possibly. hopefully it won't stay down there for long
positive contract news would help that
That struck my interest too. There is a lot going on behind the scenes with ECOS. And their product lines are through the prototyping and RND stages and creeping towards production and sales.
Still much work to be done, but we are very close to a tipping point IMO.
Im going long on this one.
It all depends on what happens with contract negotiations. Things like that change a stock overnight
Looks like they are going to try and raise capital through a combination of private loans (which will end up being convertible notes) and selling new shares. They are authorized to sell up to 500,000,000 shares and there are only about 200,000,000 million shares outstanding.
Plenty of room to sell shares. In this 10Q you see a lot of the standard "We are a development stage company, so there is question as to whether we can continue as a going concern" but that is required by Sorbanes Oxley.
I like how they through in more specifics about the contract negotiations going on for Chile, Africa, etc. ANNNDDDD that there are prototypes being made for the batteries in Korea. That is HUUUUGELY positive news. That means that products are being placed in front of potential customers, which means that the potential for financing is VERY present.
I am happy about this one.
What an unusually quiet day in here today....calm before the storm?
This has been one interesting morning for ECOS. What a bounce.
My opinion is simply based on conversations that I have had with ECOS and I felt (and still do feel) that it is reliable. I am definitely not one for "pumping" a stock. I think people who do that are a bit crooked to say the least.
I may be wrong about ECOS, but I have a gut feeling that I may be on to something.
It is slowly ticking down because there is VERY low volume and Mr. Seigel for some reason is holding back on releasing updates and PR. I continue to accumulate shares and am holding them for the long haul.
If people maintained my strategy on buying and holding this stock, you would NOT see a continued down trend. People who are selling themselves short are causing the down trend. They are willing to part from their shares for less than they are worth due to impatience.
So you think today is the day to get your fill of UNGS shares before the big boom?
I sure as hell hope so. I'm ready for UNGS to give us a reason to cheer.
Speak for yourself. I picked up a good number of shares today at .0137 and will keep buying on the dips if people are going to sell to me down here.
ECOS is going to explode very shortly so I am stocking up on all I can. Once this starts running, newbies will be chasing the ask all the way up into double digits. This may be premature, but I am predicting ECOS hits $1.00 before Christmas.
Does anyone want to buy my shares of NVAE? I am selling at 0001
Snowcat, UNGS is not required to file anything by the 15th. Check out there past PR.
"the Company has filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). Upon such filing, the Company's obligation to file certain reports with the SEC, including annual, quarterly, and current reports on Forms 10-K, 10-Q and Form 8-K, respectively, was immediately suspended."
The May 15th filing date was something that Wayne said he would be doing in emails to shareholders. BUT he is not longer REQUIRED to file anything with the SEC. I guess the cost of the filings was not worth it to him.
That being said, it would be nice if the old fart shed some light on what his company is doing.
If you are talking about the guy who works on the wells, his name is Brandon. His cell number was posted on this board around that time.
He is a good guy and will likely talk to you. But he doesn't know much about the actual financials of the company. I spoke with him three weeks ago and he was still working hard to get the wells up and running. At that time he had quite a few already online and they hadn't discussed any frac treatments yet. Didn't want to damage any of the wells.
Hi bl5slammer. Unfortunately, there is no evidence that this is a case of dilution. What we are seeing is a serious lack of direction for investors because the company is providing no direction.
People are buying low and selling on the slightest up tick to make money. Buy at 0003 sell at 0004 and repeat. Until we see some hard evidence from the company of what is going on I am afraid this pattern will continue to repeat.
ANSWER: Someone who was impatient and probably lost a ton of money. As far as I have seen, nobody has picked up shares at 0002 so who ever dumped either lost big or broke even.
Now Im trying to pick up some of their shares.
Thank you. ECOS chart looks solid with the MA20 and MA50 about to cross.
ECOS is my next 10 bagger call. Currently resting on solid support at .015 to .016 with low float and huge movement on news/PR. Company is close to making a major announcement on contracts for their new fuel technology.
Check them out and let me know what you think.
Trust me bosstinu2, ECOS is on the verge of a HUGE boom. At this level, I see us all grabbing a three or four bagger before Independence Day.
Mark my words, news is coming in the near future that will bust the top off this story.
I call them every now and then to see what's going on and always get voicemail. Wayne knows my voice well now and still doesn't respond. Shows a serious lack of concern for shareholders. Not exactly the way I run my company and definitely not the way I would recommend others run theirs.
Not really. I just got filled at .015 so I am happy.
You couldn't be more right. Unfortunately, most of the BUZZ on this board is total BS in an attempt to either PUMP or SLAM the stock.
You and I both know that until Mr. Anderson decides it is worthwhile to inform shareholders of the company's current financials, everything is just speculation and assumption.
UNGS is now in the Ticker BUZZ Cloud. The word is getting out.
slapped the ask and only got a partial fill so far. Nobody is selling. That's a good sign
Today is the day I am going to add to my position. It's nice and quiet. I like that.
NIce little climb for the day in to the 5's. Glad I got a few more shares down at 3's
Don't fret Dannie. All is good with ECOS. There will be news coming in about 2 weeks. They are doing quite a bit behind the scenes before making their next announcement. Hold tight and stock up.
I am going to snatch up the $3k little by little over the next week on the dips. I have about 40 free trades left on TD Ameritrade account so I am not worries about averaging out the commission costs.
I don't know. Call me stingy, but the 7% difference in price between 0145 and 015 turns out to be over $200 bucks on a $3k order. And I would rather make $200 than lose it.
I always do my buys like that. It's my game. I like trying to get the best deal.
I really think i should double up down here before news hits...but I want more at .014 or .0145 and the ask won't drop that far...maybe I should just buck up and buy here.
Good question. But I would much rather talk to him than an IR person anyway.
I use to do PR myself on a company I took public when things were just starting to get rolling because my IR firm charged me for every damn thing they did on my behalf.
Michael has a long history of leading successful organizations and probably just enjoys handling things on his own. That's my guess.
LOL I am not putting in a bid for anything until there is positive movement. I'd rather lose of little catching this on the way up that buy when there is no momentum in the positive direction.
Isn't that a sorry gap to look at bid at 0002 ask at 0004. Nothing in between.
Yeah Michael Siegel is an incredible CEO. He is one of the best when it comes to investor relations and being forthright. Very bright guy who always makes time to speak with people and share what his company is doing.
Not a scammer like many penny CEOs
Exactly Surfguy. I wish I could share the details of the conversation I had this morning with a very reliable source. But the basics of it were that the company didn't want to flood the news wires with continuous PR crap because it would get repetitive and lose it's importance. They are following through with some very significant business happenings and should be making a public announcement within the next two to three weeks.
Take it with a grain of salt, but this person said that investors are going to be rich when things are finalized.
Flawless...without saying too much...I HAVE been hinted to further...it's actually bigger than I thought. Hold tight. Things are going to be just fine. We are talking GLOBAL on this one.
Between the few of us on this board right now, mark my words, the people holding and accumulating right now are going to be VERY happy investors in weeks to come. not this week or next week, but soon thereafter big things are coming our way. Buy on the dips and accumulate what you can down here.
I am everyday.
I called to talk with Wayne this morning and it went straight to voicemail. I left him a message to see if he would get back to me and so far I haven't heard a thing.
Exactly. With all this over abundance of Nat Gas I can't believe we have no way to get it anywhere else in the world except in to native storage and distribution facilities.
There is HUGE potential for the US to take advantage of Nat Gas fueled cars, trucks, tractors, etc. but ABSOLUTELY ZERO infrastructure to make it happen.
I have a small holding in CLNE (Clean Energy Fuels) with the hopes that they will figure out how to make it happen.
Can I throw a wrench in this??? UNGS has actually produced a fair amount of Nat Gas. Unfortunately in the US Nat Gas is at a record low...but over seas it is selling for 5 times what it is here...
Couldn't UNGS turn quite a nice profit selling Nat Gas to an exporter??????
Hey Wayne Anderson...You should be paying us iHub genius' to help you manage UNGS. We'd make you a fortune....oh wait we already did ;)
LOL Finally Blackhawks has made me laugh about UNGS. I have to hand it to you on this one. Bravo.
