Cannot wait to see what is going to happen these next couple weeks. I am kicking myself now for not buying on the dips earlier, but will have to add tomorrow. You think we might dip a little before the pr's again, or will we keep edging higher?

Thought we would see the infamous 3:45pm press release today before the weekend, but nonetheless still a great day. Now management needs to take advantage and release the quarterly report next week along with some other substantial pr's, and we will be flying.

You said it, about 500k at 7, then another 700k at 8, and we have a run. ADHC management, I hope you take advantage of the situation here because it could run very quickly.

Really hope this wasn't the significant news Ernest was talking about... However I will take it over silence. Maybe we will see a string of press releases leading towards the quarter report.

Next week is going to be crucial with what is on the 1st quarter report. Hopefully the Rebel Networks situation will be spelled out on it.

I sent him an email to explain to me how his deadline for the next press release is different from all the other times he gave us a timeline on when we would see an update... Surprise surprise I have yet to receive a response.

I wonder where Vegas would put the odds of Ernest actually releasing news before Christmas.

Ha I think Ernest is trying to get us off his back, but he keeps digging himself a hole to get out of.

He told me in an email that the deal finalization will be on the first quarter report which is coming in the middle of December.

I received a reply as well stating that we will see an announcement soon. Have not heard that one before...

Well judging from last year's filing, it should be around December 20th. I have not spoken with Ernest in a while either.

Ernest told me that the Rebel Networks acquisition will be on the upcoming quarterly report. Hopefully that will be the first of many press releases to come. I think we can see at least .0005 on just the Rebel Networks news.

Just does not make any sense. Why wait so long to announce the deal? The only reason I can think of why they would wait is to stack up some press releases together to make a run. If not, I do not understand why the current management is still with the company.

Really hoping to see something about the Rebel Networks deal this coming month before christmas. Not sure what they are waiting on in order to make the deal public.

Really disappointed how Ernest has now shut out the investors from what is going on. Judging from last year's pps spike, we may have to wait until the middle of December for news.

Well anyone who is supposed to be reading the emails from the investors. The report never said anything about Ernest stepping down, it said Domenic was appointed president and COO, not CEO.

I have sent him a couple emails as well. Not sure why Ernest has decided to quit responding again. Hoping this mean they are putting some great things together for us investors.

The main reason is that this should lead to the Rebel ceo taking over which means that adhc has finally completed their acquisition of Rebel Networks. Also, new management needed to be brought in to create a more transparent atmosphere with the investors. We all have had enough of the typical fluff pr's we have been accustomed to.

I am sure they can "encourage" him to leave. But nonetheless I do hope this silence means we are building up to something. Also, one of the last emails I received from Ernest said they would have a press release stating the final acquisition of Rebel Networks which I think would do wonders to our current pps.

I think the lack of communication from Ernest may be due to him being shown the door now. He was being very transparent for the last couple weeks then just stopped responding.

Like mo has stated in previous posts, I think volume will definitely pick up quite a bit before a big release is going to be made.

I guess so, however very unlikely. Would you go back to a stock that you no longer hold interest in to forewarn other people? We all know the risks and rewards of playing penny stocks. This stock in particular has a great upside with the Rebel Networks acquisition. If you do not think this stock is for you, that is your opinion, but don't try and shake the tree for your own gain.

My question is why do you keep coming back to this board if you think this stock has no upside?

I have received similar info in email as well, cannot wait.

Ernest stated that the Rebel Networks deal has been completed and will be explained in a upcoming press release.

This response put me at ease after reading the annual report.

Kurt,

The Rebel acquisition was for stock. The statement was required by the
accountants and lawyers since a component of the deal was a significant
capital expenditure program, the financing for which has just been
completed. The details will be in the first quarter report and we expect
some significant announcements regarding all of this very shortly. We will
also be consolidating Rebel's revenues starting in the second quarter.

Thanks for taking the time to do proper due diligence, and if there are any
other questions I will be pleased to answer them.

They're filing on Monday, so yes they have something to report.

We file every quarter and always have - we file 45 days after each quarter
and 90 days after year -end. Our accountants and counsel have the discipline
down pat. We will file on the 31st and shortly after we will have, what I
consider some very positive news.
