Also a broker has been selling Tony V's shares which he sold to invest in a sub for Prana in Calif. Worth the wait, IMO...GLTA...
I think the current pps is all about waiting for the news. Quite a bunch of things happening right now and should be nice when real revs show this Q and in the future...GLTA...
Progress, funding or completion in South Carolina?...

Not yet, they could always partner somehow. Maybe.
Would of liked the RUO to have been something, but wasn't completed/supported. We may still see about those UF rights, still being licensed.
The change from BTH to NASH to AGN has been hard on Longs and we had higher hopes. BTH provided some spikes, but NASH>AGN and recent pps has been a Ben Dover plan.
Management spending so much time on the offering must mean they hope for the max and are negotiating/paper-working, or are trying to sell this whole bag **, or have multiple offers but maybe for less, or are F* of S*. Still getting paid?
Unfortunately no big rewards for our risks, yet. Try and sell for a loss for taxes? Selling locks in losses or gains.
I'm dumb and holding, no buyers anyway.
...Good Luck to Us All...
UCANN / CNAB...Regulated and in house tested, Made in America with proprietary NO solvents extraction methods. Used in Prana products as tinctures and topicals for Medical relief. Great to be with UCANN.
Tainted Junk from China and Ukraine or made in black market bathtub stills are like meth or alcohol during prohibition, Jail and or bans on these imports or black market activities should be a first step...GLTA..
KUSH does not make Oils, they just make hardware and are caught up in this issue.
Regulated and in house tested, Made in America products like from UCANN/CNAB with proprietary NO solvents extraction methods will do well.
Tainted Junk from China and Ukraine or made in black market bathtub stills are like meth or alcohol during prohibition, Jail and or bans on these imports or black market activities should be a first step...GLTA..
Just some thoughts about the new medical partnership. Basically no cost, so... I feel CNAB wanted to show a direct link to the medical side and start promoting Prana products.
So many CBD sellers with most coming from China and possibly tainted.
The CNAB proprietary extraction and refining method produces such a pure product unlike the stuff from hydrocarbon refiners or imported. Expansion to markets like the Swiss deal does, upcoming University Florida Phase 1 + 2 trials, Prana expansion into Calif by Advesa and now this shows the efforts toward the medical side of Prana / ACTNOW / UCANN-CNAB, IMO...GLTA...
There was a Patrino article I read, seems to be written on a fly buy...JMHFO and these facts he somehow missed...
No mention of the recent $16M contract or the $30-40M longer term contract. No mention of the proprietary extraction methods that use no solvents. No mention of the new Mead, Co. processing facility or it's capacity. No mention of the New Tennessee facility just coming on line (right before his article) or two others by EOY. No mention of huge Hemp harvests and need for CBD processors.
No mention of Prana products or upcoming FDA/UF Phase1+2a Epideferphane trials...
Yea, nothing happening here... Probably just busy messing up the reviews of the other MJ penny stocks in the article.
YES WE HAVE "GANGA" branding in JANAICA with CRD, "Mon". At least he heard about that...GLTA...
Saw a report with good CBD market info from Canaccord Genuity Global Equity Research 9/9/19 and picked this out about fibers...China is a big CBD competitor but has some problems.
Hemp production already flourishes on a global scale
Hemp can be refined for use in a variety of products including textiles, clothing, food,
biodegradable plastics, and other industrial products. It follows that there are many
established markets for hemp worldwide. China is the largest market, accounting for
over $1B in hemp sales or 1/3 of the global hemp market, according to Hemp
Business Journal. Most production in China is focused on textiles, while roughly 20%
is for other industrial products and personal care, with under 10% for CBD. China is a
unique market as only Chinese companies can growl and sell hemp domestically as
part of the country’s five-year plan to establish hemp as a crucial infrastructure crop.
So much info in this 9-9-19 report is great. Thanks for posting it.
Certainly SCNNF is a new angle with important International markets. Too bad most other extractors/refiners still use hydrocarbons. At least SCNNF will use CO2 and the Freeze refining method. UCANN also uses the Freeze refining for their oils but uses no solvents or gasses...The ACTNOW Endocannabinoid health program from Prana / UCANN is into these products medical uses. We use the topical on our grandchild's deformed leg for pain relief. They also have patents covering some tinctures and topicals. Prana also has a FDA drug trial with their Epineferphane (sp).
Great buy point here for Stillcanna, IMO. Bought some in the $.5s and more recently.
I remember the separation of fibers was mentioned during the runs of the first processor. With UCANN's proprietary extraction process all fibers will not be damaged as with solvents. Could be another income stream.
First processor in Weldon ran 1000lbs a day, the Mead processor runs 15 times that volume and we can 'assume' that the New Tennessee facility and Prana/Advesa extraction process in Calif uses the same processes too. So I hope a commercial/'industrial' use and market is developed. Great points. Also the Tennessee processor facility will initially make oils which MAY be further refined at their Mead laboratory . Hope to also hear more about CRD/UCANN processing in Jamaica. They have the permits for the refinery and now Grow fields and the 6000sq ft location being developed there too. Jamaica provides International access to those markets..GLTA...
Would be nice to see Big/Little pharma interest, but we are awaiting the Offering completion and we will see what interest that brings.
My point for Breathalyzer/RUO is for after the Offering for the start of Trials. Moving thru the plan's needed sections will require more money, ie dilution/Offerings or sale of the only thing of real Value.
We can hope for Big/Little pharma interest at some point after USFDA applications, IMO...GLTA...
Dr Yost Was involved with the Breathalyzer and it is said that AGN will Not be pursuing that Medical side tech. I, of course disagree and hope for some future use of this tech and source of Value as a product to sell for help on needed "resources" during the moves of repurposed drugs thru foreign trials to USFDA applications, or as a tool related to medical diagnosis thru future company efforts. Best wishes to Dr Yost on his future. Best hopes for the current efforts at the Offering sale for those needed "resources"...GLTA...
I don't think we will see any new PRs from the company, until after the holiday weekend.
,, like starting the University of Florida Epideferphane Prana trials with the enrolment of patients,
,, real time production levels at the new Mead extraction facility and the volume of raw oils (no solvents used) and testing purity of separated CBN-CBG-THC-CBD,
,, progress in filling the existing orders / any new orders, possible success with getting a major retailer's shelf space for Prana products,
,, Vadesa / Tony V progress in Calif of Prana manufacturing and sales,
,, or Mr Easterling's new products additives for Prana, etc,
The Weldon extractor is temporally closed and employees/technicians have moved to the Mead site. I would guess that Weldon will be used for THC extractions and Mead for all others. Hemp indica vs THC sativa.
News about progress in building new extraction facilities at South Carolina with Magnolia and/or other sites and their possible use in this year's harvests. I hope the Jamaica farms will do OK in the hurricane and work with CRD for that extraction facility is progressing quickly. A Ganga Branded Prana product for international markets has always sounded so good to me.
Patent infringement suit continues. The key there, IMO, is that UCANN WAS granted the 911 patent and those other producers were NOT.
OK, my pumping is done and I am adding small buys at times to help counter the short time flippers/weak hands during this lower volume period.
2019 seems to be the start of these big initives but 2020 + will be the big successes and revenues, JMHFO...GLTA...
With all the new scare about vape stuff, it is nice to know UCANN is focused on wellness thru creams, topicals, tinctures and capsules which are certainly Not designed for the vape craze. ActNow...GLTA...
When he called asking for votes to support the SLB thing he promised that all proceeds would be used for work related to the sale, wastewater expansions, even normal machine shop work to keep the new CNC center running and producing ...AND would Not be taken advantage of regarding back pay. He specifically said ' shareholders have been patient and generous'...Haha...
I too am stuck with a lot of shares from way back, what was an investor to do at that point except say yes and hope the pennies left would have some chance of gaining, doing SLB /Cammaron work?.
Should have sold after the Google oil clean-up competition fiasco. Still wonder why they brought a basically untested 8000 for such a small job. Then hear it was incorrect xfer pump phasing / size and they hadn't tested it and ran out of time. Last place, with clearly the best technology there but incompetence ruled that day. Friends, family and investors are still trying to figure out How such repeated stupidity, ineptitude and selfish greed occurred/occurs now still.?. I guess most of that equipment is sold long ago for pocket change and salaries.
A decent machinist can make pretty good revenues with a running CNC. The question of why just this contract in work, nothing else? Nothing planned or prospective work, no SLB/ Cammaron work, wont/cant even turn brake's discs, perform any contract work.
John Sr is rolling over in his grave with embarrassment...GLTA...

Seeing some essays here trying to deny very simple math. Yes AGN/BTH can raise the AS count to 200M+, but right now 50k a day volume @.10 is a struggle.?. If any Offering is negotiated apparently some expect it to be at 2+ times the current pps and then make fun of the #'s and the presenter of these truths. Believe whatever one wants but don't expect everyone to agree.
Market cap and needed offering size are approaching each other. I read that the only thing of value should be forgotten and any effort pursuing it is useless. In Other's opinions. Claims of omnipotent knowledge and insider communications should be considered in that light, IMO...
300% + for top and bottom lines even with the costs of huge expansions and 911 patent suit costs...With the Mead extraction and processing center full production (1 shift,?) now, plenty of products too.
Prana / Vedesa in Calif.(?), Prana in FDA-IND Trials at U Florida starting enrolment 9-2019 for Breast Cancer(!) as supplement to Taxanes. Epideferphane appears to be taken serious by seen by the FDA as partner in these Trials.
$.01 gains so far on low volune with few reading this news. Time will tell but I feel these are great things happening for this small speculative company...GLTA...

On August 3, 2018, the University of Florida received approval of an Investigational New Drug (“IND”) application from the Department of Health and Human Services’ Food and Drug Administration for a clinical investigation for breast cancer of our 95% owned subsidiary, Prana Therapeutics, Inc.’s licensed flagship product, Epidiferphane™ (EDP™). We have committed to spend approximately $300,000 during 2019 and 2020 to fund phase I and phase II clinical trials in connection with the IND approval.
Research Laboratory
Prana Therapeutics, Inc., our 95% owned subsidiary (“PTI”), utilizes laboratory facilities at the University of Florida School of Medicine for research purposes. PTI is negotiating a research agreement with University of Florida Trustees for 2019 and 2020 for the continued use of the laboratory facilities. Under the terms of the draft research agreement, PTI would pay UFT $700,000 in 2019 and $900,000 in 2020 in varying quarterly installments, beginning in June 2019.

Industrial Hemp Extraction Program
In early 2018, we elected to focus a significant portion of our assets, human resources and financial capital on the manufacturing and selling of a variety of cannabidiol centric products derived from industrial hemp plants. We constructed a pilot industrial hemp extraction facility in Weldona, Colorado. We hired and trained specialized extraction personnel and laboratory technicians that enable us to convert components of industrial hemp flower to finished CBD products.
The Weldona extraction facility opened in April 2018, and during the 13 months that the Weldona extraction facility was in operation, it generated approximately $12,500,000 of revenues from the sale of the CBD finished products produced at the facility.
Based upon the positive financial results of the Weldona extraction facility and the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill, which legalized the cultivation, sale and distribution of products derived from the hemp plant, we decided in late 2018 to greatly expand our industrial hemp extraction program in order to capitalize on the growing world-wide demand that we see for CBD extracted products. Our first step in this expansion program was the construction of our new industrial hemp extraction facility in Mead, Colorado. """ The Mead extraction facility was completed in late June 2019 and has a production capacity fifteen (15) times greater than our Weldona extraction facility.""" Production at the Weldona extraction facility was closed down at the end of July 2019.
Our expansion program also includes operating industrial hemp extraction facilities that are geographically dispersed throughout the United States. These facilities will be a replica of our Mead facility, with the same production capacity. Our first undertaking in that regard is a joint venture we have formed to construct an industrial hemp extraction facility in South Carolina that is scheduled to begin construction between May and July of 2019.
25
Our expansion program includes plans to open extraction facilities in California, Florida, Illinois, Tennessee New York, and in either Oregon or Washington to serve the pacific northwest.
We are presently researching agricultural acreage and physical plant locations in Jamaica, where we plan to open an industrial hemp extraction facility, and where we plan to cultivate hundreds of acres of industrial hemp in conjunction with our 50% owned Jamaican subsidiary, Cannabinoid Research Development Company, Limited. """ an extraction facility is built in Jamaica, it is our intent to export CBD products throughout the Caribbean and to export CBD products to Canada and Europe. It is our understanding that there is a strong demand for CBD products in the Caribbean, Canada and the European countries""".
I brought voting issues up but found they squeaked out a 'Quorum" last August and have made all decisions from there. It was the NASH deal or BK at BTH-now AGN, IMO. We are along for the ride now. Diluted out. Great for future investors but we longs got screwed, IMHFO...GLTA, we need it here...
Prana/Ucann has spent some big money at the University of Florida according to recent 10k/Q. Looks like Prana / Epidiferphane are being set up for Phase 1/2a Clinical Trials there. (Verified June 2019 / start Sept 2019)
I know they recently also completed a University West Indies Phase 1 Trial. Waiting for final results on safety/Phase 1.
Link to clinical Trials.Gov...We will see what this is or not soon IMO...GLTA...

Field sobriety tests at roadside are at the Officer's digressions and results are legal reasons for arrest and blood/urine tests. Failing is a DUII.
The Breathalyzer will just help stoned drivers at the testing point and indications of intoxication will remain up to the Officer's opinion. Usually a second Officer is called to give second opinions/field sobriety test when an arrest is happening.
2nd topic. Dr Yost just received Inventor Hall of Fame recognition. Obviously an end of career award. He claims to be continuing work even though he is 66+. Taking some cash from Owlstone is fine but I hope collection methods and proprietary info is not shared with a competitor. He's made millions for many companies with the Quadpole FAIMS and has yet to realize the dream of Medical use of the FAIMS technologies, his original area of research at UF. Maybe because of the excessive focus on the THC thingee...GLTA...
Ernie says " get our product on to the shelves of major stores. We've been talking to some of the biggest outlets"...
Products now being made in Jamaica (CRD) worldwide distribution center, Calif (Adesa, Tony Vezura) products must originate in the state, Nation wide (Mead Co.)...
I think Macy's for the Prana creams etc and Wallgren's for the pills and tinctures would be nice...LOL...GLTA...
Excellent points, Yes maybe years of work and lots of money we don't have.
"As at the date of this Prospectus, the Company has no plans to ""develop"" the FAIMS technology into an RUO device or to conduct any discovery research for new breath-based biomarkers."
""Sell"" the tech and Rights to Patents etc for what can be gotten...
Min needed for Trial start is 38+M shares, maybe 70M shares...
Bth was dying last year so they took on NASH > then AGN as a business model and decided NOT to ""develop"" the ROU. ""SELL"" the thingee and DONT let the limited value of this decline more, IMHFO...If the company had some cash toward the Trials much more interest would be seen, IMO...
I've read here that the BTH medical breathalyzser is currently visioned as not in play either as a comodity (tech/IP/Patent rights) and even I have called it "rusting on a shelf". Well, IMO, Maybe not.
My question is why the several paragraphs at the top of the 'company plan' press release about the POC? Above all AGN content at the same amount of content and info. We seem to have gotten positive signals for both of these company 'divisions'.
This seems a good sign to me that they are working all possible avenues. I would think the company is holding it's cards close and not confirming or denying rumors or discussing inside info. Certainly public answers are presented in the best light.
What I continue to vent about is the math I see clearly pointed out by others. $2.5m Offering @$.13, [ 19+m shares X 2 for warrants ] = 38.5m Shares requiring a raise in the Authorized Share limit. $5M is close to the entire market cap.
Management Needs to use all tools and resources to get us toward the goals and priorities they are setting. Low volume means the same shareholders from BTH>NASH>AGN. ..GLTA...
With BLO and BTH both having signed contracts (?) and paid for continued research and development of their respective Breathalyzers, it would be nice if you posted where this info about Dr Yost's retirement came from.
We know he has also taken some employment as advisor from Owlstone but there is no public news about leaving UFRF that I can find.
If this retirement is true, we all need to find what will happen with the FAIMS technologies, collection and analysis research as both companies claim there is continued development in work for them at the UFRF. Patents are being utilized and being paid for separately to UF, IMO.
I hope the research that was paid for specifically targeting FAIMS use in breath analysis will not be casually or inadvertently shared with the competition, Owlstone. Dr Yost should be allowed to work for Owlstone/anyone, but not take proprietary development, analysis and collection concepts with him.
Maybe a consolidation of breathalyzer technologies is in order to support company patents and IP such as collection concepts, before those years of work are mistakenly shared with other companies. Almost as much can be learned from failures and development tests as from successes. All IP should be kept proprietary to those that paid for the research.
I mostly missed this last PPS spike @BLO but it looks like we are close to another "buying opportunity" again here for believers. Maybe elsewhere too...GLTA...
The BenD over plan has already happened. 2 for 1 "consolidation" of shares in Nov 18 and issue of 15M shares and 14M warrants to NASH, then name change to AGN. Now anyone buying gets a great deal compared to Long time shareholders, like US. There's the rub. Now we have the Offering for financing the trials.
BTW AMG the POC is not dead and we are paying for research and license to UF still... IMO, it would be a smart move to SELL the POC Rights to anyone for "resources" needed to support the Trials...
The Company has a medical device division that is focused on innovation and advances in the field of specialized mass spectrometry. Dr. Yost is one of the world’s foremost experts on FAIMS technology and has been a scientific advisor with the Company since 2016...

Here are the REAL reasons for Tony Verzura's actions...
DENVER, CO / ACCESSWIRE / April 20, 2017 / United Cannabis Corporation (CNAB) (the "Company" or "United Cannabis") today announced that it has entered into a Strategic Partnership with Advesa, a California Corporation ("Advesa"), to serve as its flagship product manufacturing facility in California for United Cannabis branded products and technologies, such as Prana Bio Medicinals, as well as affiliate brands Blue River and Bubbleman products.
Advesa was designed and created by the Company's Chief Technology Officer, Tony Verzura, to facilitate the expansion of United Cannabis branded products, technologies, and its research and development activities for all global partnerships...
!!!!
Verzura commented on the announcement, "Many shareholders have expressed concern regarding the number of shares I have liquidated as reported through our public filings. I would like to clarify that, rather than access high cost capital that could negatively affect the company, I elected to undertake the licensing process and fund the project by selling my own personal shares."
!!!!
Verzura went on to say, "Since establishing a presence in California, we have worked tirelessly to build a strong product line and brand recognition for United Cannabis and our affiliates, Blue River, Prana, Bubbleman; collectively, these three brands have earned 23 medical cannabis awards including Best CBD Topical, Best THC Topical, Best CBD Concentrate, Best THC Concentrate, Highest Terpene Award, Best Vaporizer, and Best Non-Solvent Hash. Advesa will incorporate all of these technologies and brands in one facility, allowing us to expand across California, providing access to patients throughout the State."
Earnest Blackmon, United Cannabis' Chief Executive Officer, added, "This is a transparent transaction, and is what we believe is in the best interest of our shareholders. Advesa will add value and revenue to the Company, and accelerate our ability to expand throughout California at no additional cost to shareholders. In addition, if federal laws governing medical cannabis change throughout the United States, Advesa has extended a purchase option to United Cannabis."
Tony V was UCANN's international rep ( read web site info ) and connection in Jamaica. He may be upgrading family farms and be part of CRD. See 10k.
Makes sense that since he is not receiving any pay recently he also cashes some shares. With that many shares it sure can not be seen as real dumping his CNAB holdings.
All execs have received shares in leu of larger salaries over the years. Recent (dec 2018) options / warrants caused raise in Authorized to 200M, 105M shares when all are exercised. Insider holdings are 47% of the 78M outstanding shares right now (options and warrants some over $1). No dilution for new facilities / clinical trials / new products Patent law suit etc, (DD Easterling and UF lab rental) etc. They are paying off loans with cash, see recent huge raise in revenues, instead of issuing shares, (see Tangiers).
I can see a possible forward split of 2 for 1 by next year as this all plays out, especially IF all or even most of these current initiatives work out...JMHFO...
Tony just didn't quit it was a planned move...GLTA...

Re: Resignation from the Board of Directors & CTO Role
Dear Ernie:
I am writing to tender my resignation from the Board of Directors and as the CTO
of United Cannabis Corp. (the "Company") effective March 21, 2019.
I am writing to confirm our discussions that I am stepping down from UCANN's
Board of Directors and as UCANN's Chief Technical Officer effective today. I
have enjoyed my time in these roles and am looking forward to my new role as
UCANN's Prana Specialist.

15M shares x $.10? not close to whats needed. Please sell that stupid POC sitting on a back shelf rusting...They pumped it a little in recent PR... Then we can get on with Trials of these great repurposed drugs...yea that's it...
Some good ink, I expect much more soon...
https://oracledispatch.com/2019/07/17/how-united-cannabis-corp-otcmktscnab-is-back-in-business-with-a-bang/
Sorry wrong numbers, Tony Verzura 364000 @ $.499. 7-26 to 7-30. Still has 8.6M shares...Not the big issue I thought.
Bought my trading shares back @ $.55+. No worries, IMO. Still a full glass $5 milk shake with whip cream and a possible big cherry...GLTA...
Profit takers/flippers?. Tony V also sold a bunch of his shares (3.7M) and those are still flushing thru. He is either out or financing some of the Jamaica operation. Prana and the Jamaica op were the reasons given why he moved from COO. Either way the flood of those shares seem to be the reason for the lower prices IMO. I bought some more with my sights on the next couple / several quarters and the earnings that are in our future thru the new contracts. Now my biggest pot investment. KSHB #2 now.
BTW, any decisions from the courts on 911 will probably be appealed and nothing quick in that. The article noted some things Not filed in the suit which was good, IMO. Makes the suit specific to their Prana products, delivery methods and proportions of CBD/CBN/THC, etc. Not a generic suit.
First to patent approval for these specifics, very early products and medical program (ACT) history, now with this first enforcement case.
I remember UCANN was involved with training/marketing/security for Pot shops, grow and refining-techniques etc. They decided to file for protection of these IPs because of customers being bought out etc and reneging on their licensing, stealing their research/techniques.
Judge Martinez will decide the case or pass it to a Jury as initially requested by CNAB, it will not be decided by some writers of an article with possible agendas. Also UCANN is in a much better financial position now and that allows for a lot more fight...GLTA...
These company statements seem to argue with this article's points from PH. The 911 patent is pretty specific. I guess we will all need to read the patent itself again, UCANN is just protecting their existing Prana products, IMO, the 911 suit is just a big cherry on top of a full glass. So many other great things happening. '
United Cannabis® Corporation has US and worldwide patent protection for its proprietary technology until October 21, 2035. United Cannabis® Corporation’s proprietary cannabinoid compositions are covered by United States Patent No. 9,730,911 (the ‘911 Patent).
The patent covers a variety of liquid formulations containing cannabinoids, with or without certain terpenes/flavonoids, and including formulations infused in a medium chain triglyceride (MCT). The technology can be used with a wide variety of phytotherapeutic products with applications in the medical, pharmaceutical and industrial markets.
Link to court, #56 is the denial for PH early settlement. Case is continuing.
https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/7561707/united-cannabis-corporation-v-pure-hemp-collective-inc/
They at least acknowledged that BTH does research using UF on the POC device thru 10-19. New contract or ? negotiated soon? Owlstone mentioned as a competitor, maybe a customer for POC. Probably not BLO for sure. I still say sell it (POC) as the company business has drastically changed. AGN Drastically needs finances and to get moving on Repurposing thingee. Competition is fierce
Hope foreign Pharmas show some interest thru partnerships and/or Trials support. Access to labs/pharmacy or research facility would be huge.
2nd paragraph continues using the statements that were in debate. Hope AGN has some handle on the Offering and is in actual planning of the trials with parties in 'countries of origin' as well.
Patent protections are very important and I hope can be achieved. Any USFDA fast track / IND / Orphan Drug status would be a great development. Low volume indicates few sellers. Surprised at the muted reaction...GLTA...
I saw this on the UCANN Home site. New/reworded?
United Cannabis® is offering licenses to its ‘911 Patent and related US and worldwide counterparts under terms that are customized to each licensee. Negotiations are
conducted pursuant to mutual non-disclosure agreements. Licensing is available in the United States and all countries where patent protection has been awarded to United Cannabis® via the Patent Cooperation Treaty.
E Blockman was talking about new Non disclosure Agreements for licensing in the recent Video,,,GLTA...
