I seem to be making a lot of people here ticked off because I speak the truth in love:) How about this...from now on I will hold my toung and not say anything positive or negative about this stock no matter if it is the truth. Its like rumors that there is a baseball game being played. But its not being shown on the TV, or broadcast on the radio, in fact there are no spectators allowed in to watch. You dont know when the game is being played because they will not tell you when it will be played just that it was supposed to be played sometime in the past and it is now delayed. Well all your buds on iballhub everyday tells you that the game is today...this happens for months.


Well one day you go down to the ball park and low and behold the cleaning ladies tell you that they are to be called in tuesday to clean all of the box seating areas and you learn that food service will be laying out a spread for the executive boxes on tues evening. They tell you the ony time they do that is when there is a game on. So you go home and buy "BRZ*BALL" tickets just in case they decide to let fans into the stadium for the game.

Or perhapse you learn that the stadium will be torn down to make a parking lot for walmart...who knows...the ball is in your court so stop making inane quips.

Well that sucks and you have the first DD in a long time that I have not put together. I will have to go back and check this out. I know everything that one need to know on this stock pops. BRZL is basicly a worthless shell and any DD that you would be willing to do would tell you that it will stay that way untill/if a RM with renfro energy. It looks as if this Reverse Merger has fallen thru IMO. DD pops...need to spend a little bit more time digging and a little less sleeping

You need to start digging pops. BRZL has no oil resources of any kind. Renfro Energy on the other hand has many oil resources.

Not going to happen...the merger is dead in the water untill or if they can come up with money for the merger...so far this has not happened. I hope they prove my DD wrong and suprise us with a good PR. But IMO its not likely

Yep 22 dollars that BRZL has in assets is not 10000000 dollars in assets that they do not have.

I truely hope this is the bottom. Technically to me it looks like it will continue going down. But hey risk is what this country was founded on and I like risk. Let it ride I say. If it comes out on top good, if not then traders, it was a good ride. I did my DD and the risk to reward looked good...but even sometimes with the best research a stock still does not produce. Me and my 500000 stock in this company are going down with the ship IMO. The mast has been shot out, the sails and rigging are on fire, below decks compleatly flooded, and listing hard to starboard. To bad we left the lifeboats at port.

My famliy has lived and breathed oil for 60 years. And I have close family who have worked side by side with Mr. Renfro when he was with Omni. But I have nothing to say here about oil because Brazos has never had anything to do with oil but in words only. Untill we hear otherwise this is a play on the defunct BRZL...a wannabe mineral exploration company on paper.

Im with you. 700k is nothing when you have the possibility to make out bigtime on your return. The risk to reward here seems worth it for creditors so I do not know why the inability to raise 700k

I have no idea thats the 700000 dollar question...if we knew that BRZL would not be able to come up with the 700k then I would have not purchased 500k of this stock

I talked to him before the audit news came out so I dont know where that plays in here. JR told me that they were just waiting on the money from BRZL and once the money comes in the merger will take place. Then the news of the audit came out. I think it is an extension play right now because BRZL cannot come up with the money so the audit was an excuse for no money.

The 700k is what BRZL is supposed to come up with for RE to start some projects. Once they merge and JR becomes CEO of BRZL then they will be able to start on the big projects that JR cannot now do because of lack of funds. I talked about it with him before the quiet set in

I am in agreement, much harsher, risk to reward is much more extream. But for me who is burned out elsewhere the "game" in these stocks intrests me. Keeps me on my toes...and at times makes me more pissed...LOL. So treat me with kid gloves.

I am not used to flipping and researched BRZL to hold, I just did not expect such huge price action flucuations.
