Good point, but I think no matter how how technological their algorithms are in the beginning, the value when exposed, has to fold into retail and those bastards making the market, equally. I'm holding out hope we get our part of the equation too, in time. It's a tough road, but for now, 2+2 still = 4, I hope.
Yeah, they didn't stay silent for years on the advice of their Attorneys and CPA's for a $0.10 gain in stock price. There is much more flawed real world struggles that get us all twisted and sideways coming.
That was really good and insightful. Thank you for sharing.
I agree. The principles have more to lose than we do and, are of a different culture and mindset. This is not typical of the USOTC, if one is paying attention. This one is clearly different.
I don't know either but when a heavily shorted stock like MVNT finally gets it's run, the bid and ask swap in L2 and it gets really confusing and hilarious watching the market makers. Looking forward to it for us all.
It's true. The filings are going to drip out in such a manor that the average investor will shrug and point to this stock as undervalued. It's refreshing.
"Hear, Hear"!
Yep! We're good.
Oh Gawd. Here we go. It's about to get interesting. The games have begun.
Obviously it will. It's ironic to see the word pump in a legitimate stock trade, but there it is. LOL
It will see dollars. Anyone that plays stocks at this level knows it. It's obvious.
I know right, we are so close to being a legit, publicly traded company. I'm giddy!
Agree. I hope that was done on purpose. lol
Not yet, but it's surely floating around in the email of a bunch of people that have as much to lose or more then we do. All wringing their hands and slowly signing off on it. I've never seen anything like this, but it's exciting isn't it?
This is what ALP$'s run looked like. It takes time, but damn it's amazing what the current investment sentiment can do, hungry for profits.

¡Viva el capitalismo!
The Military Industrial Complex birthed the deep state but the finance industry and government regulators quickly caught on & joined up. However, Reddit proved there still exists in the law, a fulcrum point to beat them at their own game. Who wouldn't LOVE to see that here? this is the perfect stock for that kind of play; way better than GME was.
Very true. Most OTC stocks trade on opinion. Many OTC traders aren't used to trading on facts. Flippers will treat both the same, there will be ups and downs as always precipitated by the flippers, shorts etc...
At the end of the day, the difference in opinion and facts are huge, it's always worth investing in facts over opinion.
Buying Dollars for pennies is powerful.
Wow! This is huge and favors legitimate companies like ours.
The amended rule enhances disclosure and investor protection in the OTC market by ensuring that broker-dealers, in their role as professional gatekeepers to this market, do not publish quotations for an issuer’s security when current issuer information is not publicly available, subject to certain exceptions.
“These retail investor-focused improvements to Rule 15c2-11 are long overdue,” said SEC Chairman Jay Clayton. “The technological advancements that have taken place since the rule was last amended enable us to require that information in the OTC market be more timely, enabling investors to make better informed investment decisions, and reducing fraud in these markets where retail presence is significant and, unfortunately, pump-and-dump and other frauds are too common.”
That's a good thing, anyway you look at it.
Tis really a merry Reveal-mas and to those that aren't in..........A good night.
I think it's a unique play of an Asian culture that trusts everyone involved to come together for a common goal.
Tis true!
Very nice. Thank you.
It's true. Fingers crossed.
I made insane money overnight on ECNC back in the 90's. It ruined me. I haven't been interested in making money normally since. OCD and going broke, waiting on .002 low float stocks to hit. It's my lot in life. lol.
Look at that one day chart; Classic. Morning buying, consolidation and higher again at the close.
Hear, hear. I got my first shares in 2011 in VSHC from the Low Float Shell Stock Board, and bought more because of these guys hard work and DD.
352,426 shares traded. It all looked dead today. I guess I missed it.
Upvote!
This right here is why we have been fomenting for years. Calculated growth in the market. She's ripe on the vine for public consumption.
LOL, I love it and agree. Bring on the rest of the story. Stuff gets really complicated now. I'm guessing this bunch wants the real deal, like we do.
I agree and that makes me wide eyed and excited for the future with this one.
I'm optimistic because of what we know to this point about management, and the Steller way they protected our investment and kept us in the dark with nothing, absolutely nothing in the way of "insider" information. We all know there are lots of necessary and legitimate reasons to raise the AS that aren't necessarily dilutive. One being protecting against a hostile take over; there are many more reasons necessary for growth. Fingers Crossed.
I felt you had a good read on the situation; at this point, you're batting a thousand.
It's probably just short for me as an individual buyer for my portfolio but I'm curious none the less if those buys are factored in.
I've been more than happy with this low float stock since I first got in back when it was a shell in 2011. I paid $.001 a share, different ticker, different company. My cost basis says the recent 300,000 shares I bought at around $.0202 are short. Just curious, if MM reporting is affected by buyers like me? I'm not sophisticated enough to know, but my TD Ameritrade portfolio reports me as shorting it when I buy. Anyone know if the reporting goes that deep or not?
I'm still in at this price.
