I think the rumor about being bought out/merging could very well be true. Just examine all the timing of this. Initially I saw the post on the yahoo message boards (nothing confirming it on the net) but the company now just increased the authorized shares; hmmm for what? Considering this is a low price investment, why would any of you want to sell this? What other pet sites in the social media sector are on the net right now; SMVI IS THE ONLY ONE!!! Please do your own research and dont let those shorters scare you off----they are loving every minute of it. Anyone bashing this stock....just think of them as a shorter. I picked up some more shares today because I believe the company is going to great places! GL everyone!

I sold all my BYSD to be in this stock and I do not regret my decision nor do I plan on selling anytime soon. Such a great reputable company unlike other penny stocks who have nothin to show but a symbol and a name. GO SMVI!! I have full faith in this!
