I've loved it for about 4 years now.
It seems to me that if that was the case, it would have happened already, they were on the verge of it years ago, although I can see how it is possible and can think of many scenarios that would make it so, why proceed with all the things they have been doing only to have to take that action. JMHO
Speculation sucks.
I took your reply to me on the 22nd as positive, I would still like to think it was meant to be positive but can read it both ways.
That sounds very encouraging, if you have a lot to share, there must be a lot of good going on.
I still think it very good that creditors settled on 59 cents per share, I can only surmise that they would have had to review some financial stuff to agree to it, (funny I cant find the cents symbol on my keyboard) I guess it is written as $.59 now.
I can't wait to watch the PPS rise, it should move quickly. Will be fun. WEEEEEEE
Posting 'cuz I hate it when there is nothing here, even my own stuff,, haha.
Been reviewing the info provided since SE jumped in on the 8th, between the 8th and the 16th, one weeks time just about, it does look like things are moving along pretty quickly. I know it still will be a while but the conversation moved on the 8th,from still have to get the engineers reports, to working on reports now on the 16th, from the 8th, there were 3 million in debts to be paid off to the largest debts being paid off, to still working on the smaller ones on the 16th. All in all, I think things are moving along pretty quickly for a company on deaths door.
I know it won't come soon enough for Superior and shareholders alike but it will be great when it gets done.
good analogy.
Thanks so much, it is clear the Superior folks want to file ASAP, it is my understanding that the folks who are working to make Superior rise, are all in this without pay and are expecting their return from the shares. I could be way off base but I thought they all pretty much volunteered their time like you do hoping for the payout at the end.
SE, are there any other judgments or creditors that need to be taken care of, did those transactions cover the problems, are we just now waiting on the reserve reports?
I still say they will want to file the first quarter too, then we will be all caught up on filings when this goes live.
SE confirmed it was around .59, now that I re read the post on 3-8-15, I am not sure I interpreted correctly. I had interpreted it that the settlement was negotiated for 2,600,000 shares of stock with the creditor but that investors tried to help out by offering to buy stock at whatever low rate was being offered (2-5cents?) so they could pay the creditors from that, I got the impression that is not what happened. Did I read it wrong?
Not only did they not file financials in years, we all also knew about the lawsuits, BBQ, and so on, we all knew this long before they delisted, definitely had a chance for each and every one of us to get out at that time. Plenty of red flags, can't wait for the checkered flag.
That is a very true statement, I can't thanks SE enough.
It doesn't make it that much easier to be patient but it is good to know they are progressing. Really though, there is no choice but to be patient. I find myself learning more and more how to be patient, not by choice.
GO SUPERIOR
Horse only stunned, not dead and is reviving. Belize it.
Gotta take care of judgments and relist, then we'll be there. According to SE's last post, we are certainly heading there,
"Core areas of interest identified in the Southern Illinois basin
Stratigic partners identified and relationship established
Development plan initiated"
GO SUPERIOR!!!!
Nicely said, this stuff does happen.
True story, at one time my past husband and I had some renters that we had to evict, went to court and won, they spent their last money on a bus getting to court, we drove them home. It happens, it's how all things work, business or personal.
Hahaha, there is a campground close enough that I could walk to Wal-Mart for my job.
I did camp and work at a 7-11 five blocks away, beautiful place, wow that was twenty years ago, excellent fly fishing and s fun but I really don't want to go there again, I have gotten used to creature comforts and I hate fish.
Thanks, when it does relist, I expect I will be camping in something nicer than your yard I hope, although then it really isn't camping. I camped for a couple months in Tennessee, beautiful and if there was a better job market in the area I like, I would probably be there instead of Colorado.
SE, super naïve about most of this but I am learning, what is an LP structure? I could Google it but you have a way with explaining things better.
Oh wait, LP limited partnership?, How does that work?
TIA
I am in the game, GO SUPERIOR!!!! doing well for an almost defunct company. Thanks SE
Regarding Devon, I'm not sure why everyone is surprised about this, I believe WCD mentioned a couple of months ago that Superior had gone up against a big company and won. No one else was going to get the leases surrounded by Devon, Superior was were not going to be able to develop them on their own, they had been trying, so the ideal was to do exactly as they did. JMO
I think it is a good sign, people with enough money to put into this resurrection were smart enough to make the money in the first place, they don't usually throw good money after bad. There must be something they see in the company, or they just have money to blow which based on my family (uber wealthy)is highly unlikely. I unfortunately don't get to see any of that wealth until they are gone or feel generous, thus I am looking for a camp site or a job and hoping one day this year SUPERIOR will get it done.
Life would be pretty dull if everything worked out all the time, CACA OCCURS but it can be cleaned up.
This is a penny stock, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I do not feel as if I have been fooled, this is a penny stock, a place where one does not put their money or have their family and friends put their money unless they can afford to lose it.
I think as long as they get their judgements taken care of, this will all work out right, just not on my timeline. I really don't think they lied about time lines or circumstances intentionally but more so out of excitement, or lack of knowledge, I know it happens in the business world often for different reasons.
I will still look forward to it happening.
SUPERIOR.
I find it interesting that creditors were willing to accept stock to settle, I can't imagine they would do this if there was no chance the stock would return to them their debt owed, after all, they have already been owed for some time and could have bankrupt them, lets hope the other judgement creditors follow suit.
Thanks so much SE.
The next delay, postpone until they can file this quarters financials too, after all, we are already a week into March.
I gotta find a good camp spot, a job would be better though.
Stock seems much less risky than the wells, guess I made a good choice. I had the money to invest back at the offering, glad I did not use it for that.
When the very first wells were opened up to investors, SE sent me the information too, after reading it, my only question to him was that it showed it was estimated that it would take 18 months before a profit would be shown and wouldn't a larger profit be made on the stocks quicker. I never did get a response.
I would say 18-24 months and the stocks may be quicker.
Then you can buy the boat and hire someone else to wash it.
I'm not so sure what to think of that statement. I hope you did not become a Wal-Mart greeter.
I was hoping that when the relist occurs, I could sell some shares and invest in a well; however, it does not appear that will be the case, at least not right away, SEC Accredited Investor definition makes that clear. SO SAD, will be happy when the relist happens anyways.

Be sure to complete the form and download the investors e-book on the website. Good info there.
SUPERIOR!!!!!
Cali is and she hates camping.
GUSHERS folks,
I would really like to know if you are satisfied at this point with your investments, I know some of you have said you would invest in other wells and some have said they wanted to purchase stocks but not all of you have said anything. Are your investments what you expected? Would you invest in future wells if you were able to? Will you buy more stock when/if SIOR re-lists? I would be particularly interested in the investment from those who also own shares.
Will there be a new ticker?
HMMM
4 years from purchase date is a long time to wait, I knew penny stocks were volatile when I jumped into this, I meant to just play with the pennies, it was gambling money anyway but I got hooked on SIOR and still am even with my doubts, now all I can do is wait, (oh wait, I have been waiting for 4 years) at least I have really had an experience in being patient, they just got to do it soon.
I am happy that it is clear that they are moving along in what ever they are doing, just check the Oklahoma land records, just in the last couple of weeks, there is action. ( I never read them, cost too much but it is pretty easy to get a picture of what is happening even without reading them).
SUPERIOR !!!
YUP, or I got a lot of camping to do until it is.
I will add this, it will be 100% more when they relist.

THANKS, needed that.
It looks as though they are using the best folks to get this done, one chance to get it right, I think they will make no mistakes in getting it done, they just need to get it done.
SUPERIOR!!!!!
Thanks, that totally explains the 4 months mentioned before.
Sorry WCD, was just happy to post here and it should have said SOG shareholders will do fine.
If I need to sell my shares, which I hope I do not, I will contact you. Savings are diminishing and job search taking longer than I hoped, if I sell before relist it will be because I have no other choice and just my luck, the re-list will occur within a short time of that.
At one point, Dan indicated that as long as oil stayed above $40 everyone would be pleased, it was a couple years ago and in a conversation that was posted on the old web site. It seems to me that SOG will do fine once they RE-LIST
