Viper is getting some exposure in this Japanese site.
LEDs America T8s
BLS isn't the only LED T8 maker specifying better light output and efficacy than DOE test have revealed. For example, LEDs America claims that its SSL T8 tubes deliver 1400 directional lumens while consuming only 14.6W. That's close to 100 lm/W efficacy. LEDs America and its sales and distribution partner Viper Networks have announced increased production of the LED-O products over the next two quarters.

We broke out to .0084 as a high on the news earlier this year. The fact that viper is now performing and getting orders should eventually push us through those highs.
I expect this news is only the beginning of a stream of orders from the multiple ministries. Success with one major city will be the fuel to fire us much higher.

gergo68, you are correct on all counts. That's the reason viper is sub pennies with huge potential upside should viper actually do what they say. On a positive note, Farid and his team have not given up. I also hope to see them report their foreign subsidiary sales soon. This could be another boost to the share price if they improved on the $4m annualized they said they would get in late 2010.
Ikea will only sell Leds by 2016. Seems to me vper has finally found a huge growing market in which to thrive.

This time it is different if you read this article.
http://www.news.lk/news/sri-lanka/3347-led-technology-to-illuminate-fisheries-harbours
So am I. Just one of the subs was running at an annualized rate of about $4 million in 2010 if I recall correctly. Just to make sure, here is the link.

They just released their financials through June 30, 2012. I think this time will be different because they seem to be catching up and now keeping up with their reporting. Hopefully they will release their foreign sub numbers soon, as that is where the cash is generated.

Based upon Gamini's relationships withe the Sri Lanka's top government people, I would say we have an excellent chance of getting multiple orders.

vper will start moving much higher very soon.
Yes, I know as I owned them then as well. Oh, the good times when vper share price was over a buck. Nice to know Farid took over from Weaver and he, as well as his family and friends, have stuck with the company - despite not being paid. I have faith they have enough skin in the game to make it through and finally have success.
Time for VPER to get their foreign sales numbers posted - that would give a shot in the share price.
Viper is on track. JP Morgan says LED's to grow. Here is the link to the article.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/led-lighting-grow-significantly-j-035500144.html
When the market cap of vper is about the same as Farid's flight to Germany, you better either hold on to your shares or add at this point. I been here and seen this before. Pretty sad state of affairs, but this will rebound when the foreign subs financials are finally posted.
Okay, I must have missed that. As I check vper every day, that is surprising, but appreciate your update.
If they dropped the calling card sales, as far as I know, that is not public information. The results for Saudi Arabia must refer to the Wireless division, that had monthly sales of $300,000 back in late 2010. Hopefully this division is thriving and provided the means to support the acquisitions Farid is now doing. Should that be the case, we should see a rapid rise in share price coupled with a premium for U.S forecast sales. In the email, I got the impression that the $2 million so far booked had to do with LED's. It would be nice if this is for LED's in India that I believe were discussed.
Well done Sagan. I tried but couldn't find it. The fact that Viper is listed as a shareholder is great and the projections of $40 plus million in sales and $7 million in profit is fantastic. Farid seems to be on to something here. With these growth projections, I can visualize the $40 million to be small compared to 2014 forecast.
Just pointing out that the fact that they state in your email they have dropped calling cards, is not public information until you posted it. If it is verified, you therefore have received non public or inside information. Farid should know better. I am not being critical of your post if you took it that way. Farid should publish a shareholders update today.
I have also emailed vper and never got replies. I would also suggest that if Farid gave the information as stated in the email, it would be providing so far undisclosed information to one individual and therefore potential insider trading issues.
We need to find the Sate of CT legal filings and sticky that!
When are we supposed to get a Shareholders Update? It would be nice if Farid could arrange a shareholders conference call, give an update and let us ask questions.
We do not know at this stage, however, Viper has stated they will be reporting their foreign subs. income and to bring their financials up to date. Specifically, so they can get Viper on a better reporting board. Pink sheets are always dicey however find a company that starts to perform, and the upside can be huge. Just don't invest money you can't afford to lose.
Additionally, the companies being acquired are taking cash plus shares. They are under confidentiality, however as they have done their DD on Viper with full disclosure, and accepted the terms, I have to assume the probability is that Viper will succeed. I will wait for the huge move and be patient in the meantime.
They have not yet reported their foreign subsidiaries earning. Just query wireless division, and you will see they had $300,000 monthly sales in late 2010. They specifically stated this excludes calling card sales.
Look at post 14984, if this is accurate, we should hear about the acquisition. Hopefully it is the larger one at around $10 million in sales.
Sorry, I did not see the other posters before I responded. $1.40 wins the day. Probably won't see that again, but .14 is not out of the running.
LOL... I have owned my stock in Viper for at least 8 years, initially buying around 80 cents while adding more at 20 cents and even more at .0014. If Sagan sees this post, he will confirm as he has been around for a long time as well.
Sagan, didn't Viper reach over a buck at one point?
Hopefully we will find out soon, however if I put 2 and 2 together, I conclude that LEDs America was waiting for private financing before the project could be started while simultaneously we see PR's saying Viper will acquire LEDs America. Hence, the private financing is either Viper or somebody else, either way it is in place.
I think what we are seeing, is business people using the central planners "green", "bring home jobs", "minority whatever" etc. to get financing for multiple projects. Welcome to USSA.
This does not take away from the fact that Viper is in friendly discussions, as I believe it was put, with LEDs America to acquire them. Friendly, probably means that Viper has the means, cash, and LEDs America, has the technology, to mutually benefit while individually they would not succeed.
In pink sheets, it's a lottery ticket, but if it comes in, we will see amazing gains, or zip. Since Farid and team have such determination, I have chosen the path to wait for amazing gains. Always bought, never sold. I also remember when vper was at 20 cents as well as 80 + cents.
I read the following statement "...Company will be working directly with one of their acquisition candidates (which is LEDs America, Inc.),..." to mean vper is acquiring LEDS America. This comes in the press release shown below regarding the DC project. Further, I interpreted LEDS America's delay regarding the other project was due to the private financing, assuming it is Viper, that this is now completed and therefore they are proceeding with construction. I could be wrong, but that is the way I have interpreted the current information.
Additionally, the two main partners in this JV are Viper Networks and LEDs America, which collectively have majority ownership of this LED manufacturing project. However, since the Company will be working directly with one of their acquisition candidates (which is LEDs America, Inc.), Viper Networks will incorporate the anticipated manufacturing build-out and forthcoming initial production run into the Company's due diligence process by verifying LEDs America's ability to mass produce various product designs and patents.
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=52526122
Don't forget that this project was initially delayed as a result of private funding not being in place. I assume this was Viper funding, so hopefully we will hear that the acquisition/merger with Viper is completed.
Leds America news:

My logic is that the shorts sell $15 worth of their own shares, or some meaningless number. Somebody then gets nervous and sells at market, rather than limit order.
You can see what just happened, 10,000 shares sold at .0014 and somebody was able to pick up 929,550 shares at .0013.
Watch out for the shorts, they just sold less than $15 in shares to bring it down to .0014. It's their game to steal your shares.
Based on the following, we should expect the audited accounts shortly, since they released the unaudited accounts for the 1st quarter as stated in this press release.
What is even more important is that they plan to release their foreign subs. financials. They were stating they had $300,000 monthly sales with their wireless division alone back in late 2010. That excludes sales of phone cards.
Since Viper Networks has made it a top priority to meet the higher Alternative Reporting Standard, the Company seeks to submit their 2-year audited financials for the 2010 and 2011 fiscal years, and unaudited financial information through the first quarter of 2012 (ended March 31st) as soon as possible, which may be as soon as 30 days.
Viper Networks is focused on gaining greater transparency and full disclosure to the OTC Market, and once again, to become a fully-reporting company that is current in their reporting obligations with the S.E.C. As the Company works toward meeting the highest eligibility requirements, this may include an eventual listing on one or both of the top OTC Market Tiers consisting of OTCQB and/or OTCQX, the premier tier of the U.S. over-the-counter market.

Well said Smakkdaddy! One more of many things I could add regarding Viper is that the management has stuck with Viper. They have persisted, many of whom took no salary and or converted their salaries into shares or loans.
To me, along with the time component, that says this is not a pump and dump by management.
Just a little advice to help you through the times the world has entered and to protect your family and friends. Query Turd Ferguson or tfmetalsreport and learn about what is going on. It's a free site, and the comments section provide insight from many experienced people. Secondly, read zerohedge, as these traders will tell you the truth rather than what the msm indoctrinates people with.
Here is the link to the acquisitions.
In other news, Viper Networks has recently begun talks with two U.S.-based companies; one that offers compelling synergy to the Company’s emerging business within the LED sector, and another that represents a uniquely complimentary opportunity from within the energy distribution industry.
The two acquisitions and/or merger candidates are profitable entities with annual revenues of from $2.5 million to approximately $10 million, respectively.
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=50948383
Their wireless division was doing about $300,000 per month back in late 2010. I have made the assumption that they have expanded since then, and this is only the wireless, which does not include calling cards, construction or whatever else they do such as Green Key equipment sales.
Here is a linkedin site for Jamal, who runs the group and below you will see the link and reference to the $300,000 per month.
Also don't forget this is the group that was trying to acquire, if I recall correctly, 15,000 sq ft of office space to accommodate their expansion.
Assumptions are not reality, however the upside to Viper, in my opinion, will be explosive.
http://bh.linkedin.com/pub/jamal-al-hakam/7/7b2/39b
Mr. Shouekani continued: “Just as we announced this past Monday, none (I repeat), none of the October Saudi Arabian results of $300,000 (USD) came from calling card sales in this country, but rather from our Wireless Services branch division in Saudi Arabia. Although the Company has announced launches in Singapore and Bahrain to date, with plans for numerous calling card launches in other countries worldwide in the near future (in conjunction with Cirilium India and BSNL), investors should know that separately, Viper Networks is building a significant presence for direct business, greater margins and growing revenues in an expanding number of countries entirely for the benefit of the Company and each and every shareholder.”

I am not worried about the pps right now as I am long. Once Viper releases their International sales, likely above $10 million and add that to the $10 million acquisitions sales, we will see a proper valuation.
The shorts will be seriously squeezed when Viper reports their foreign subsidiary results. Here is a pr from late 2010 detailing initial sales.
http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20101117005494/en/Bahrain’s-Regulatory-Authority-Grants-Viper-Networks-3
Good point. If I recall correctly, they delayed the project as a result of funding issues. I think it is the Viper discussion with LEDS America that has put the funding in place. Should hope to see their completed acquisition shortly.
Nice volume today. News should come soon. Volume is always a good indicator.
If I recall correctly, the US mergers are also profitable and around $10 million in sales. Add to this, perhaps $10 million or more in profitable sales from their subs, and we have a real company. Hopefully timely and reporting fully to gets us off the pink sheets.
Full disclosure, I have only bought over the years and never sold.
