The thing that makes me mad.
Yes, the company diluted. This is not what I am mad about. It would of made zero business sense to tell shareholders before dilution happened and to not forsee chance of dilution was merely bad foresight. If one kept up with shareholder updates, and Prs, or these boards; as T.A. was called almost daily. You would have known when the dilution occurred and was occurring. Many of us "Longs" have sat through it and have even been adding as it actually was a gift of an amazing buying op. that is now closing...
The point. What needed to be done has now been done. To continue on harping about something that occurred in the past and promoting that as reasoning for it to happen again tomorrow is poorly short sighted. If you look at RFMK and all you can see is Dilution and TfT then you really aren't seeing the big picture.
Why I'm mad. The dilution happened, as a Long investor in RFMK I'm okay with it. Take my money go make a bunch of Cannacigs and sell them. Any businessman knows there is more money in the world than there are things to spend it on. But how can these bell ringers have any insight into this investment if they are making all this fuss about something they aren't even invested in. Furthermore, how can something that has occurred and is in the past be reasoning for continued devaluation, while concurrently the company has greatly increased their physical value by bringing products to market.
IMO RFMK has diluted and has/is doing great things with it... by diluting they have increased their value in the real world. Does it make sense that a company that is growing its real world value should have its value decrease on paper, foolhardy at best. IMO the dilution happened with very little notice, I believe that most of the PPS drop was due to promoted panic after the fact, imo a great deal of credit goes to these boards, combined with short interests. Sadly something which some on these boards are continually trying to engage, when we are now after the fact.
Continuing to value RFMK based on past dilution makes zero sense. Ask yourself is the company growing and improving itself? Is is a good investment? If you really put all the pieces together and see the big picture you will realize what many of us have come too. That there is a whole lot more than meets the eye with RFMK.
I'm willing to bet something good happens to RFMK much sooner than anything bad is going to happen to it, and I am also willing to bet that RFMK will be trading in a much higher range come the end of the year.
Obviously, just like every one else here this is just my (actually) honest opinion.
KFG RFMK
By that logic when the markets lost half their value in 09 nobody should of bought into any of them ever again... luckily most people realize that the stock market is speculative and is driven on the future not the past...
found a book you might find illuminating:

Pretty sure you said that anyone expecting the Cannacig on shelves anytime soon would be disappointed... I think we are doing just fine.
Disagree with you there, real investors are the only ones left in RFMK, all of the flippers and day traders are the ones that are out and staying clear at the moment, but you can bet once they see an opportunity to make money they will come right back.
You don't think anyone will fund us?
Sure is quiet from the other side of the fence... not a peep since this morning.
Million shares in the last minute, not too shabby! Maybe someone has an inkling about tomorrow?
Who knows maybe? If they need to dilute again to push out 10k once the 2k are gone I say do it. If an investor decided to buy at .0093 and took a loss that was their fault for making a poor buy, just like if you sold last week in .002s that's just to much emotion in investing, so is getting enraged about dilution. it was pretty obvious RFMK would have to dilute in order to realize the Cannacig, and honestly they probably did it the best time before the PPS was much higher and more people got stuck, that whole beginning run was purely speculation driven... then everyone cried that it was a scam and tried to make it out to be a scam and so ya the stock has kind of suffered of late, but RFMK has come through, bringing what at first glance appears to be a pretty decent product to market.
The dilution appears over although your delusion remains.
And you know what I'm pretty sure your right RFMK will probably dilute again someday but that's just a part of being invested in stocks, if you don't believe in the company don't invest in them, that is what this is after all if I'm going to invest my money in a company I would want them to use it... and hopefully if I have invested correctly it will increase the value of the company. And if you want to know where those funds went go read the shareholder updates...
I'm with you, we don't go this long without hearing anything from RFMK without something big brewing... I think Tom is making sure attention has died down so the flippers are out and the shorts are off guard. muahahaha
Ah yes, but with the dilution over the company is now funded... past tense...
with 2000 cannacigs being manufactured and a slew of other developments in the works which count for.... chopped liver in your honest opinion?
Most of those Cannacigs have been pre-ordered imo... that's 200,000 in sales... not exactly chump change...
And what about when we do receive long term funding? It's strange how people who are actually invested in this stock are fine with the steps this company has taken and the path it is on, yet you have no vested interest but yet are here everyday telling us RFMK diluted( say what news flash!!!!!!!)
If your gonna hang around here you could at least bring something new to the table...
But I guess since those pesky Cannacigs actually showed up dilution is pretty much the only thing you have to harp about...
lol remember when you said that the Cannacigs weren't even going to show up because they were going to get lost en route... hahaha that was so funny!
Kels you haven't been following the RFMK story long enough to try to tell anyone what that story is AIMHO
What should we say to those that sold last week in the .002s, because nostradamus(you) claimed we were going into the teens? You were wrong about that why should anyone believe your HO now?
I think somebody posted a chart on here maybe phish and it said the only real resistances are .005 and .0093
tis as good as hundred dollar bills you are correct sir
Kimmel Addresses MJ Legalization At WH Dinner

Washington, D.C. -- While delivering his remarks at the 2012 White House Correspondents' Dinner, comedian Jimmy Kimmel addressed the issue of marijuana legalization.
"What is with the marijuana crackdown? Seriously, what is the concern? We will deplete the nation's Funyun supply?" Kimmel said. "Pot smokers vote too. Sometimes a week after the election, but they vote." Kimmel then posed a challenge to the crowd, which was made up of celebrities like Kim Kardashian and George Clooney.
"I would like everyone in this room to raise your hand if you've never smoked pot," Kimmel said.
Few hands went up.
Noting the crowd's reaction, Kimmel addressed Obama directly.
"Marijuana is something that real people care about," Kimmel said.
Obama, who recently said he doesn't "mind a debate" about drug legalization, has increased the crackdown on medical marijuana producers across the nation, including a recent high-profile raid on a California training school. He addressed the crackdown and attempted to clarify his 2008 comments that he was "not going to be using Justice Department resources to try to circumvent state laws [on medical marijuana]" in a recent interview with Rolling Stone:
Speaking with Rolling Stone, the president tried to explain his original comments, claiming that the recent pressure on dispensaries and providers was in line with his intent.
"What I specifically said was that we were not going to prioritize prosecutions of persons who are using medical marijuana," Obama said. "I never made a commitment that somehow we were going to give carte blanche to large-scale producers and operators of marijuana -- and the reason is, because it's against federal law."
The president continued: "I can't nullify congressional law. I can't ask the Justice Department to say, 'Ignore completely a federal law that's on the books.' What I can say is, 'Use your prosecutorial discretion and properly prioritize your resources to go after things that are really doing folks damage.' As a consequence, there haven't been prosecutions of users of marijuana for medical purposes."

What would this be for?
I'm assuming you have seen this but here it is anyhow...
CARSON CITY, Nev., Jan. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Rapid Fire Marketing (OTC Pink: RFMK) announced today that Medical Cannabis Management (MCM's) initial client company has completed their first harvest cycle, which will result in revenue to RFMK for the consulting services provided. It is estimated to earn RFMK between $10,000 and $30,000 in the first quarter 2012. The Company's second non-profit client is approximately a month out from their first harvest, which is expected to generate RFMK similar consulting fees during the same quarter. Exact numbers will be determined once the yield of the harvest is realized by the client company. The processing which occurs post-harvest usually takes two to three weeks to complete.
MCM has been engaged to provide consulting services to non-profit organizations entering the medical cannabis industry in California. The Company provides consulting services related to the cultivation methods available. The Company does not provide legal advice and requires non-profit companies in California to seek and abide by state laws. As additional non-profits seek the consulting services of the Company, the management expects this division to grow throughout 2012.
"We have two client companies now and are having discussions with others. There is no shortage of business out there; it just takes time to get them up and running once they have researched and understand the guidelines," said Mike Amezquita, CEO of MCM. "We are very excited about this sector of our business and we expect to continue to build our revenues with more clients and the sales of our new THC e-Cig which we expect to have available soon," said Amezquita.
