Most people on the board have turned a blind eye towards the SS. AS is 500k. OS could be around 320K. Float unknown. At least it wont be more than the OS. Convertable loans too many to mention. You will have to pick them out of the SEC filings that AAPT felt they needed to file. The SS on this board is not correct.
I dont buy it. You are from Boston. You are a red sox fan. There's only a glass of water in front of you? What's up with that?
Thank you for the links, its good reading. However, since there is no commonly accepted definition of the term “startup” as stated in one of the articles the subject is open to debate as evident on the link to the blog site.
How many attempts and years do you get as a startup of the same buisness concept? I would have given them the start up title back in 2008 when they had a plant in St. Joe, MO. They lost that plant and all its equipment. Then they came back in 2010, outsourced their production, and messed up their food lion contracts. So this is at least their third go around. Maybe the third time will be the charm as a Re-Re-Restartup Company.
That would be funny if it wasnt for the fact that AAPT has been around too long to be classified as a startup.
Its good that they took the time to email you. They still have a responsibility to address the delay with all shareholders. The most efficient way to do that is with a pr. We are not talking about rocket science here, its management 101.
AAPT has said nothing. Companies that practice good "Corporate Governance" update their share holders when there are delays.
its going to take a lot more than pawtizer on the shelf for aapt to rid themselves of their stigma. they may do it this time around. however, based on their history, they have a lot to overcome.
At this point they should have had some product to give to somebody for retail besides samples.
Amazon may have to review their "Review" policy and limit comments to those who have actually bought and received the product from Amazon.
Thanks SmokeEm. This is how i understand the Amazon process to work. However, there is info on the board that states this is not the case with AAPT.
MMStockPlay thank you for the reply.
MMStockPlay could you confirm whether or not Amazon bought product outright or is AAPT using Amazons consignment system where they store, pick, pack and ship orders for a cut.
I have read the 2010k and it states that none of their products have been recalled. Could you elaborate on the product recall that you mention in your most recent update.
MMStockPlay where did you get "buy" from....
All American Pet Company, Inc., commented, "We look forward to being in all 57 (and counting) retail distribution centers to service the broad demand for a long overdue product. Everyone connected with this project is delighted with our online retail partner. This is an underserved product space and the consumer deserves PAWTIZER™. It is essential to the wellness of families that own dogs."
Amazon stores, picks, packs and ships they do not "buy".
Thanks Serael, 7 kids, Lukkes and Strategy Trader for your reasonable explanation and effort regarding the amazon page.
somebody is messing with you guys. who's going to pay three times the suggested retail price and who's reviewing a product that's not available to the public yet?
The 6-inch-by-7-inch wipes come in a 45-count canister retailing for a suggested $5.99 and a 100-count canister for a suggested $7.99, and the company also offers an 8-ounce finger-pump spray at a suggested $4.99.
nextgene i have asked mm this before. his reply was, now get this, are you ready? the share structure is fab-ulous!!! i hope this helps.
MM honest inquiry. What is the actual SS? It's not what's posted above. AAPT avoids answering the question. The sec filings are too old to be up to date.
That would usually be the case, but not this time. If AAPT wants to be taken seriously they need to act professionally.
AAPT will only be 100% legit when they produce 10q/10k's.
If they dont put out a pr very few people will know.
I don't know why everyone is surprised that there's no product on the shelf or a pr on the wire. This is AAPT's modus operandi.
Earnest is right about the share structure. if you call aapt they wont talk about it. the cfo had told me the share structure was a nightmare. when the truth comes out everybody is going to say WTH is up with that?.
Nice. No friday afternoon selloff.
i understand. a patent of any type would be a great pr pitch at the very least. i would ask them myself but in the past they havent been willing to answer very many questions. such as what is the true share stucture as of today. i can see by the new pr that that is going to change again. what is most important to me is a product on the shelf and that looks very promising.
i have made several attempts at a patent search over the last couple of weeks. i haven’t found anything yet. One problem with a patent is that a food bar isn’t anything new. a sanitizing spray isn’t either. Even aapt admits that. if they did get the patent approved for the 18-24 months as stated on the website it may have come and gone due to the fact that the info on the website is a couple of years old. The patent may also be listed under the manufacturer c.j. foods which I haven’t attempted yet.
walmart is international as well.
i could be wrong but i think they deleted that comment.
I see this line of products being picked up by a larger corporation eventually.
I didnt intend to toss eggs. With respect to AAPT it is best that we dot our i's and cross our t's because they have a poor history with transparency.
A trademark is good but it is not a patent. I appreciate your enthusiasm however I believe you have the terms mixed-up.
there is no link yet. i cant say this is aapt. this info is based mmstockplay research. i find it interesting that the graphics match the website.
Website is being updated and correct address is posted.

I see that the board has been updated yet some info is still not up to date. We know by the latest sec filings that the AS is 500k and the CFO is no longer around. I have looked at a few websites and I find different values for the OS and the float. Does anyone know the true values or where I could look them up? Is the information out there or lack of it due to the company not being required to be completely transparent?
I know from past postings it’s not hard to rub someone the wrong way. Some postings leave the emotion of the writer up to the reader’s imagination and ends up causing a conflict where none was intended.
Now! Now! boys’ cant we all get along? If i read mm's blog right someone is buying up large quantities of the shares. does anyone have any opinions as to the relationship between the eleven investors, the departure of the cfo and the timing of the raising of the AS? i.e. why did it take three months to complete the transaction? i realize the AS had to be raised to avoid a spike in price. was it a matter of "that is just how long it takes" or is the timing part of the deal? Did the cfo hook this up and his job was done, did he not like what he has seen and decided to split or maybe it was it just his time to go?
I understand that a lot of the people on this board are more interested in the technical trading aspect of this stock than the actual product, but let’s just say that management executes its business plan. Management puts the product on the shelf of one or more reputable retailers. The givens are that the stock has traded between 2 to 3 cents with the food lion and national distribution plan announcements and there has been an increase in the share count. Another give is that eleven investors have faith and the stock has come alive because of it. The unknowns are how many products could be sold and the profit margin. I believe the product would be well received. Does anyone have a reasonable expectation as to what the shares could trade at?
i appreciate the correction. its hard to find honest people on stock boards. i'll have to pay more attention to your website.
I read your update. AAPT is in 15000 retailers? Which retailers currently have the product on the shelf and are generating revenues for aapt?
