VCEL All out 4.45.
weeeeee!
Stevo, where's the weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee?
What's the "best" stock here at the moment to start a new position?
By "best" I mean the most undervalued and with "minimal" risk. Looking to buy something for my kid's UTMA account. Missed ZSAN dip unfortunately.
Sold half at 3.95 in my account, as Bob suggested. And sold all in my wife's account (I can't keep track of it all day).
Thank you guys!
Weeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Crap! I missed the gap up this morning. Still amazing gains though!
Thank you guys! Made my Quarter!
How about "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice..."?
I mean, they already fooled you with BK so why believe anything else they said?
VCEL, what a bummer... I thought it was gonna run.
Good sign... someone is buying all this dump.... again... /s
BAM! WTF is going on!
Beasting
VCEL going now
Wow, what a sick move!
Congrats guys!
Thanks. That's your ave? Did I miss the boat (should wait?).?
Thanks Bob!
Until there's proof that they could have paid on time and/or could have refinanced AGAIN for much better deal, it's pointless to speculate.
They defaulted, fact. So BK makes perfect sense
The defaulted, did you forget that?
ZSAN weeee. Nice bounce.
What booth are you talking about?
10s of millions of shares were bought waaay higher on similar dump events.
I'm pretty sure those buyers don't think it was "good news" anymore.
Is it optimism though?
LOL, this is such a disaster company. Now that everyone (almost everyone) got so pumped up about Zapata, you get yet another bombshell. Honestly, this is not a shock to me... not anymore, with this company.
Of course, NOW this will be spun off as great news. Guaranteed.
Started new position .84... kinda late to the party
If it will make you feel better I surely will.
I posted my last trade buy and sell points (back when it was trading in .40-.50 range). No one seems to care about trading this anyway. And it's a shame because flipping is great way to make $$$.
This time I managed to fill a little at .13 at the open and then added .14
Sold for .16 today.
Thing with SA is.... If there's an article with "long" disclaimer and then a famous long comes to this board and posts a link to this article, it's not a rocket science to see that a pump is in progress. You just get on board ASAP and sell before most do.
Well, thanks for the SA pump. Easy ~20% gain for me.
And some are still asking why I'm following this stock
I actually forgot about this... I was just cleaning out my Temp bookmarks.
I think it's fair to say that his 600% gains didn't come to fruition.... Yet another one
Something?
It's the SA pump/dump article. What do you think the author (who claimed Long position) is going to do? Hold it?
I just have to ask you... the "early investor". How is your position doing? Have you averaged down?
sorry, meant to say ~90% down LOL
Yeee haaa! ///s Up 21%
Yea looks nice.... I was starting to freak out LOL
That's EDS.... Unrelated
Most likely Analogic but could also be L3
Not quite there yet.... need 8.000000.... probably next week
Buying opportunity yet again? They just keep on coming
OK. My bid is this - there won't be any more bids. The market has spoken. Mark this post
So if this is like eBay (as you said), why couldn't L3 competition just keep upping the bid until they outbid L3? This is how eBay works
What did you expect L3 to say? LOL! They are gonna say it's the best deal ever... Obviously.
In reality, it was just an average deal. If some "analyst" made up huge a number, doesn't mean it's the correct valuation. It simply means this "analyst" was reading this board too much lol
It's quiet simple and works like this everywhere.
If you have a toxic debt and can't even keep up paying it, you can't just "get" a better deal.
Anyway, it's all irrelevant at this point. What's relevant is the hard lesson people hopefully learned. And that is - don't invest on hope.... Look at facts and make the logical decisions
Edit.. in the mean time, markets all time highs..... Again
Open? Yes I agree they should have been more open. I just don't think they are much different from any other small company in that aspect... Heck, probably every other company. They all lie/hide truth/bend truth.
Better lender? Here I have to disagree. It was clear as day that they aren't capable of playing it off even with all these huge contracts. Thin margins and timeframe simply made it impossible to pay off this humongous debt and no sane lender would give them better terms.
What could they have done better? Sale was at the market price so it was absolutely fair. They were drowning in debt they couldn't pay because if razor thin margins and not enough sales.
So what did you expect?
More than 1 = multiple.
Low? It's capitalism and valuation is determined by the buyer.
While the management is shady, I do believe a most of what they said.
I'm sure there were multiple bids. I'm sure a solid partnering deal (guaranteed big bulk purchases) would be great.
Company was sold for expected price based on industry valuations
No, I'm not omitting anything. In fact, I called is just a partnership on the day the news came out

And then again here

So it was absolutely a stretch to suggest that anyone from Implant at a conference call was giving you a "wink wink" hint. It was just empty words with not much meaning behind.
