I don't believe that the INMG streaming of MJAC was announced until a couple of weeks ago so it's not that late to set it up for MJBIZCON unless they already have something planned.
That's not happening. A RS doesn't give them any more shares to sell so I'm not sure what you're getting at. They have no reason to RS.
In any case 1.5 billion is relatively small on the OTC and this still moves easily.
I think most of it was just about filling the gap. I think it will go right back up now.
Thanks for the heads up on this! Got in a little later than I should have but hopefully that will be an unnoticeable difference when this takes off. Looking forward to seeing what happens Tuesday.

More important than the number of people is the quality of people who are there. It's an investor event so hopefully there are a lot of people who have money and are seriously interested in investing in a company like INMG.
Yeah, not only that but the good thing is that the OS is 1.5 billion as well so there is no chance of dilution right now unless they raise the AS.
$FLPC
Had to fill that gap! I was able to pick up a few at .0167 on a buy I set and forgot about back when the gap happened on the 21st.

If by "do anything" you mean acquire all permits (not an easy task in and of itself), open and operate a working mine, and remove 1000 tons of ore, then yes, they've done all that previously and can do it again. The only missing pieces last time around were processing and selling the ore. With the price of antimony at record highs now, those pieces are much more likely to come together this time around.
$FLPC
Well said. What we know:
1. There is mine in Nevada with antimony in it called Fencemaker.
2. FLPC holds the rights to that mine.
3. They have mined here before so we know they have the capability to do it again.
5. There are 1000 tons of ore already mined and sitting at a mill waiting to be processed.
6. They have kept their permits up to date.
7. The price of Antimony has sjyrocketed over the past several years.
8. They have said several times that they are investing their own money ($300K) to get things moving again.
The antimony in the mine is worth millions and growing every day with the continued increase in the price of Antimony. The financing will come because the ore is worth big $$$.
The ore they mined previously is now at a mill. They can use that mill when the time comes, they don't need their own mill. That was their mistake last time.
They have another chance and they are smart enough not to blow it this time.
Yup, news is coming soon. Despite what some may say, the audit should be quick since the company has been financially dormant (although they have kept up permits so they can get back to mining easily) for two years. And, even if it takes a little longer than we expect, it will be worth the wait because when this baby runs it will move quickly.

It sounds like your main issue with HVCW is that the OTC is risky. Fortunately there are other markets, NASDAQ and NYSE, for people who don't like to take as much risk. For the rest of us the OTC is the place to be.
So you're saying this is like every other OTC stock and has the same risks and rewards.
I would agree.
Nope, if they were hiding they wouldn't have filed Form 15. Filing form 15 leaves them in good standing with the SEC. All it says is that they didn't have enough stock holders to require them to show their financials for that period.
Don't worry, we'll be back there again soon.
I wasn't too surprised. We needed more volume to hold there and continue moving up. It's coming soon though.
$FLPC
Lol, it's for 1 period and this is the OTC where half the companies aren't current for years.
It was a gift that they actually filed form 15 to stay in good standing with the SEC.
That's ridiculous. They filed Form 15 to save the company and shareholders the money of having to do an audit for 1 period. They have posted the financials on their website for all to see.
Great week everyone!
Can't wait for Monday.
$FLPC
Buying more on the dips. Yesterday showed again just how fast this will climb when it gets moving.
$FLPC
What's true is that not so long ago FLPC had a working antimony mine which produced 1000 tons of antimony ore.
I wouldn't call that "little or no action". The fact is that they have done it before and they can do it again, and more. With the price of Antimony soaring to new heights all the time, there is more reason than ever to believe that they have incentive to get Fencemaker up and running again.
$FLPC
#14 on the breakout board! At .0014!
Financials are coming! FLPC will be current again soon. Then processing the ore that is already mined, Then opening Fencemaker mine again. Then being the only producing US Antimony mining company!
Get in now while there are still cheapies, IMO

Here we go boys and girls!!

Some info about FLPC for the new people here
What's so exciting?
FLPC has an Antimony mine in Nevada called Fencemaker. Antimony is rare and prices have been increase at a rapid pace over the past several years. There are currently no other companies mining Antimony in the US.
Back in 2012-2014, FLPC was all the rage. The company had fencemaker up and running and was producing raw antimony ore and they were getting ready to build a mill to process it. They also had a couple of other lithium based mines that they had plans for. With all the excitement, FLPC went as high as .08 in November of 2013.
Then there was some dilution and things seemed to fall apart. In response the stock price crashed all the way down to .0001 and the company went dormant for the past two years.
All of a sudden back in May, after two years of being silent, the company issued an 8k and also left a message on their website stating that they are working on getting compliant with filings and that they've maintained their mining permits over this time. They also promised more updates coming this summer.

The share structure is maxed out which means there can currently be no dilution. Every trade we see is retail.
In addition, one ihub board member here has made contact with the CFO, Bob Reynolds, and it sounds very promising.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=133004210
Things that seem clear to me are that
#1 there is real infrastructure here, Fencemaker definitely exists and there is a pile of ore already mined and waiting to be processed.
#2 There is about 1000 tons of ore already mined and waiting to be processed.
#3 Antimony is rare and much sought after resource and prices keep rising. There is only one other Antimony mine in the US so there is a huge market for this.
#4 Something is going on to motivate Bob and Don to get things moving again. According to the message from Bob, they are investing 300K of their own money to help get things up and running.
#5 Many of us who were around back in 2013 know how well FLPC can run and are very excited that a company we thought was dead an buried has new life.
Hope that helps.

Things are picking up here. Word is getting out.
Financials will be here soon!
$FLPC
Nope Form 15 was good for investors. Saved the company the money of auditing and filing during a period of transition.
They will file again. No worries.
Yes, it will be more about the fact that we will be current after 2 years, rather than what is in the financials specifically. Not expecting a whole lot after two years of inactivity but getting current with financials is HUGE on it's own.
$FLPC
Yes, dilution is impossible right now with AS and OS maxed out.
$FLPC
AS and OS are maxed out. There are no shares to sell so no dilution will be happening without notice of AS increase. For now they are financing things with a few hundred thousand dollars of their own money. However, Antimony is increasingly more and more valuable and there is a good chance of private financing if they can get current with financials.
Share structure as of 7/17:
Authorized: 1,500,000,000
Issued: 1, 499,288,264
Restricted: 305,132,147
$FLPC
Yes, when this breaks it should get up to .0018 pretty quickly and then .0028 without too much trouble after that.
Definitely! It can go back to .08 even if mining starts and ore gets processed and they have a buyer. Once actual revenue starts flowing, the sky is the limit.
Yes, coming soon.. Potential for .01 easy. I'm guessing this gets over .03 once they start mining again at Fencemaker. It got up to .08 in the past but the SS was different then. Now I think .03 is reasonable.
$FLPC
Looks great!
Hey JBW, wondering if you've been in contact with Bob lately and have anything to offer on where we stand now with FLPC.
Thanks!
$FLPC
No, Bob never said anything like that. Never would.
Someone is looking for cheap shares.
$FLPC
You have no basis for anything you are saying and continue to try to treat this stock as if it's on the NY stock exchange trading for dollars.
Many of us have contacted Bob through investor relations. Bob has told quite a few of us that they have invested $300K of their own money to get things up and running.
Maybe you should make an attempt to contact Investor relations like many of us have.
My guess is that they waited this long because the price of antimony rose enough to convince them that it was a worthwhile venture. That's really the easiest explanation but I would suggest contacting Bob and asking him yourself.
$FLPC
You are making a lot of baseless claims.
You are forgetting that Bob and Don are investing hundreds of thousands of dollars of their own money. They wouldn't do that if they didn't have a plan for getting the mine running again.
As far as the ore waiting to be processed, According to everything Bob has indicated, they are planning to process that ore. I'm guessing that:
#1 they have found that the ore is high enough grade to process.
#2 The price of antimony has risen significantly, and continues to rise, which may have changed the dynamics of whether it was cost effective to process the ore.
$FLPC
Maybe you missed the 8k they released yesterday and the financials on their website.
They have inventory and revenues.
Not a shell and very active.

Hey third leg! Joined you on this one man!
Glad to be here. Let me know any additional info you want to share about this company.
Got in at .003 yesterday based on your PM.
