You had an order in for 5,000?
RE38, you're cool, just keep the print lower case and keep the good info coming. No sense in arguing on this board.
come on guys, chill out!
UPDATE - CEO WEB VIDEO COMING MONDAY
Ok, just got confirmation from company, the CEO, Joe M. Valenzano Jr. will be interviewed live Monday afternoon. The video will be posted on YouTube immediately thereafter Monday night and will also be available for viewing on www.eparent.com and other sites.
From email:
"This will be an important investor oriented video interview with significant information directly from the CEO himself on our recent activities. We encourage all investors to be watching as it will be very valuable and informative as we move closer to November's WCD conference in Dallas Texas, November 18-19, 2010."
Company said they will publicize a link as soon as it is up Monday night.
I know, that's what is sad. But for the criminal way this market is run, this stock should be above a penny right now. I believe it cannot stay this undervalued for long however. Good stocks find their way to the top.
should have more info soon on that. Working on it finding out more.
EP Health Sciences alluded to "FDA approved devices". This means more than one device. There are going to be presentations on treatment of PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) at the conference in November, that is documentable. EPGL has alluded to PTSD in PRs more than once when talking about marketing products. (See DD above).
Conclusion, I think we're talking about more than one FDA device here guys. This is a monster in the making. I cannot wait to hear more.
The fact that you can buy this at 0004 right now is a gift from God.
The lightbulb will go off unexpectedly. Could be next week. We know November is a big month coming.
You know what? I don't care what the float is, what the O/S is what any of that is. EPGL is so freeeaaaaakin' undervalued. Even with current share structure. WebMD, Marines, Army, FDA approved MPDD device presentation, WCD conference. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This is what EPGL has. Not fluff. Real.
Sheeeeshhh! EPGL has more real things than 20 other pinkies combined. We're going to find out next week.
I agree, this is a short.
So we could see shorts covering postions EOD.
Ok, I can buy that
oh ok. I guess I was taking what you were saying earlier serious.
That's overreaching. There have been co's with many more outstanding shares that went to pennies.
RE38, you have that kind of money sitting at the bid? Hit the ask and get this thing moving up. You know it's still way undervalued here and we have more news coming. Hit the ask buddy!
5 billion A/S. 4.5 outstanding, I know that. NIR is out of shares so they cannot dilute. Don't know current float, but it's at least 80% of OS. Actually, thee may not be much restricted at all. Not certain.
I think with EPGL the slow steady growth is best, because the value is there. If we have spikes, it just encourages flippers, which is not what we need. Steady is what we need. I think we're about to move into that phase. imo
Hey Lowman! I was hoping to hear from you on this. So lets say the OS is 4.5B approx., which it is. What kind of a buy back plan would impress you?
the CEO is the second largest debt holder. fyi Oh, and he is converting more than 1/2 his debt to shares in the restructure. Soooo Undervalued here. Unbelievable.
late day rally? shorts closing out positions? we'll see. I think they would be wise to do so.
I personally believe a share buy back will be on the table soon as I know this CEO is determined to add shareholder equity. That would reduce the float and kick these market makers in the a#*. This stock is sooooo freeekin' undervalued.
I agree with your entire post, personally.
FOR THOSE JUST TUNING IN:
The question I asked was: Would a forward split (where your shares double) or a company buy-back of shares? Which would be better and why in your opinion? Thanks to those who have replied. Remember, we are not talking about reverse, it's forward split.
yeah, F/S as in forward split. Company has already said no to reverse split.
I've always heard a Forward Split is viewed as a company being bullish on it's s/p going higher. But as I said, I personally thin a buy-back is best to reduce float.
yeah, at a large profit. It's not dillution in any way. I'm not saying I favor either, I think a stock buy-back would be ideal personally.
Forward Split, not reverse. A forward split doubles your shares.
no, historically forward splits encourage buying into the split. There is no dillution in a forward split. A reverse without decreasing the authorized would be dillution. That's not what we're talking about.
ok, just making sure you understand i'm talking about forward split, not reverse. you only mentioned reverse from what I read. A forward split gives you 2 for 1 and are generally considered bullish on the part of a company. On the other hand, a buy-back would be nice too.
You receive 2 shares for every 1 you presently own.
A forward split gives you 2 stocks for every one you have now. historically they tend to raise liquidity and share price. So we're not talking about reverse. Please understand that.
A FORWARD SPLIT! 2 shares for 1. NOT REVERSE is what I'm asking about here. This company has already ruled out a reverse ever again.
buy back better than forward split? Just asking for opinions here.
not a reverse split, a forward split. In a forward split say 2 for 1, your shares would double.
Question: Would you rather see this company do a forward 2 for 1 split or a buy back of shares? What do you think the company should do?
CEO Webcast Update
Ok, the latest I have is that on Monday afternoon, CEO Joe Valenzano will do an interview covering EPGL's latest news, including questions on latest contracts, Web MD and EP Health biotechnology developments. It will then be posted on YouTube and other video sites shortly thereafter for investor viewing.
I was told EPGL may PR this for exact times, where you can watch it, etc. I will try to get further updates too.
Hence the reason restructure agreement is good news. All major debt holders convert more than 1/2 to shares. That includes the CEO. Good start.
absolutely, just chewing through some resistance.
I understand.
A month or so ago, it was NIR no doubt. They are out of shares now. Thus the restructure agreement. It is not NIR now. It is likely someone with far fewer shares. The float is OS less restricted. Anyway...
how can OS be 698 when AS is 5B?
