Aqua still invested in ELTP.
Cheers!
I would be happy if it is raining ELTP shares. Aqua would need a bigger bucket.
Cheers!
Got to hand it to Hakim and the Elite team, the CRL for SequestOX had not deterred them from filing an ANDA for generic Percocet.
Cheers!
A common sense post.
Cheers!
Me, too.
Cheers!
Cheers!
That's an understatement worth noting. Since owning ELTP shares, the company has been resilient through thick and thin. The CRL should be viewed as opportunity for Elite to refine the process and efficiency of getting future generations of its ADT opioids for FDA-approval. As for investors, an opportunity to buy undervalued shares.
Cheers!
Pinch my butt, the dust settled sooner than I thought. I guess investors got through their senses and it only made sense to buy shares now.
Cheers!
For the elementary school Aqua attended, unsatisfactory performance is a "U".
U = Unsatisfactory
As for Hakim, he is far from being a failure as he facilitated the growth in our diversified drug pipeline and achieved steady revenue growth. It would not be fair to judge him on achieving FDA-approval for SequestOX alone. That would be premature considering that he and his team would be in discussions about the deficiencies with the FDA. The CRL might be the best thing to ever happen to Elite as early detection of deficiencies in SequestOX would spare Elite the expenditure of precious time and financial resources.
Cheers!
Pinch my butt, I recalled in my elementary school years that earning an "E" on the report card indicated "Excellent" performance in the course of study.
Cheers!
They should be nicknamed, the "E-Team".
Cheers!
The tone of Hakim's voice indicated his disappointment and seriousness to get the job done with SequestOX approval. I would not put all the blame on Hakim since the topic of prescription drug abuse had received much publicity that it is in society's best interest to have access to opioids with less hangups. SequestOX would fit the bill but consider still raw to the FDA and would require some modification to meet their specifications. I believe Hakim and his team could do it.
Cheers!
I'm sure Hakim would share what was discussed after their meeting with the FDA. Some investors might find out that they had over-reacted and sold too soon without much thought and had allowed their emotions to take the lead. Sell first, ask questions later mentality has taken over as the new normal. Aqua would not apologize for buying shares at these grossly, undervalued levels.
Cheers!
We still do not know the extent of the deficiencies that the FDA cited and would have to defer until Hakim is able to have discussions with the FDA. It might be a quick fix or more lengthy trials.
Cheers!
It is what it is. Hakim just needs to follow through with the FDA's findings and conclusions, which we would be disclosed at an eventual date. Let's see how management responds.
Cheers!
The Hakim could do no wrong. We could only judge management by the way they handle the FDA's CRL. Does Elite fold and scrap the ELI pipeline project or focus exclusively on generic, non-ADT/ART opioids? We all know Hakim is hell bent over to pursue FDA-approval for SequestOX. As shareholders, wait for the dust to settle as selling pressure might sink the PPS to under 10-cents, then decide to buy shares at great value. My gut tells me we go under 10-cents.
Cheers!
It's not game over yet. Pending talks with Hakim and the FDA would clarify everything. Sorry, I highly doubt Hakim would be scraping SequestOX any time soon.
Cheers!
Either 4-6-cents is a generous gift. For Elite's ELI pipeline, everything goes through SequestOX. We all know that Hakim and the team would bring their A-game the next time they deal with the FDA. By being invested in Elite as majority shareholder, Hakim is indeed determined to comply with the FDA's recommendations and willing to stake his reputation by going all in to bet Elite's technology would help alleviate the prescription drug epidemic.
Cheers!
Hmm, Hakim might have been overconfident at first. But I appreciate his enthusiasm and candor. Let's not forget that this Elite's first generation ELI opioid. The first generation of anything is never perfect and prone to errors. I feel Hakim and his team would correct the FDA's findings.
Cheers!
How could anyone miss this point blank strategy?
Cheers!
I would have to concur. There is pressure to sink the share price below a dime unless we hear news. Wait for the dust to settle as sellers get out and then buy.
Cheers!
Yes sir, it might not be that big of a deal. We will soon know when Hakim meets with FDA to discus. Meanwhile, this presents a great opportunity to buy. They would call buyers at thaws levels savvy to say the least.
Cheers!
I do not buy into the fear. This a great opportunity to add undervalued shares. I have no problem with ELTP sinking to below a dime. I believe in Hakim.
Cheers!
Not yet. Let's see how Hakim responds to the adversity with getting SequestOX FDA-approved.
Cheers!
Hope this breaks to under 10-cents.
Cheers!
Not much due diligence until Hakim meets with the FDA to discuss what needs to be done to continue to the path to SequestOX's approval.
Cheers!
The CRL is not the "End of the World" for Elite. This where we find out the value of hiring Hakim to lead us to the FDA-approval for SequestOX. He is fully invested and it is too late to reverse course with future plans in developing the ELI family of opioids. For a Elite, earning its first ever FDA-approval for its ELI drug would be its toughest because it is its first.
Cheers!
Not sure what the apologies are for? Longs want cheap shares.
Cheers!
This is a game of chess to Aqua. We've been checked, but no checkmate in sight.
Cheers!
I will take that risk without fear. This is how you separate alpha investors from beta investors. The OTC is known for its wild swings. I see no problems for ELTP to rebound.
Cheers!
Well, I think Elite is even closer to FDA-approval for SequestOX than you think. No specifics were disclosed by the FDA until Hakim and his team are able to meet and discuss about the deficiencies. It could be something minor as in the labeling to something major as in new clinical trials. Hakim is a problem solver and a disciple of BIG PHARMA. I think investors should give him the benefit of the doubt and see how he handles this challenge. How many investors here could say they stuck around with Elite when the FDA recalled Lodrane-24?
Cheers!
I hope you knew before investing in the OTC stocks that the risks are higher and the rewards are higher. You would not get anything you want in life without taking some calculated risks. This you could not avoid.
Cheers!
I have no problem if we see 4-cents per share. It would be like winning the lottery. We all know that SequestOX would eventually be FDA-approved. The question is: Do you have the discipline and patience to wait?
Cheers!
Hakim has the experience, knowledge, and skill set that his predecessor, Jerry Treppel, lacked when dealing with the FDA. He knows that SequestOX is a sure bet and that he would work hard to comply with the FDA findings and requirements. Waiting for a few months would not hurt my confidence in the company and its stock. This is just part of the game when you invest in pharmaceuticals.
Cheers!
Keep up the good work, Naz! Planning to buy more shares.
Cheers!
Yes sir, Aqua does not mind if we poke down back to 4-cents. $20,000 would nab me about 500,000 shares of ELTP. Typically, a no brainer. Let us make it happen, please.
Cheers!
Most OTC companies would envy collectively the revenues that Elite has generated from its non-ADT/ART opioid pipeline. FDA-approval for SequestOX would be icing on the cake.
Cheers!
Just to be honest, not sure if it is only Aqua. The disappointed news from the FDA had not dampened my spirits that Elite would eventually received final approval for SequestOX. I see this as the opportunity I've been waiting for to add. In the meantime, folks could pout, go home with their balls, or blame FDA conspiracies; instead of accepting "it is what it is" and move forward with the realization that the fundamentals remain unchanged and the opportunity to buy cannot be overemphasized.
Cheers!
Maybe it is not rigged after all. Just minor technical deficiencies that needed to be corrected. Being gracious under pressure, Hakim emphasized his nature to be cooperative and to kiss the FDA's butt for the best interest of Elite. Make no mistakes about it, we've come a long way, baby, and let no one stop us with a BIG chip on our shoulders.
Cheers!
The FDA "giveth", the FDA "taketh". Yet, I do not see Hakim taking his ball home to pout. Elite would have its day in the sun when it is close to securing the elusive FDA-approval for SequestOX. Just minor formalities that Hakim would clear up in a few months.
Cheers!
