The report will be out on or before March 31st unless the Company files for an extension.

You can read about the fishery in Form 10
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1488419/000114420411002784/v207682_10-12ga.htm
The first fishing farm is sold. Siaf owns 25%, but the plan is to own 75%.
My guess is that potential investors want to see the first fishing farm in operation before they sign any contract.
So their guess is that earnings will be announced the 3rd week of March? Yes

JF believe that the report comes weeks 11 and hope for uplisting 1-2 months after the report.
If the management wants a dual listing it can be done a few months after the US-listing.
If we get a dual listing I don´t think that p/e ratio will be as low as 8. But I don´t think we will see a peg ratio of 1.
I guess that the p/e ratio will be 15-20 a year after the dual listing. I guess that the majority of the free shares will be owned by Swedes after the dual listing.
You have a strong sell. Why?

By SEC rules, the Company has until March 31st to report it's annual report. The Company also has the option to request an extension to April 15th. I'm not privy to the exact date the Company will present its annual report but it will most likely be before March 31st.
Warm Regards,
Chad Sykes

Do you know when the results for fiscal year 2010 will be published?
If I understand Form 10 correctly, Siaf owns 25% from the start.

What is the Fishery business model? Can you quantify revenues from franchise fees, modules purchased, consulting etc.. ?
A Fishery business model consists of the followings:
A). Early year during development and construction of an A Power Modular fish farm (APMFF) We shall contract to give services in engineering, supply of P&E, installation and supervision, training and management of the APMFF, in term, we earn service fee and technology license fee.
Normally, a standard APMFF will have the capacity to produce up to 250 MT of fish / year,
And cost about US$3.5 million to be established and built, as such, we are targeting to get gross profit up to 65% on each APMFF’s service contract. AN APMFF can be built and established within 4 months from start to operation in China.
B). at later years (usually within 7 to 9 months from day of the APMFF operation begins),
Fish sales will begin, so in the interim we shall take up equity interest in the APMFF, and in term earn income from its fish sales. (In this respect, it will be subjecting to our internal financial capacity at the time of how much % equity interest that we shall acquire, however it is our aim to secure up to 75% by year 3 from the APMFF’s operation starting day.)
C.) Further down the road when there will be sufficient APMFFs built with volume of production will come up sufficiently for us to start up a marketing net-work to sell and distribute all production under one roof, as such, we shall earn from the marketing and sales of all production.
Principally that is the model.
How many fisheries do you target for 2011, 2012 and beyond?
Yes I am targeting 4 APMFF and 8 APMFF for 2011 and 2012 respectively.
The text is from Form 10.

Isn´t it minimum 4 dollar on Nasdaq and 3 dollar on Amex?
The number of shares are no problem when you do a reverse split.
I don´t think that the free float is only 3 million.
I think that all shares except management:s should count as free float.
Siaf is still JF:s number one pick. But I don´t think that JF and their members are buying. They have probably already bought as much as they want.
I guess that other Swedes outside JF is buying.
I have seen his posts. I guess that he just want attention.
He is doing the same thing on Yahoo.
I have nothing against people who think Siaf is too expensive and recommend people to sell, but there will be a very boring debate when they don´t argue for their views.
If you have any questions about JF please send a mail to
nisse.jordanfonden@bredband.net
You have a strong sell. Why?
According to JF, many funds and institutions are not allowed to own shares on the Pink Sheet, and therefore they will start buying shares after up-listning and therefore shares will rise sharply.
JF:S target for 2011 3.50-4.00
According to JF 35% is own by Swedes.
Googles translation is not good.
JF writes that there are statistics showing that Chinese shares on the Pink Sheet on average rise by 60-90% when they get up-listed.
"In China, the world’s largest aquaculture producer, 80.2 percent of fish food consumed in 2008 was derived from aquaculture, up from 23.6 percent in 1970".
"The production in China is 32,7 miljon tonnes (2008)".
There is a huge market for Siaf.
The State of World Fisheries and Aquaculture (SOFIA) is the flagship publication of the FAO Fisheries and Aquaculture Department. This premier advocacy document is published every two years to provide policy-makers, civil society and those whose livelihoods depend on the sector a comprehensive, objective and global view of capture fisheries and aquaculture, including associated policy issues.

"The Company does not file reports with OTCmarkets.com anymore. They have begun the registration process with the SEC.

"Wasn't there talk about an audited version of the Q3 report and a change of the fiscal year"
This is from the q3 report:

From the interview (Trading China):
"There are plans to change the fiscal year end to June 30th once the Company is registered and all the financial reporting is on track. The biggest problem with a Chinese company that has a December 31st fiscal year end is the Chinese New Year which tends to slow things down administratively".
Annual reports are due 60 days after the period ending.

According to JF, SIAF will come to Sweden in late May for presentations. So far, it is only preliminary.
I don´t like it. I think that they should pay debts with cash instead. I guess that they have already sold all or most of it.
JF has two big favorites Siaf and Semafo.
"Montreal, Quebec, January 20, 2011 - SEMAFO (TSX: SME) today Announced That It Is Exploring the Possibility of a dual listing of the ITS common shares on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Exchange in Sweden.
"We have Experienced Significant growth in the past years," said Benoit La Salle, SEMAFO's President and Chief Executive Officer. "A dual listing on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Would Facilitate the participation of European investors seeking to exposuremode SEMAFO and to the West African gold sector."
JF and Swedes own fewer shares in Semafo than in Siaf so I think the chances are pretty high that we will see a listing in Sweden for Siaf.
I guess that this could be the big seller:
"SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
On various dates through October 1, 2010 to December 22, 2010,(i) 790,855 shares of common stock were issued for $593,141 at stated value in settlement of debts due to third parties; (ii) additional 1,738,145 shares of common stock were issued for $1,008,124 at stated value in settlement of debts due to Mr. Solomon Lee; (iii) 3,000,000 shares of common stock were redeemed at $0.001 per share for $3,000; and (iv) additional 22,500 shares of common stock of $0.001 per share for $22,500 were issued to employees at stated value as stock based compensation. The Company recognized $22,500 of stock based compensation as this was the dollar amount of the service rendered to the Company".
February 03
SINO AGRO Q4 Report "believe" JF will be around 15 Feb, this in response to a series of questions about this.
I have asked JF and "The Company shall not release news or business comments during the SEC period.
Exceptions are the official scheduled reports which becomes rather poor and without comment".
I have asked JF today about q4 and he thought that it will be published 2 February, but he wasn´t sure.
I agree. We should perhaps ask Chad what it means.
SINO AGRO FOOD [2011-01-10 17:29]
SINO AGRO FOOD (SIAF.pk) is in a "sleeping period" regarding publishing of information concerning the company BECAUSE the company is now processing it´s C10-documents through the SEC-bureaucracy for being able to move up to a listing on the Nsdaq or the American Stock Exchange. That is the reason the company is not allowed to take any information-steps BEFORE the C10 (600 pages or so) has passed and are filed as accepted/ok.
On photos taken by tourists, we have seen that everything moves as per our expectations - and they are high.
Somebody asked about what fish the many SIAF-fish farms grow. The answer is the very valuable and profitable SLEEPING COD (sushi, smoked, steemed), where full commercial size comes after only 8-9 months from the fingerlinks arrival to the "Canton-south-area".
JF makes this an attempt at top-12. That is, 12 shares JF think is better than the general market in calendar year 2011, maybe something is among the very best. The reference rates are those of Today 31 Dec at 17:00. There are four categories, gold, silver, oil, moreover, plus a "wild card" (a junior high risk but with the chance to outperform all, Swedish). In this group there are three listed companies in Sweden:
1.SINO AGRO FOOD 1:29 usd
2.SEMAFO (GU) 10.90 cad
3.PETROMINERALES (OL) 32.82 cad
4.FIRST MAJESTIC (SI) 14:25 CAD
5.ENVEAVOUR (SI) 7:37 cad
6.ANATOLIA (GU) 7.75 cad
7.GRAN Tierra (OL) 8:01 cad
8.ATLAS IRON (Upper floor, iron ore) 2.95 aud
9.COEUR d'Alene (SI) 27.46
10.PALADIN (OV, uranium) 5:01 cad
11.LUNDIN PETROLEUM (OL) 83.65 sec
12.ENDOMINES (GU) 9:40
Joker: Sotkamo Silver (SI) (buying rate 0.76 sec)
There are certainly a number of companies that will go better than the suggestions above but JF think, when the New Year bells ring December 31, 2011, that we should not have to be embarrassed too much.
For now, the following entries: 1418.30 GOLD, SILVER 30.89, WTI 90.68, URANIUM 62.50/spot.
Happy new year!
I look forward to a very exciting and profitable next year for shareholders in Siaf.
If SIAF is listed on Nasdaq it´s easy and doesn´t cost much to have a dual listing in Sweden. SIAF would be listed as ADR http://www.investopedia.com/terms/a/adr.asp (in Sweden it´s called SDB (svenska depåbevis).
If SIAF isn´t first listed on Nasdaq/Amex they would have to translate all documents etc to swedish and that would cost a lot more to do and take more time.
I don´t have any exact numbers. I guess that Swedes owns over 30%, but there isn´t any official figures.
SIAF must first be listed on Nasdaq/Amex before a dual listing in Sweden. JF wants a dual listing in Sweden and I´m sure that the company will listen to JF.
From JF: American blogs implies that JF had sold. This is wrong. JF including managing owner who is well known, just over 7% in SIAF.pk. Total sitting member of the group of nearly 25% and a few additional percentage is among Swedes. JF is the only outsiders who have visited the company in China and in one week (Aug-2010) conducted a comprehensive review of the company. Siaf is the moment of JF ranked top two for course development / investment in 2011
When do you think the q4 report will be published?
