If/when they get the approval for treatment of opiate addiction after they have already begun to pull a profit, then I think this will realistically top $10 within the following 2 quarters after that (small percentage growth per day with some big jumps in the middle).
Already been here 2.5 years...why not 2.5 more >:|
2.5 more being the time it'll probably take to get to $10-$20 range. After that they should qualify to be on Nasdaq and that'll again give them a major major boost (assuming there are no significant threats to the business or the revenue streams).
I think once it ignites, we will see it go into 10+ dollar range and somewhere above $20 or $30 it will split to help increase volatility and to allow the owners to sell some shares without losing the company.
Other similar stocks doing rehab trade $25-$80s. With billions of shares in some cases (makes zero sense).
I think only like 600k was moved off the books through deals, but another 570k of short term debt so was going to just be paid outright (part of how will find a way to show a net loss....AGAIN).
I'm trying to remember it off the top of my head, but altogether a good move and my apologies if i got the figures wrong...busy day at work!
The answer for when things will turn around is when they show a profit! The moment that happens things should straighten out :)
I don't think we'll see it on this one. I think they'll do things to show a loss for a little bit longer (1-2 more 10Qs). Plus, it takes time for people to get approved by insurance, schedule the procedure, and get through the door / pay money.
I'm thinking 3rd quarter results will be our first chance.
When is the 10Q due again? Mid-August? And with extension probably near the end of August or?
It would help people know about us if we had some big spikes that they could buy into and that wouldn't fall away so quickly. All of that is a fault of incredibly low volume :)
They need to do a stock split to create volume. I think too many people have hoarded the stock and we need a 10:1 or even 100:1 split lol...
I think the real boom will come in the quarter after they report a profit. Until then, they are just hard for any real investors to back. Then once you get to $2+ range investment firms will start looking. It will then rise slowly to $4-5 after which it will jump through the roof at whatever their valuation is projecting out for several decades since Wall St folks can now trade it with institutional funds :)
THIS IS FREAKING HUGE! This is the year...
I'm so happy :') (tears of joy)
I think our biggest problem is hoarding at this point lol....
We have crap for volume = no way to really move the price unless there is a super significant change in the valuation of the company. It will be extreme price changes that will make people want to sell or it just doesn't seem like it'll happen (that or they'll go back and forth amongst themselves to increase the avg volume to allow new people to buy a sizable amount).
Seriously, what is up with the share price...
I'm still somewhat worried about the preferred stock ordeal. They could technically bail and run with the money. I think it works better for all if they can make a profit though ;)
I said up to :P
If it were to drop back to 2 cents then yes I'd probably be crazy enough to go for it. However, that assumes I cannot find any information indicating a major negative change in the company, i.e. nothing has changed, but the share price
I've got up to $30k waiting if it really dips that much (kind of hoping it will)
Perfect thing to happen just before it pops :)
You gotta remember, that was to year end 2013. Most of what we've been hearing about lately won't be seen until the next set of quarterlies
Plus, that was the first quarter that the new members of the executive leadership were brought on board (or just barely started by the beginning of last quarter).
Still, it was an incredibly disappointing filing. 3 more months till we see how 2014 is going, but I think it will be better.

WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWW!
This is going to be awesome for getting attention! Imagine what will happen in 4 days when the 10k drops.
What if this is their strategy? i.e. they knew they were going to be on CNN and intentionally held the 10K's release till after it! That way we get a massive wave of good news a few days prior to having caught everyone's attention?!
$20 land here we come! Maybe we just be ok with $1-$3 land for right now though ;)
:P
SO EXCITED!
It has long since been approved and has an exclusive patent on it for another decade or so
The opioid implant treatment isn't approved (alcohol impltant treatment is)
Most of us that have been here for years though made 4-5x our money already (before i bought those shares in the .20s, my avg share price was under 3.5 cents).
Go look at the total outstanding shares for those other companies. In many cases they will have issued shares into the billions, but usually at least half a billion. We have about 130M outstanding.
Not only that, but the maximum shares that can be issued for those other companies usually at least double their outstanding and ours, while near double, is only 200M in total as opposed to the billions other companies release :P
They can file for an extension can't they? But I think they want to file on time since it requires 2 years of timely filings to get onto the Nasdaq (or something like that...)
What was the point of the post? Just an expression of your excitement or?
Based on what ACTUALLY is accomplished right now yes it would be after you account for the time and risk. However, passing different phases of drug trials would ALTER that projection and change the risk assessment.
it's basically a projection of their increasing debt (and how it impacts the value of their shares).
It did not take into account the shares for dilution, and basically they have to get through a whopping 3+ years before they have real revenues.
If you are trying to do momentum trading rather than a valuation, your charts in penny stock land won't really apply as much since they aren't following normal rules.
A $5 stock might be ready to bottom out / be over sold, but it is a penny stock with a book value in the single digit pennies (being generous there still).
Now the issue with valuations is of course that if they are successful in their trials and they make it and their encapsulation technology can be licensed out for additional revenues, etc. etc. etc. then like most biotech stocks it could be $8-$20 or even $100.
But! If it fails at any point along the way or a competitor beats them to market for anything then that value will plummet.
Essentially, you are betting 3-5 years into the future right now to get them even past $1 in value.
Why do you say it bottoms right here? My analysis is saying closer to $.22-$.24 (but that is also based on my valuation of the news thus far...book value is still well under a dime).
