I can't ascertain from the questions how significant items 2, 6 & 10 are.
I am an engineer by formal education. Great engineering dissasters are not the result of faulty engineering. They are the result of faulty assumptions made by the engineers.
JMO
Lt.
We all should help CGF make the April 17th deadline by buying the shares they're selling at trip 1s. Company needs to pay some engineers for the responses to Wally's AM-03 adequacy questions.
JMO
Lt.
"May 1st it is." You're assuming Guyer responds to all 11 adequacy issues by 4/17 and that the responses are all adequate for Wally.
I think it can be done. Lets all hope so.
JMO
Lt.
I just love all the MM conspiracy theories. They keep me laughing.
JMO
Lt.
Thank you 567. That does explain a great deal.
Lt.
What has me concerned is that it is so close to DRMS decision time and someone is dumping a whole lot of shares. There is definately a reason for the dumping. Do they know something we don't?
JMO
Lt.
If you think you're protected by FINRA, then think again. Too many out there to police.
Lt.
Think about it, dude. A RS enables the company to increase A/S and the cycle starts all over again.
JMo
Lt.
And your point is.....?
The volume don't bother me. We'll need that kind of volume and more to make this rise. It's the dumping of shares that bothers me. Most of us know exactly why it's happening.
This operation has not been very well managed! Still holding for DRMS approval.
JMO
Lt.
Into - A short position is borrowing a share of stock you don't have. The hope is to repay the share back at a lower price than at what you borrowed it at.
Therefore you cannot "dump" a short position as you already dumped them when you borrowed them.
I hope you haven't bet the farm. Good luck to you.
Lt.
Chase - a RS has been a guarantee since the A/S was increased from 5 Billion.
Only question was(is): When?
Looks like CGF management wants it sooner than later.
JMO
Lt.
Not gonna argue with you, 567. The MC of a company is the vauluation of the company at any instant in time. Of course, it will fluctuate on any number of criteria.
See ya!
Lt.
A post with no content! Where is the IGNORE button?
JMO
Lt.
567 - I respectfully disagree. If you can't place a valuation on the company, how can you determine entry & exit points? Without a valuation, you might as well play Black Jack at the casino.
JMO
Lt.
567, You already know my opinions. Hope you are doing well.
Lt.
WS - How presumptuous of me. I expected you to check my previous posts.
I think a MC of $68 Million is a good data point as this is what the MC was just prior to the Cease & Dissist order. Obviously you can make some adjustments for the difference in gold prices, but I think they negate the differences in company debt.
So I expect PPS to reach .0019. Maybe some overreaction to .0025, but, somewhere in that range.
Now it's your turn.
JMO
Lt.
Come on WS, lets get real! A penny would put this at a MC of 350 Million. Sorry, I don't see it anytime soon.
What do you expect the PPS to bounce to after permit reactivation?
Would appreciate an honest guess for anyone willing to make one.
TIA
Lt.
WS, What do you see this getting to if permit reactivated?
TIA
Lt.
AK, I agree with you. BLM is voicing their concerns. If the State of Colorado is doing their job(1), the BLM's concerns should already be addressed in both the rules and regulations as well as in AM-03.
(1) Given the bashing Wally got from CGF at the last Board meeting, Wally will be agressive in his oversight and CGF should know that very well.

Lt.
Kit - "Since the past shenanigans of the same officers and insiders, no matter how they remove their names from whichever B o D lists, have been extremely accurate and successful research indicators to make decent flipping/trading decisions with these shell type start ups like cgfia."
I too have researched other company boards of directors as well as Guyer and Rice.
What other BoD's have these two been on? I found one for Rice.
Thanks in advance.
Lt.
Agree that pps predictions are often wrong and things do change with the changing variables. That is why you have to follow your investments.
It is still important, however, to get some idea on what the market may value the company at thus what the stock may be worth. You have to have a plan, but realize that plans can change as well.
Gold has gone up the last 5 years so the market may value CGF more than the $68 Million it was. On the other side, this management hasn't has a nickel in revenues. Company debt has increased as well.
I think the pre-cease & desist value is at the least one good data point.
JMO
Lt.
It doesn't matter if all 35 Billion have been issued. What counts is that 35 Billion is the dilutive factor and as an investor, that amount of shares can indeed be issued. If you look at CGF history, the A/S and O/S have increased exponentially.
From an investment and unemotional point of view, the 35 Billion is the right number to use. We don't know today's O/S and won't know tomorrow's O/S. What we do know is that the O/S is certainly increasing from week to week. It has to in order for CGF to pay the bills.
Feel free to estimate the pps on permit approval using any method or mathmatics of your choosing. I'd be grateful if you shared your analysis with the rest of us.
JMO
Lt.
"a nickel by June" - Doubt it very much. $0.05 would put the market cap at $1.75 Billion. Way overvalued for a company that hasn't had a nickel in revenues.
Here's my take:
$68 Million market cap prior to cease & dissist order tells me we can expect the same MC after mill permit reactivation.
68 Million divided by 35 Billion shares = $0.00194 per share.
It could spike to .002 or .0025 but not 1/10,000th of a cent more.
Ya'll can pump this penny stock all you want. Will never see a nickel without a R/S.
Just My Opinion.
Lt.
Especially you, 567.
JMo
Lt.
Brendon, The market Cap just before the Cease & dissest was about 65 - 68 Million. It can be reasonable to expect the MC to return to that number after the mill activation approval.
Given 45 Billion shares now, that equates to a pps of 0.00151.
As I see it, even without a R/S the PPS wont go much more than that (could spike more but expect it to settle around there).
What's the bottom line? If you're average purchase price is more than .0015, ya ain't gonna make much.
JMO
Lt.
567 - I honestly laughed out loud at the exception. I really do like your sense of humor.
JMO
Lt.
BBC - "But until they announce a plan for a R/S, there is no need to try and panic the weak-kneed into thinking there is one coming."
I have a couple of comments:
1. If anyone has "week" knees, they shouldn't be investing their money in stocks. Period! If someone can't afford to loose their investment, they should not be investing.
2. This board is supposed to be a source of thoughts and opinions whether they are favorable or unfavorable.
3. All boards have their share of pumpers, slammers and regular investors both skilled and unskilled. Many of us here know who is who based on the qualifiers in their messages and the content of their messages.
Sorry my opinions on a CGF R/S differ from yours, however, I don't care what kind of knees the reader has. I call it the way I see it.
Time will tell.
JMO
Lt.
Borgon - It's a means to raise money. It's the only one that requires no additional debt to the company.
Lt.
It's not the R/S that's the real concern. It's the company's ability to further dilute that causes the loss of $ to the shareholders.
Say you own 1,000,000 shares at .0001/share. You have $100 worth of the stock. There is a R/S of 1,000 to 1. Now you own 1,000 shares of stock and still have $100. The pps goes from .0001 to $0.1 or 10 cents per share and instead of 45 Billion shares the A/S goes to 45 Million. Now the company raises it's A/S to 200 Million. The share price then drops accordingly and your 10 cents per share value drops as the market sees fit.
There is generally a significant sell off of shares when a R/S occurs because investors know what's coming next.
JMO
Lt.
And your thoughts on the share structure? R/s or No R/S?
Lt.
567 - If you think there won't be a R/S then you're fooling yourself and/or everyone else here.
I stand behind my prediction. You can stand behind yours and we'll see who was correct.
JMO
Lt.
And the best time for the R/S is before the mill permit is approved. That way the share structure is reasonable to any new investors, the company can sell fewer shares for more dollars and at a time when the demand will be highest: at permit approval.
They won't have revenues for quite some time. Will require tweeking of equipment and unexpected repairs. They don't have all the operating equipment they will need. They will need to develop a preventative maintenance plan with spares. Employees can't wait a few months to get paid. It won't be something you can just turn the switch on and all is well.
But, you know that 567.
JMO
Lt.
CGF needs millions of working capital when the mill gets it's operating permit. I belive the opering permit will get approved.
Here's my prediction: Reverse split of 1,000 to 1 before May 1st. This puts the A/S at 45,000,000. Reauthorization of 200,000,000 shares, much of which will be dumped during the 1st week after DRMS mill permit approval.
Lets face it guys, CGF needs the working capital. This is how they get it and this is how we get it. Unfortunately CGF gets $$$ and we get something else. When you do the math, what that something else is, is obvious.
JMO
Lt.
Hink - Guyer has a coupon. In fact 35 BILLION of them.
JMO
LOt.
Here's how I see it: CG had a MC of 65 Million prior to the C&D. Assuming the same MC & 35 BILLION share the pps is .0018. May get a spike above that if AM 3 approved. May not even come close if CG dumps a good part of the 35 BILLION shares into the market.
Bottom line is ... if your average buy in is less than .0018 then chance of making $$ here. If avg buy is > .0018 then gonna be real tough break even.

Be Well, 567. Sleeping OK at nignt?
Hello 567.
What is the current a/s? A mouse told me it was up to 35 Billion. Is the mouse correct?
Thank you.
Lt.
Perhaps you should take a look at the 10K.

you're probably too young to remember the E.F. Hutton commercials. "When E.F. Hutton Talks... Everyone listens!"
