you called ICP solaer and they said to invest in SLMU instead...conflict of interest no, Begs the question is the CEO of ICP solar going to leave the suckers out to dry. Rainmaker are they going to merge rollin ICP solar resulting in further dilution. I still have a hard time understanding how it is possible to merge a public company and tell the shareholders they don't owm a piece ofit. It is a kin to we abonded ship hope you guys can swim. The shareholders of EPOD solar ( not to be confused with the nanotech one listed on the exchange , which Mike is no longer a apart of ..wonder why someone should DD that) . the original start up which went private is also part of this rebirth of Sunlogics what piece of the pie are they entitled to.
lol that was a close guess. yes I agree time for a beer
why I just have to save their webpage pretty simple
please provide me the posts with false claims I will retract them go ahead.
GM will be contacted in due time. While you email the company please ask if their bios are accurate and up to date as I believe investors can sue for false public claims.
never teach an old dog new tricks....history repeats itself is my theme song....how old was.... getting turfed out of Peterborough with a legitimate 42 million contract ... your are only as good as your last deal ...well that was it not even stale yet. Expalin that one to GM. If this thing spikes take your money and run
hey read the post I was responding to. I was trying to clarify the nonsense here ..... just sbout everyone here is claiming a transfer of Sunlogics and everything they have to SLMU is a slam dunk...at least you know and are reporting facts. What you need to remember is who is Sun Logics Power Management Fund It is one guy with ....well you judge his record which I have been dribbling out, wish I could tell you the whole story, just be forewarned. I can tell you are a investor of immense integrity. I believe you are in the wrong play. Wish I could post why he lasted less than a month as CEO of daystar , why did EPOI go from fully reporting to late filier to changing auditors to pinks to delisted. Why did the Ministry of Environment shut down his longest running company by the way which is never mentioned in any of his bios. Take about honesty Could it be the guy has trouble playiing by the rules, do you think he should be running a fully reporting company.
oops my apology for the OTCBB hold rule I was think wrong exchange, however if you knew the float was balloning naked shorting is a possibility
another convolted Matviesehn deal. Colhort (sic) posted here that Sunlogics by way of connecting the dots now owned Optisolar just setting the record straight. Epod solar(private) there are two (one public unrelated) but have the same name merged with a public comnpany ICP solar and Sunlogics. Confused stay tuned I predict it will get interesting.
get your facts sorted out I will post again
great video by the way

He is control here you need to have unequivalble faith
had a few inboxes to come back and post so I relented I never said never . You want honesty why doesn't your CEO list Harvest Environmental on his Bio do some research, he adds Wolverine and Gen Tech5 both miner and now long defunct companies, he spent a decade with Harveat Environmental and was the owner.
oh if I could post what i knew.....I have provided the links in the past insead of posting this is going to the moon type in Matvieshen Peterborugh read all five looal paper Examiner articles in order. Type in Matviesehn and Allora minerals
Type in Matvieshen and Daystar I could go on and on
And DD this if ICPR morfed into Sunlogics how can they be part of a reverse merger ...what happens to the shareholders of ICP solar this is by no means going to be a clean. More dilution coming Simple fact most Solar companies are struggling and alot of failures along the way.
new CEO owms big company where to you come up with that , new CEO has a history with shell companys and it is not good do some DD. EPOI, ansd Allora minerals, I believe Epod solar the first there are yes two of them. the original went private as it could not raise money and had regulatory issues. The second Epodsolar not to be confused with the first is a nanotech company. They had to put out a NR to clarify that they are different companies. Sound confusing it only gets mudder.
hey my last post for awhile I will let you have your day I don't care for shorters or their ilk so I wouldn't provide anymore fodder GL Rainmaker good chance I will follow/buy one of your future picks
Does this look fimiliar , history repeats , they took assets out of epoi and assigned them to this fund, EPOI shareholders got zip

hey you are so informed read the next article published on the topic it is a public local paper. for the rest of you not following the story The Public utility terminated the deal with reason and according to EPOD didn't pay them what was owed , should raise alarm bells here, The original shareholders of EPOD international I believe can lay a claim on the assets that now private EPOD solar has brought to the table, the contracts with Canadian Universities the building in Kelowna etc this could all unravel soon , Do your day flip and then run is my advise.
look I'm helping you out here providing and even pasting the articles these are comments and facts of the authors and I'm ignorant. Much better informed than 99.999% of you posting here.
wow ser how do you arrive at the valuation they own one used solar canopy that they lease I'm guessing to GM . Dubious company iMHO they still list the PUI 10MW Ontario projext as someone gleefully posted that SLMU owned after doing some lame DD here is where that deal stands

hers the part you need to read
The simple answer is we totally deny all aspects of (Matvieshen's claims)," Doran said.
PUI announced Aug. 30 it had terminated its contract with EPOD Solar Inc. but Doran has refused to give a reason publicly.
"We can't be commenting because we are contemplating legal action," Doran said.
nope.... history says otherwise more reading. Resigned the headline of the Daystar article screams Ousted here is some more reading for you

read this , same guy who will own you. Sure his 40 miliion shares are restricted but where is all the selling coming from you guys here must surley own the float by now restricted becomes unrestricted with one filing
http://blogs.barrons.com/techtraderdaily/2009/10/20/daystar-tumbles-as-epod-deal-collapses-chairman-ceo-ousted/
question for you cheerleaders who have done no DD .if Sunlogics transferred one "green Zone" to SLMU/SPFM at a value of 175k who paid for it certainly not GM if these guys can move the asset. It looks like they manage it and charge GM a fee. It is all so comfusing but that is the name of the game here. Dig boys and girls before you hold this longterm.
no I don"t they did you would be suprised lack of dd some of these guys do they are busy people,,,remember they have a warm fuzzy relationship with the old sunlogics why DD now. Why don;t you email GM with the PUI fiasco they may not be aware of it someone posted the contact for GM here.
the PUI deal was a signed 42 Million dollar deal not small potatoes, go to the Peterborough Examiner and read the articles in chronological order , rather strange course of events. The GM deal was orchastrated by Sunlogics prior to the new CEO . History has a way of repeating itself. Matvieshen claims the utility owes Epod/ICP/ Sunlogics now I guess 6 Million dollars for work completed prior to the termination . Why no follow through with suing ... read the whole story You conclude who was wronged, especially Matvieshens rational for not suing the elephant,, funny stuff.
Well Peterborugh utilities CEO Larry Doran could answer that question, which company Sunlogics is alluding to as their partner,
whoever they are hope they got paid. At the end of the day SLMU will likely end up as another train wreck. Epod international Epod solar Daystar, Optisolar, Allure Minerals. Harvest environmental, Wolverine Resources, ICP solar whose next.
I think it is time for a class action lawsuit as an original holder of MM`s intial now private EPOI .,it is time for the regulatots to ask the same questions whose assets are they. Who does PUI sue if they decide to move forward. Now I just need five American shareholders of EPOD solar pm me we may collect yet.
fantastic news ...basically we screwed up on our filing ....great company...finally noticed it. Oh ya why with now only 25M shares out is this not to daaa moon. Wait till 40Million more hit the market
so with all you guys buying and all pumping why is this trading down, what happened to all the news , what happens when 40 million more shares hit the float, Sunlogics Power Fund management needs to raise money in order to earn 10- 15%. Not many investors lining up to put money in Solar these days . Look at the solar stocks thay are all having a tough go. Optisolar once at Matvvieshen owned companty just packed it in.
when good news is coming the market knows my biggest stock holding PPI on the TSXventure is up 30% today on the anticiaption of overdue news, Great story potential Potash mine in Arizona and you guys need potash and Arizona needs the jobs. Maybe somebody could answer this question why don't I see more solar panels in Arizona when I visit my winter property.
a relationship....... understatement same CEO and ex CEO involved in Sunlogics , but here is the kicker both sunlogics and ICP claim to hold the same assets . maybe I missed it but where is the NR . ICPR is public. This whoile thing is very dubious . Read the Perez ex ceo of ICP blog . They started the "energizeR " program now it appears Sunlogics is laying claim to it. Sure wouldn't want to be a shareholder in ICPR .
boys get real the electric car if it takes hold will need far more electricity than solar will provide, you need nuclear energy or start investing in River run hydro projects that is where the money will be made. solar is far too expensive the Green Zone is a marketing gimmick by GM. The reality in the US is "clean coal"
If you think the Volts will be powered by current solar technology you are in dreamland Alice.

http://article.wn.com/view/2009/10/20/DayStar_cancels_300M_EPOD_Solar_merger_a/
more Matvieshen failures Optisolar now closed , 300Million dollar merger cancelled , Peterborough 10MW solar park terminated contract with ICP or was it Epod or Sunlogics can't figure it out.
nice picture of their head office 215 Neave Court in Kelowna who owns the office, Why the EPOD sign what happened to the shareholders of EPOI just a history lesson for you zealots here.
somebody emailed the CEO yesterday and his words were to the effect it is all a bit confusing,, perhaps email and request a news release to clarify what the deal is don't hold your breath.
