Based on the huge volume moving today (read this as zero) I believe the horse is taking a day off.
WWW you need to start buying more shares. I know you have a track record of picking winners so go go go, giddy up, lets go, get on the rocket before it takes off, lets squeeze the shorts.
Did I mention they have an a/s of 10.5 billion, their last audited financials showed 200K in revenue and they posted fake year end financials.
I am with you, giddy up, giddy up. Squeeze the shorts, get in now, this thing is going to the moon. Maybe to a penny, maybe to half a penny who knows.
Screw the fundamentals or lack there of. Who cares they posted a fake financial report. Who cares they refuse to provide any transparency. Who cares they jacked the A/S to 10.5 billion with a B. Who cares they just announced like their 10th PR firm.
They have a product in Walgreens, giddy up, buy buy buy.
Just not with my cash.

Would this mean all the volume is being purchased by Market Makers or do all the trades flow through them?
Why would a market maker risk their own money on Identa? You would think they would be used to companies like this. Do they get paid at all by companies like Identa? Would Identa offer them discounted stock to pump this up?
Wolfer Identa is in Walgreens. How is that going? Oh yeah they won't tell us. In fact they went so far as to fake the year end financials so they apparently would not have to provide us with a factual update.
Someone is buying don't know why though. Giddy up.
Go go go, buy buy buy, squeeze the shorts, giddy up and lets go
Of course I am not buying, nor will I ever.
Giddy up WWW. Lets ignore the facts and focus on the hype. Go Identa go.
If it is him deleting things he is taking a weird approach. What Wolfer said was positive about the stock, so I would think with WWW all giddy up he would leave that and take down the numerous posts asking about why they posted the wrong financials. Doesnt make sense.
Mods, why did my post get deleted? It would be good to know the rules. I was just questioning why Wolfer's post was deleted as well.
Wolfer, I agree with you the fact that a sub penny stock with a questionable history got a product into Walgreens is a huge accomplishment. However, I will add on some facts for you (I won't mention recycled press releases or missed promises).
A/S is now at 10.5 Billion. A penny a share would give them a market cap of $105 million.
Last we saw they had yearly sales of $200k, $105 million cap is a bit of a stretch.
They have not updated us on sales via Walgreens why?
They faked the year end financials by reposting the same financials as the first six months of 2012, why? Was this to meet the limited information requirements? If Walgreens was going so great, why post the wrong financials? Are they hiding something?
I hope your investment goes well, but the warning signs are obvious.
Fadi I am bored what do you have for us today. How about a vague promise of something brewing on the horizon or a link to another paid poorly written report on Identa?
And your point is? Come on Fadi give us some news? Tell us why the reposted the wrong financials?
The dislaimer on that website is huge. I like this comment
We may have an inherent conflict of interest by sending the newsletter at the same time we may own stock in the same company or even have been paid compensation at the time of the promotion. pennystockprediction.com reserves the right to sell shares at any time, even during the time period in which we are profiling a company.
Priceless, good find. Is it me or are they getting more inept? Perhaps they are feeling the strain of not selling enough shares? First you had the failed promotion on Walgreens, the faked financials, two new PR firms with no new PR, the last two PRs which were obviously copied from one in 2011.
What is next?
Doesn't need dynamite, just a spark will cut this thing down.
5wpr announces new client, a technology firm from Israel. Surprisingly it is not Identa.
http://www.5wpr.com/news/index.cfm
You would think a top PR firm would want to announce a new client. And you would think Identa would like that as well. What is going on?
Oh that makes me feel good, a penny stock promoter likes Identa. Isn't that a huge red flag? Aren't some of these companies sometimes paid in stock for the promotion?
I would prefer to see the actual financials from last year Fadi, why did they fake those?
Lou, unfortunately there is not a lot to laugh about. I lost money here as well. I bought into the hype, but after years of the same crap (and now literally they are just copying and pasting old PRs), I gave up.
They had a chance with Walgreens but I think they bungled that so badly. It can only be a matter of time before the product gets tossed out in my opinion. Despite having a bunch of expert PR firms on the case, they have literally done zero promotion of this product.
But if they win the deal with custom that is even more shekels in the bank. This is not the same deal this is much more different. Of course with the phony financials they posted last time we will never know for sure if any of these deals are real or not.
What is needed is transparency, what they have given us is anything but transparent.
Good I love how they reprint PRs even down to the incorrect " at the end. Giddy up. Nothing bad about this company it is all good, except the erroneous financials, failed promises and sky high A/S.
Giddy up, come to the bagel factory.
Chain dont confuse facts with opinions, giddy up, lets go Identa. Lets open a plant in India or Russia or find some random African country you haven't claimed to do a deal with yet. What about Mexico or Columbia, lots of drugs there......
A farce. One thing to note, is that the new PR firm does not list Identa or Touch and Know on their client list. They also appear to have done a PR for every customer they have announcing the customer relationship but they did not do so with Identa, wonder why.
all we need now is a Fadi vague post and my day is complete yay Identa.
sorry to be so negative...ha ha. anyway i did give them some positive views when they managed to get the product into walgreens. how they managed to pull that off is amazing. the fact that they have not done any sort of promotion around the product placement I find also to be funny. i have literally not seen one thing they have done to promote that.
I actually feel a little sorry for the pumpers/bagholders. Deep down they know what is going on here. I love that they think posting things like "giddy up" and "go identa" will have a positive impact.
The only thing that will help this thing is facts, something that Identa has been very very poor on. If you doubt that, take a look at the year end financials they posted which are the same as the 6 month financials from last July. Why would they do that? The only reason I can think of is to meet the limited information requirements without actually providing new data.........
What is up for this week? It seems they found a few more shekels to do some PRs. What old story line will be re-visited this week? Russia? India? Other great retail opportunities? Posting the first six months of financials from last year again and calling them Q1 numbers?
The possibilities are endless. What I bet we wont see is any audited financials.
Confused yet? Apparently they re-tendered half way through the old tender?
I can't believe they actually used almost the same press release again. Even down to the "we are going to be in the french retail market" part at the end.
Apparently the new PR firm has started working yet. I am amazed.
What an absolute joke. Take a look at this PR from 2011
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases-test/international-drug--explosives-detection-company-identa-corp-receives-order-from-france-136260208.html
It is almost the exact same release. The dates and amounts have changed but much of the rest of it is the same. Some parts are even word for word the same.
What happened to the last tender? Hopefully people are checking past releases before buying in.
I was a bag holder for a while as well, but after the continued failures of all the press releases I dumped the few million I had for a few K loss. This was my last buy in the penny stock land and now leave my investing to the pros.
If this company could not have made a product in Walgreens move the share price then nothing will in my opinion. How many penny stocks can pull that off? They bungled that move with precision.
Wolfer that is the problem. They have never actually given any indication of how the product is selling. What does this tell? The company typically pumps up any discussion that could potentially lead to a sale so if they actually had facts on units being sold that were positive wouldn't they have told us?
Couple that with the fact they put up the fake financials for the year end. If they had posted true year end financials it would have covered the time when the product went into Walgreens so they could not cover up the sales figures.
I think it says a lot that the only PR from them in months is a new PR firm, after they just hired one in November. Plus the redundant/fake/erroneous/whatever year end financials has to catch up to them at some point.
Which begs the question, who would buy this stock? Any slight amount of DD should alarm most folks in my opinion.
WWW I am interested to know why you think this thing is such a great stock when everybody else thinks it is a dog?
Good news? The company goes three months and then announces a PR firm? What a joke? How many times have they done this before? In fact they hired a company called Agency Four in December of last year to "increase public awareness of our retail product - the Touch and Know drug detectors".
How about some financials? How about an explanation over the wrong financials they posted at year end? Update on Walgreens? Update on the bagel company? Nope, another PR firm ha ha.
Hey Wild only down 27% today, way to squeeze those shorts......ha ha. Of course on Monday some will buy a 1,000 shares for a tenth of a penny to pump it back up.
Sorry, wild this is just not about selling product. First off we dont even know they are selling anything. They have not told us. Secondly this is more about failed promises and jacked up A/S. A company with 11.5B in sales and 200K in revenue is not a buy in my view, particularly when they post the wrong financials.
Way to avoid the only key information we have: no financials (in fake they posted the wrong ones last time, perhapsto avoid being downgraded), no PRs in months, no updates on Walgreens, huge jack up in A/S
Way to avoid the facts and cling to the one hope that we have product in Walgreens. This is true but it has been there for months and we have seen no update and we have seen no supporting marketing.
Real product yes, real financials no, sky high a/s yes, office shared with bagel factory yes, no news yes
Answer this west although I know you won't, why did they post the wrong financials?
Love to see one new factual piece of information why you think this is a good buy. History of huge a/s, failed promises and erroneous financials. Yep that is a reason to buy in. The whole thing is a joke. If Walgreens is going so good, why did they put up wrong financials and not have a pr for three months?
I know you won't answer which is proof enough.
