So let me get this correct. The company is going through lots of expense and effort to "steal" the shares from share holders.

Okay.

They're spending tons of money and stealing these shares, which is impossible and illegal and would never be allowed.

THIS IS ALL BEING DONE TO TAKE THE SHARES IN A COMPANY THAT HAS NO VALUE AND ITS TECHNOLOGY IS WORTHLESS?!



THIS MAKES A LOT OF SENSE.

One thing I will say... There is no place I would rather be. This is very exciting!!!

It seems strange to say but a few billion dollars to these companies is nothing.
They MUST stay ahead of their competitors.

MSFT recently wrote off $6 Billion. They bought a company a few years ago and it became a total loss.

THEY PAID 6 BILLION DOLLARS AND NOW IT IS GONE.

There was a possibility that acquisition was going to be the next home run technology and MSFT took a chance. And, almost more importantly, they couldn't let one of the other big boys get it.

It's a cost of doing business.

A large company may not have a choice. Not only would they desperately want the technology but,

Leaders like MSFT, CSCO, IBM, AAPL are constantly buying small companies,

A buyout is a real possibility at this stage. If a big boy sees a disruptive technology in a young company, sometimes the best strategy is to just acquire the whole thing.
It would be difficult to value Cipherloc but the numbers would be big.

Say a $2 billion buyout. Assuming the normal issuing of shares (required to grow the business)

Math time...

Say there ends up being 12 million shares outstanding. With a $2 Billion buyout this puts the share price at north of $150/share.

The numbers could be way different, there could be more or less shares issued, and the buyout number could be less or much more.

My opinion is that the technology will be huge and the stock will see MUCH higher prices.

You are talking about an established company that is losing money and is adding to their Accumulated Deficit.

DUH, this is a new technology. Everyone knows the company is not making money yet. DUH!!

This deficit is a tax write off against future profits. It is a MAJOR advantage.
CLOK is able to take losses from years ago and use them now. This is huge!!!

The AD is given a real value on the books which was about $8 Million and is even bigger now.
