LOL, joboggi. The up-listing is just a fluff. Mr. G is not going to RS for a simple up-listing.
Zzzzz, sleepy PR full of nothingness.
Is it too late? Stock already way up.
Next stop 8? When?
Next week? Next month? Next year? TEN years?
10 mil doesn't buy what it used to anymore. LOL
You would think for $10 million that it will have at least a half-way good website. Nah, too much to ask.
$10 million now buys only a fixer-upper website. WOW
Sportsprophet, I read that PR. Visited the website they bought.
Have you visited? It is awful. Not much of anything. Something doesn't seem right about this purchase.
Plenty of cash, but not much revenue. Stock sure swings wildly.
Not every PR will work. The thought was that Mr. G works the stock with PRs. He has to work the PRs with revenue many years away.
Future, that is what the PRs are really saying.
Mr. G sure knows how to pump the stock with endless PRs. Look at the PR history. How does a little penny stock has so much news? LOL
Hey, most of his PRs worked. Keep the demand for the stock up or else price will drop. He sure works it. Good job.
No RS needed. Mr. G simply pump for a few days without dumping into the equity line. Price can move up 50% quick.
Question than becomes, will Mr. G keep his greedy hands off long enough for traders to make some MONEY?
Why the big drop from 18? Doesn't seem to be anything in the PRs that could have caused this downward crash.
PUMP? No biz anymore. Must be a pump to get the price higher. For what? Who knows.
1000 for 1 reverse?
Popped today, 8/13/14. Wassup?
What? Owns 7,000,000 shares? If he/she does, it must have been purchased under a penny or else free shares from Mr. G. LOL
Longboard, are you suggesting these 5 are the same person?
Reported bad numbers? AMBS is in the research stage with NO PROSPECT of revenue for many years to come. What bad numbers?
ZERO revenue.
Everyone knew that before they bought, right? They're trying to find a cure. This means potential future block-buster. NOT NOW.
If anyone thought AMBS was a revenue generating company, they deserved to be a bagholder. Sad.
What happened? Missed the run & crash.
Checked back today to see the price is about the same since I left it. Then I saw the 10-day chart. WOW. What happened?
BTW, you can always trade the swings. Sell at the peak.
If you buy shares back at the dump, for trading purposes, check with your CPA on short-swing tax rules.
Yes, watch for the short window.
Shareholder of this size normally has a 6-month holding period. Additionally, watch for short-period of increase volume. The draw-down of money is based on price-volume. CNCG will try to increase volume and price prior to equity swap. Once the holder gets their new shares, they'll DUMP. Make sure you get some out BEFORE they get a chance to drive price down with new share supply.
Crazy stock market. It cares more about supply/demand action than actual business fundamentals.
Best of luck, ELAL747.
Since I have loss money holding stocks that Asher got involved in, I can tell you that it doesn't work like it seems. Too late for management now since everything is signed. Best case would be that the company will make enough money on sales (and not have to access the equity line).
BTW, these type of hedge funds are not in the biz to make money on investments. They are hard money lenders holding cheap paper which WILL BE SOLD. Most borrowers will not have the cash to repay loan, thereby will issue shares for conversion.
Biz wise, I think the revenue will continue to get better.
That said, with Asher holding so many shares, YIKES when they decide to sell. Keep in mind, Asher is a hedge fund and do not hold shares long term.
Looks like they're trying to fix what's wrong and moving forward with something which may work better. It's going to take some time to see if the NEW will be better or not. Meanwhile, stock price is going nowhere fast. Hurry in and WAIT?
A one-day pop and back to same price bid? What gives? Thought they finally got their act together.
Watched the PR vids and have looked at their different sites, looks like the stock is undervalued. Wall Street knows the current value is fair, so what am I missing here?
Is the Market wrong about current value or is the CEO just full of hot air?
ASHER ENTERPRISES owns 24,009,750 shares according to the filing. No need to say anything good or bad. Look up what they do to companies.
If you can look up ASHER ENTERPRISES so easily on the web, why didn't CNCG research them first? YIKES.
Good luck to you and other longs. Strangely, I am going to wait until it POPS before buying in. Rather than bottom-fishing strategy, this one may work better when it's a momentum play. (Otherwise a trader can be sitting on dead money for too long.)
Standard practice until post split shares become available.
Latest round is toxic again. Look for SPAM PRs with volume, but the only ones who will be able to sell is the toxic holder. Everyone else will still be waiting for their shares to be exchanged. YIKES.
Good PR. Nice read.
Thanks for the UGLY chart. Looks like many bagholders here.
No BK when it just got a full line of credit to sell shares into the fund. Wake up. Read the filings.
Reverse to start the downturn all over again. Yikes.
What was there to gained by suing a sub-penny stock which doesn't have many money? Shares? LOL
Why? I have not even bought yet. Still trying to decide if the new BIG SHOT knows how to run a tiny company or not.
Yes, but when you're done....it will fall right back down. This means whoever slapped the ASK will get slapped with a loss. Not good.
Just read the PR again. CEO is way over qualified to run a sub-penny stock. Maybe that's is why he is clueless and stock price shows that too.
What's up here? Still asleep?
How is the new CEO doing (with stock price going down)?
"Float: -Locked-Out-"??? Saw this in the Intro Section of this page. What does it mean?
Normally I hide the intro, since it's mostly worthless. When I clicked show intro, the chart was UGLY. Maybe there is hope after all, if the new CEO is any good. Will have to look closer.
