Hahaha! Nice try! Klok has 0, nada, nothing at all to do with this company. End of story.
Yes sir, you did. I must have learned something from it and thats a good thing in the long run. I also learned that the next time you or stockholder try to set me straight, I'll pay attention. Many apologies to the both of you for some of my posts, I was dead spot on wrong about this company and ceo, and frankly a little arrogant coming off a big score. This is pretty amazing to watch from the beginning though lol! I guess everyone punched out for the day at 4:00. Thanks for the reply.
Some show today, huh? Im glad I got to see it from the begining this time instead of the middle. LOL!
Got my reply form Greg Stump today. I had asked what the working relationship was with Stump and Verde. I like to verify things myself as we all should. Good deal!
We filmed Lukas Nelson the other night and I am editing the project right now in Aspen. You should contact William for details...

I sent Greg an email but got no reply. Glad to see a couple of others did get through. Good deal!
Can I ask how you verified that Verde is working with Stump? I sure hope that he is. He has a whole library of movies.
Thanks.
I feel the same way. I can verify info we get after some online digging and time. There are definitely projects in the works here and no one can prove otherwise. GLTU.
There are a bunch of listing requirements, but as far as the pps goes, .10 for 90 days for the otcqx us. There are companys on the otc that actually meet the requirements for a nasdaq listing but dont go there for whatever reason, they can apply for the octqx us premier and they would have to have a $1 pps for 90 days.
Here ya go:

I believe that your opinion is correct. This looks like step one towards being a fully reporting. If we are an SEC reporting co then we can uplist to the OTCQB but if we meet the financial and disclosure requirements we can go all the way up to the OTCQX which would be a great move for all. And why go through the trouble unless there are plans for better days. Thanks for refering me to that other post too, that was great.
OTC Intelligence is a service not an uplist. It is designed to help companies increase their transparency. It's 6 g's a month for pink and for companies on the OTCQB, but its free to companies that uplist to the OTCQX (according to their site and an email to their customer service department).
IMO, theres no doubt that no matter what, the investors in this stock are way better off today than we were yesterday. This appears to be an obvious move towards transparency, financials, and up. Dawghorn is right IMO, this is the best release of them all so far. To me, it shows legitimacy and more to come.
Of course it will not come fast enough for some, but I was glad to see this pr today. Go VMGI.
LOL! Nice!
<<but a skiing trip with the rock stars>>
You should start using "IMO" in your posts. The other antagonist might open an inquiry on you with the fraud board. LOL.
Re-read this post Robron, I think that this guy is trying to get through to you.
Hows the investigation going?

To me, it clearly shows that William Veve was in Mexico filming a TV show called Cowboy Mining and that a politician gave him info on the plight of the mine workers in that country hoping to bring to light the conditions that exists there. Its great that Kharie found this because there is no hidden agenda for the people that wrote that article as far as VMGI goes. They are just reporting the news as they see it. Maybe an agenda for the politician!
And Like tnay said it adds credibility too.
Good find Kharie
LOL!
70-1.
Just a guess here, but maybe there was an agreement for VMGI to distribute a film Stump is doing about the band and it changed suddenly for whatever reason. Best I can come up with. I'm as baffled as anyone. I think it would be appropriate to explain it through another pr asap. Im sure most of us would like that.
Did you hear anything back? Can you hit me up @drophit.net I want to ask you about something about your truck. Sorry for the off topic comment. Please delete this post.
Yeah, Im not sure Kharie and WW. The wording in the PR is literally the same wording from the advert for the band on the belly up site. It looks like the change had to do with that Director for one reason or another. We are a media company so filming a music video wouldnt be the strangest thing in the world, its just that I find that PR almost rushed and useless. With no explanation for the pr and the removal of the director part its just an ad for a band. I'm baffled by it at this point, but I'll dig something up. Maybe he got paid to shoot a live video, or maybe its a beyondrace thing.
They took the "filming with director Greg Stump" part out.
Id like to think so, or maybe some longs have just had enough. I like this company, I'm staying with it. I can read from various sources that things are in the works. The guy runs his company on his schedule not mine. lol.
Yeah you're right.
That is a strange PR to put out IMO. To not put anything out for 3 months and then to put out that we're filming a band with no mention of a project etc, is just odd. Tough one to take. Hopefully Frankies is right, but in a positive way, and that this is some kid of April fools joke. The optimist in me wants to think that there is going to be another PR today. I dunno.
LOL!
Lets hope. I'll wait.
Heres a cool pic with Digger, Eastman, and the 18 shooters.

Sorry, Poor choice of words on my part. When I research it I see a lot of stuff from 08,09. I just assumed its still in the planning stages. According to Digger Mesch on facebook earlier this month, production is starting "soon". Soon to him and soon to me might be 2 different things. LOL.

Im not that concerned about the float at this point, and I'm aware that others are. If we are successful here it will be fixed in due time. He's gotta get that TV show on the air. When that happens then we will have some serious cash coming in this year. IMO, one of the reasons it is taking this long for CM is because Veve's plan is to keep all of the rights/licensing associated with anything he does. From reading the initial disclosure form 9/20/10, my take is that that is one of the major differences between what VMGI is trying to accomplish and what most others currently do. Of course it's just my opinion. I'm guessing that financials will come down soon and some aquisition announcements will follow. CM is the key to the kingdom this year. Hopefully FOB gets back up and running this year and we can have a win/win.

Great points here. The fact that it was less than a year old and had so much on the table was what got me into this in the first place. I'm holding this for a while even if we do get a pop soon.
Of course, I'll get my orignal investment back first, lol.
Off topic but when I worked for Amazon early on their motto was "get big fast". We opened distribution centers all over the place for the first four years. Then the major players started getting antsy and wanted a profit, now. So in year 5 they finally barely showed a profit on the book division only. Took 5 years and they had a lot of cash. I believe in Veve. I have no reason not to. I think that this is going to be a great year for VMGI and only the begining.

I got an email also that says basically the same thing. Good deal. Good to hear him saying the same thing to others as well so close to the anticipated time frame.
Its from the same CEO. He pr'd he was planning for a Cusip change just 14 days after that NO r/s pr that you could'nt find. Hope this helps.
Were you looking for a different "no r/s" pr?
This is from an earlier post:
<< where has VMGI put out that there would not be a reverse split... was that actually in a public release? I am going to read all the public releases again... but i don't see it... >>
Thats why he posted it.
Has anybody ever come across this? Not sure what it is or how old but it lists Herringer and Veve in the cinematography for some shows that were filmed. Just googling stuff because I'm bored.

Right, because that never happens the other way. Lol
The day after Schissler makes you rich. lol.
