Sterling,
I purchased Ericsson stock a few years back when the PPS was in the .40 cent range. They did a reverse split of 1 for 10 shares. Shortly there after it started its' climb from the $4.00 range and went into the $30.00 range. This could happen here, and that would be the reasoning for a reverse split. Marvin
jenna36,
If this helps, I lost $30,000.00 in CGFIA a little earlier this year. I took my losses and went elsewhere. I had the same issues that you are surfacing. If you go back in CGFIA posts you will see where I exited. The people here didn't like the issues I was raising. Marvin

Subject: OKLAHOMA ......IS OK!
You will enjoy this one .
OKLAHOMA MAY JUST BE THE PLACE TO LIVE!
An update from Oklahoma :
Oklahoma law passed, 37 to 9, had a few liberals in the mix, an amendment to place the Ten Commandments on the front entrance to the state capitol. The feds in D.C., along with the ACLU, said it would be a mistake. Hey this is a conservative state, based on Christian values...! HB 1330
Guess what.......... Oklahoma did it anyway.
Oklahoma recently passed a law in the state to incarcerate all illegal immigrants, and ship them back to where they came from unless they want to get a green card and become an American citizen. They all scattered. HB 1804. Hope we didn't send any of them to your state. This was against the advice of the Federal Government, and the ACLU, they said it would be a mistake.
Guess what.......... Oklahoma did it anyway.
Recently we passed a law to include DNA samples from any and all illegals to the Oklahoma database, for criminal investigative purposes. Pelosi said it was unconstitutional. SB 1102
Guess what........ Oklahoma did it anyway.
Several weeks ago, we passed a law, declaring Oklahoma as a Sovereign state, not under the Federal Government directives. Joining Texas , Montana and Utah as the only states to do so. More states are likely to follow: Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, the Carolina's, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, Arkansas, West Virginia, Mississippi, Florida. Save your confederate money, it appears the South is about to rise up once again. HJR 1003
The federal Government has made bold steps to take away our guns. Oklahoma, a week ago, passed a law confirming people in this state have the right to bear arms and transport them in their vehicles. I'm sure that was a set back for the criminals (and Obamaites). Liberals didn't like it -- But ...
Guess what........... Oklahoma did it anyway.
Just this month, my state has voted and passed a law that ALL driver's license exams will be printed in English, and only English, and no other language. We have been called racist for doing this, but the fact is that ALL of our road signs are in English only. If you want to drive in Oklahoma , you must read and write English. Really simple.
By the way, Obama does not like any of this.
Guess what....who cares... Oklahoma is doing it anyway.

detroiter,
Bobhwang posted MDW would go to $1.00 when it was in the .40 cent range about 5 months ago. Check the price now. Marvin
Push,
I am under water here, but I fully expect to make a lot of money!!!!!!! Marvin
Wow! Re - entry point is really hard to guess here. Every day I think it can't fall any further, yet it does. TA hasn't been very good at finding the floor. If anybody guesses it right, they are going to make some money.
JLT,
You are messing up my books!!!!!!! Marvin
Klon,
As you can see by the PR 9/15/2009 Mr.Sym stated that we were purchasing an asset worth between $80 Mil. and $100 Mil.
If that is an accurate statement, and you divide 1.12 bil. into the lower of $80 Mil. you will find that the share price will be .0625 cents. Keep in mind that that share price is based on an asset value of $80 Mil. and it is using the authorized total not the shares outstanding. This means that if Jonathan Sym , which is a man with a government secret clearance, said that the asset value was $80 to $100 Mil. I believe the value is that and what else have they done since September? Marvin

The Evermedia Group Provides Guidance on Upcoming Share Structure
NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 09/15/09 -- Recently The Evermedia Group, Inc.
(PINKSHEETS: EVRM) acquired a majority position in STS Evermedia Corporation (SEVM), holding company of defense contractor System Technology Solutions, Inc. (STS). As a result of this acquisition, the authorized capital stock of the company will increase from 790 million to 1.28 billion shares. The increase will reflect the issuance of new Class B non-voting and non-trading shares. The total number of outstanding shares will increase to approximately 1.131 billion shares, of which the entire increased amount will be used to finance the recent acquisition. The majority of the stock used will come from Class B shares affecting the Class A shares by an increase of approximately 124 million shares. As no third party investors, brokers or commissions were involved in the transaction, all of the increase in outstanding shares will be given to officers, directors and employees only, all in the form of restricted stock. Furthermore, the percentage increase also reflects the minimum federal requirements necessary for The Evermedia Group and its subsidiaries to maintain the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) status. Lastly, the number of shares in the float will not be affected by this transaction.
CEO of The Evermedia Group Jonathan Sym commented that "this acquisition is very important to the growth of our company. The STS transaction will allow us to consolidate financials and to generate revenues for the first time in our company's developmental history as well as to align ourselves with several top 100 federal contractors to integrate our biometric identity applications. Now that all of our current and future operating companies will be designated as SDVOSB, this will give us a valuable and distinct advantage when bidding for government contracts against some of our larger competitors." He further stated that "the total cost of this acquisition is about $15 million in stock and cash. What we are buying is an asset that is worth about $80-$100 million, based on STS' current and pro forma revenues, earnings growth rates, relative P/E and its ability to generate government contracts in the next three years. This is an incredible opportunity for us to acquire an asset for a great price.

Nope!!!!!!! Just sitting here watching the circus!!!!!!! Marvin
Banjo,
I'm in agreement with you. I believe that the share price doesn't reflect the company that I believe that it is. $.25 cents by years end, we will have to wait and see! Marvin
Banjo,
Starting with 2008, there's a new zero percent tax rate on long-term capital gains. The zero percent rate applies to individuals who are in the 10% and 15% marginal tax brackets. The zero percent rate is scheduled to expire at the end of 2010, when capital gains rates will increase to at least 15%.
Capital Gains Tax Rates
Type of Capital Asset Holding Period Tax Rate
Short-term capital gains (STCG) One year or less Ordinary income tax rates up to 35%
Long-term capital gains (LTCG) More than one year 5% for taxpayers in the 10% and 15% tax brackets (zero percent starting in 2008)
15% for taxpayers in the 25%, 28%, 33%, and 35% tax brackets
Collectibles One year or less STCG tax rates up to 35%
Collectibles More than one year 28%
Small Business Stock Gains (Section 1202) More than five years 28% on the gain not excluded
Real Estate Main Home One year or less STCG
More than one year LTCG taxed at 5% or 15% after any exclusion amount

Banjo,
Just remember that one must hold the security for 1 year and a day to get perferred tax treatment. Obama would be given the opportunity to waste more money! Marvin

Cryptics,
We told you that the MMs are manipilating the share price. Only a portion of what we see is real. That is why we must refer to the due diligence. Richard Weitzel and the officers of the company, probably own upwards of 75 percent of outstanding shares. That is why they feel no pressure to release a lot of information. They are the ones who own this corporation. That is why I feel so strongly that EVRM will be fruitful. They have no need to sell shares, at this time, so we must process the information that they give us. I hope that you were able sell all your shares in EVRM or that you will tone down your retoric, we have very moody people on this board and it would be appreciated very much that you would take that into consideration. Marvin

Air Force 1962-1966. God has blessed America, but America has left following the GOD that I know. Our leadership doesn't appear to know the GOD that I know. Prosperity and diversity has destroyed our America. If we don't stand for something, we stand for nothing. Marvin
docgreen951,
Doc with your first post on the EVRM board, you could at least become familiar with the due diligence of the company for which you are posting. Marvin
rookinvestor,
Disappointment will be based on expectation. Some shareholders will be disappointed while others will be pleased with EVRMs' performance. We must stay focused on the business plan going forward. Marvin
john-69 that stock that you mentioned from several years ago, is IMO not dead. I have a huge stake in it also. Just remember, the more monies that are at stake, the larger the investors are that will try to seize and control it. Marvin
Pegaso, The MMs can sell shares, to the best of my knowledge, three ways. 1: is to buy those shares from someone. 2: is to sell shares from their inventory. 3: is to sell those shares nakedly. I would think that the best of those three options would be to start raising the bid price until someone is willing to sell shares. There was a good possibility that for the past few days the MMs have been passing those shares back and forth, hoping someone will mess up and place a sell order. My thought is that the MMs have had a net loss of shares for the past few days except for those sold by error. Marvin
banjo,
I have you on the list but at 1,000,000 I will up date. Marvin
jfburk I'm sorry if I came across to you as thinking that every person that didn't participate were flippers. It was not my intention, for you can see that some of the people who have been the best at bringing due diligence to the board have not participated. Some people are very private people, which is very understandable. Probably only half, at best, of the people participated, SOOOOO just look at where that leaves the float. "GONE" Marvin
Pegaso that is the reason I posted the names that I had included. I felt someone would look at the list and want to be included. Marvin
tbrod,
My thought was, who was that that tried to stop me from showing the share count. Only one person responded negatively, were they trying to stop the board from understanding just how little float is left in the weak shareholders hands. I would think that the flippers would not post their holdings. It is going to be interesting to see just how the MM's handle not having shares coming in for them to buy. My guess is that they start raising the bid/ask pricing. Marvin
Hackers shares were counted. I didn't think it was in good taste to show everyone's share count, but the tally is what was reported. Marvin
louieforpar,
No louie I have only stated that IHUB verification states that 124,658,464 shares. I also know of some other people who own shares that were not counted. I just remembered that I have a lady friend who owns over 800,000 shares that weren't counted. I am just stating that the float is GONE!!!!!!! Like the person said in that E-Mail, this count is off by 50 to 60 percent. The Float is "GONE" Marvin
We are now at 72 posters, holding 124,658,464 shares. I just want all of you to know that my mission was only to verify that the share float was, pretty much, consumed by the posters on this board. I feel as though this figure is a reasonably accurate figure of those who participated. I know that there was some dissention because of the E-Mail I received. I, personally, believe that the MM's now know that we know that the float has been consumed and held by tight fisted investors. I now believe that the MM's now know that they are going to have to let it go to a higher level to get any volume at all. I have tried to find other public posts by him but was unable to locate anything, thus could it have been someone representing the MM's. I well knew going into this gathering of information that I wasn't the largest investor. Right "JLT" Marvin
Marvin I cringed when I read this post. You have just given the MM's a share count and they can surely take advantage of those numbers......
never a good idea...if you really want to do a share count then get a subscription and do it in PM's and not on a public forum.
Anyway your figures are probably off by around 50 to 60%...there are always more investors than those who post. You don't have my position and about 12 others that I know of.
Although your position is significant you are not the largest shareholding on the board.
Please don't do open share counts it belittles the stock

tbrod,
I am betting that you will have a sizeable powder keg by next October, for I see your share count. Marvin
MrSparex,
I just read my E-Mail and the share count has risen to 68 people holding 121,588,467 shares. It looks as though the float is gone, providing these people hold their shares. I know that this share count will not be correct as soon as EVRM runs to ten cents but it allows IHUB members to know that the float is gone. I still plan to get back to you on KJV discussion. Marvin
stocksgonewild ,
I just finished totaling the share count and I find 64 people here are holding 108,788,467 shares. I plan tomorrow to post all the people that I have totaled. I will not post their holdings. The reason that I plan to do this is to verify to the people that have posted, that their shares are counted. Marvin
stocksgonewild,
We hopt that EVRM is as good as Sterling believes. I think that he is right, though it may take a while longer than he believes. We have gained a lot of territory today by knowing just how strong our forum is. Right now we are at 87,130,067 shares, held by 54 IHUB holders. Marvin
stocksgonewild,
It would be interesting to know the actual share count of the IHUB members. I know of many members who have not said what their holdings were. Many of whom I would be large holders. Marvin
The float is dwindling!!!!!!! The IHUB share count is now at 86,030,067 held by 53 IHUB members. Marvin
tbrod,
Tom I E-Mailed you the holdings that I have you with. Marvin
ladyinwaiting,
I didn't have you down. That makes 82,436,852 shares held by 41 IHUB people. Marvin
Stock observer,
I didn't have you down, nor your friend. I count 82,221,602 held by 40 people!!!!!!! How much available float can there be left with just these few IHUB holders holding this many shares? Marvin
jjm I didn't have you either and Ron I had you down for 5.2 Mil. 37 people holding 78,170,202 shares!!! Marvin
Goldwing,
That is true. I don't have you listed. That is only 36 people. Marvin
THEDOG 17
I didn't have you down. That makes 76,770,201. Marvin
