Scottsdale, AZ. How convenient - isn't that where Roger Pawson has his $2.8 million home? Perhaps just a coincidence. Mike Burton - the same Mike Burton, maybe maybe not. Maybe just a coincidence.

But here comes the "somebody elses fault".. BEHL would have been on OTCBB had it not been for a posting from a prior board member. Hmmmm who could that be? Believable? I think not.
Wait a minute. He just said he didn't have any check-writing authority - and yet he also said that he wrote a check for $45,000 to IRS. Huh? So the check was illegal - right?
Wow! He appears to be facing reality this time.... The truth coming out.
Think they missed an obvious first question:
1). Sir - what is your name?
And we must be gentle on him:
I would also like to remind everybody that we all invested in BEHL and not the Dennis Fisher Family Saga, So please remember to stay away from the "Tabloyd" types of questions as they should have no bearing or importance to the BEHL Corporation at all. We are only concerned with our investment and not the personal lives of anybody else.
Please, stay on topic.
This just in! The "interview" is going ahead as scheduled:
"Ok, contrary to rumors out there, tonight's interview with Dennis Fisher was never cancelled. I just confirmed with Dennis again a few minutes ago that we are all set for the live interview tonight at 8:00PM ET.
The interview can be listened to live tonight at 8:00PM ET here...

I agree with you except on one point. DVJ no longer belongs to BEHL - it is a the property of a client. BEHL owns nothing but debt. Plus a lot of other liabilities that have yet to surface it would appear from various sources. Why would someone want to buy it? Cleaner to just start over without the terrible history that Fisher has given to this dirty, empty, valueless shell.
Looks like Fisher, on a bad hair day, preparing his message for tomorrows "interview" :)
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=57306809
90 day review my ass. More 100% BS from the PR meisters. He was with BEHL for 100 days then blew the coop because Fisher gave him no power, continued to make the usual wrong decisions and stiffed him financially like all the other employees.
Not a mention of BEHL. I wonder why.....
But the most amazing thing of all is that some people still seem (pretend?) to believe that Fisher will some raise this POS from the ashes. Let's face it folks - he has demonstrated over the last 10 days that he has given up, doesn't give a shit, is too busy with his new "GF" or simple doesn't have enough money to put out a PR to explain to the suckers (oops, investors) what is going on. True he might appear on an "interview" (scripted infomercial) tomorrow. It is obvious that he will blame everyone else (as usual) because he is a total loser like this stock. There is NOTHING left, and there wasn't much to start with. Just walk away, or wait until it is shut down. Then we can look forward to Fisher (or ???) having his days in court before being dragged off to jail for the rest of his life.
Bubba1. I would be happy to help in your endeavors. I sent you an e-mail
I am sure these people can help you verify. Look under "contact us" get the phone number and call. Then let everyone know that it is true and quit griping. If you are a shareholder in BEHL or BNPD you just have to accept that you are another victim. Sorry.
http://www.unicorndelivery.com/
I guess you can contact the landlord of the Santa Ana office (who apparently posted that statement) and confirm for yourself. You will discover it to be true.
Has anybody here ever heard DF say a bad thing about anyone?
Bubba1. In my earlier communication I forgot to mention that I advise that you and the "partner" do your own market research or buy it from the appropriate internet resources. While your 1 acre (if you finish building it and the algae actually grow in the hot desert - and you figure out how to harvest and extract) will have no impact on markets for omega-3 oils since worldwide sales are around 35,000 tons (Cyanotech already have 90 acres in production for example) and most of it is purified fish oil. The average sale price is less than 1/2 the price claimed by BEHL a few months ago. Algae oils do bring a somewhat higher price when highly pure (that costs too) but worldwide sales are not the billions claimed but 10-100 times less. Do your market research before you throw good money after bad and don't trust "other peoples" data. Also be aware that several very well funded algae companies (e.g. Aurora backed by multi-million dollars) are going after exactly the market you are looking at. Be careful, educate yourself, act wisely. Don't believe numbers that were used to "pump" a dream. They are wrong.
He blew the money already, and rumor has it he doesn't have a passport. He ain't going anywhere - plus he is so arrogant he really believes he can keep this going and make even more $$$$$. A sitting target.
Banyon. How much KoolAid are you drinking? As a S/H would you rather the CEO spend you investment $$$$ on employees salaries _ or on hookers up to three at a time?
I can picture him in AZ jail, half out of his pink jumpsuit, squealing like a pig under a fellow 6ft cellmate :)
Is there any evidence that Fisher ever held a Board Meeting. For example with authentic signatures on the minutes not forged ones? Evidence? There are interesting and compellingassertions to the contrary on this board and elsewhere.
Did you ever go to BEHL HQ? Apparently not. I cannot imagine there was anything worth enough to meet half of the back pay owed. Don't get bent of shape lady.
Bubba1. I realize that this is no longer about an algae company, it is about whether there was any criminal activity involved in this scam - and that will surely be revealed VERY soon. However you are going ahead with an unknown "partner" so I would like to share the following with you and the "partner' since you might have been severely mislead (like the S/H here) and I know that you are not an algae expert etc etc
There are MANY things you need to be aware of:
The BEHL system has not been shown capable of growing anything. There are specific things to be aware of concerning the individual aspects of it.
1. The basic design is well known commercially and academically, and has been shown by these people to basically work but not well. There is little if anything worthy of patenting and to the best of my contacts knowledge no patents have been filed by Fisher.
2. The brain of the system, the Siemens-based PLC does not work effectively I have been told and continually breaks down because Fisher doesn't know how to maintain it Fisher claims that RWE "stole his idea" - the truth according to RWE is that they designed it, built it, installed it and then Fisher never paid them.
3. The tubes now work (new materials as reported mid-year) but my sources tell me that Fisher never paid the manufacturer for the tubes and (like RWE) are owed by BEHL. If you want to do your own DD on this PM me and e-mail address.
4. The algae starins were described by Fisher as "proprietary". They are not - the first strain was a free sample supplied by a third party under the condition that it was not used commercially without permission (which Fisher does not have) and the second (omega-3) strain was purchased by Domini from UTex (likewise the Haematococcus for astaxanthin that he has never grown - ever seen a red tube yet?). If you want some more Bubba I can give you the address to go ahead and buy it like anyone else.
5. The Harvester (designed by Algae Venture Systems) that Fisher had BECO build was an attempt to make a system work without paying AVS. Since Fisher doesn't understand technology it didn't work. Perhaps he has now had AVS retrofit it to make it work but I doubt it. I could check (but have not) to see if he ever paid BECO.
6. Fisher has never extracted any oil. This is a very difficult step and still requires a lot of development. Good luck with this.
7. You will never be able to grow the omega-3 starin in DVJ because it is too damn hot. Others have tried and failed in less hot places, even with water cooling.
8. Don't you need federal permits to dump leaking algae PBR's into a fresh water aquifer?
Just a few thoughts. Doesn't matter any more for BEHL, the fat lady is in her final chorus. But for you and the environment I want you to be aware of all the above.
Nancy Fisher "paid" the staff in-kind for their back payroll of two months
What they deserve.
Not smart like you GFB. Tried to post an image I found similarly to you - but failed miserably :( Better delete this BB1 sorry!
They are resorting to throwing sh%t against the wall and hoping something sticks with the few still hanging on to a few shares. If they can't keep some suckers interested the game is up since they can't sell the remaining billion or so shares in this POS. No technology, no patents, no products, no HQ, no employees, nothing - and about 3-4 billion O/S. Impressive, even for a master BS'er.
Yes - it is difficult, even for a lifelong liar like Fisher, to keep lies straight. Plus it appears that online "Phaeton" can be one of two people, one of which is Fisher and the other his sidekick, so they both need to get their lies in on this one. Must be really distracting for the hookers, although a nice break from being under that fat belly.
You will find out soon enough that it is indeed her. The truth is being revealed. Elsewhere lies are still being pumped. Some liars are REALLY good liars, but they are still lies.
BB please sticky!
Monique. Thank you for the truth. This must have been a terrible period for you. Your only fault, if we can even call it that, was trusting that lowlife who continues to spew out lies. Good luck!
You can help get the SEC involved. Contact them with your concerns. Let's get to a resolution before more people are ripped off.
I also don't believe that anyone associated with Behl really wants an SEC investigation.
Fisher controlled EVERYTHING. Rawson must have said what Fisher told him to say. I do not know, but that is what I suspect. Ask Frank. The truth will come out VERY shortly - hopefully you will finally learn the lessons that have been screaming at you for months now. Hope you can afford to lose all the money you have lost.
I sure hope that she does. She must have all the inside scoop and was an officer of the company. The amazing thing to me is that (according to Phaeton) Fisher thinks that he can keep the share-printers (oops company) running and make more and more play money for his "hobbies" (which don't include algae growing BTW).
But Richard Regnell of DVJ has stated here (and "elsewhere") that there is already one significant lien on the Opera House/Hotel and another expected shortly. It would appear that Fisher generously stiffed anyone and everyone from family to employees to partners to contractors - and oh yes, shareholders. This information is all over the board from many independent sources. If you choose to deny these facts then it is your choice. Either believe Fisher and Phaeton (who are either in fact or in effect one and the same) or the rest of the world. Your choice. And don't forget - it is everyone elses's blame, Fisher is as innocent as the day he (or his identity) was born should you want to remain a behliever.
The good news is that the "hounds" have found the entrance of the rabbit hole, are barking loudly. Some are entering the rabbit hole and will eventually discover the rat living in there and "kill" it. No Phoenix rising from the ashes here - just a fat boy going to end up in a pink outfit and counting the days until his end.
It's not Dennis's fault at all. I told you. It's all those other guys. This from Carnac (oops I mean Phaeton - whoever he or Fisher might be):
No, the 10:1 dividend is not going to happen. The reason is because of the resignations on 12/10/2010 of the company officers who were also board members. You see, it takes board approval to issue the shares for the dividend from the issuing company, because those people resigned there is no more board which can approve the issue of shares. The people who are directly and criminally responsible for this are the company officers who resigned on 12/10/2010. So if you wish to blame someone then blame them.
Ya know, Dennis Fisher is not the most business savvy person in the world, he is not the most politically correct person in the world, and he certainly is not an angel or saint. I know the bashers have claimed all sorts of things with all sorts of threats of investigating him and reporting him to the SEC (by the way, where are all these SEC investigations and stuff you bashers promised and guranteed and said were in progress and all that other crap? The SEC doesn't seem to know anything about them to date. Oh yeah, I guess now your going to say its going to happen now.) and all that other crap, and they have done this consistantly over the past. So, maybe Dennis might have done things that pissed people off, maybe he did not do some things which people claimed he promised, and maybe he has done some other things that no one would be proud of, however, to date, I have never seen Dennis Fisher criminally abuse the shareholders as the company officers who resigned on 12/10/2010 have done and continue to do.
That being said, through this whole thing all the time this stock has been public, people came and went and with each there were faults and strenghts. However, thru all this, there has only been one person which was in effect the company in which we invested and that is Dennis Fisher. It was not Goodall, or Shen, or Berry, or anyone else, it was and has been Dennis Fisher. What matters is the investment, and because that investment is tied directly to Dennis Fisher and what he does, the only way to come out of this is to stay with Dennis Fisher and what he does with the company.
The company officers who resigned on 12/10/2010 are the very ones who face to face, via phone, in emails, assured you, and some actually promised, some went so far as to gurantee by verbal and written word, they were working for the investors, this appears as very stark contrast to recent events of 12/10/2010 when it began to come out of their criminal acts and their continuing cowardly acts.
I at first empathised, and to some extent sympathised, with the plight of those who resigned on 12/10/2010 of not being paid and I even at some level admired their dedication in sticking with it for so long. However, recent information coming to light now reveals a different reason for remaining for so long, not for the employees per se' because they were being led by the now resigned company officers but instead the actions of the now resigned company officers. If these company officers had been the professionals and leaders they profess to be, they would have not let the employees, the people they were directly responsible for, stay until this tragic event on 12/10/2010 even if they volunteered. A real leader does not do what these company officers have done to these employees, because of the actions which transpired on, about, or surrounding, 12/10/2010, these company officers deliberately, acting together either directly or indirectly, led their personnel, or enticed, either directly or indirectly, into the comission of unlawful acts. That does not sound like good leadership.
I don't care about the plight of those who resigned on 12/10/2010. I know that sounds cold, but its true. I do not invest in the personal lives of people and I do not care about who did not get paid. The reason that I do not care about these people getting paid is because I (and you) have already paid them through our investment. Its the actions of some of these now resigned company officers which squandered, misused, or mismanaged, the money to a large extent, for cripes sakes one company officer who was supposed to keep their finger on the money heartbeat of the company even failed to keep the books properly and in some cases not at all and that is evidenced by the obvious absence of a current quarterly report and the reason there is no current quarterly report is because they did not want to disclose what they have caused and done and if they doctored the report it would be prima facia evidence of a conspiracy fully documented. It was these company officers who resigned that failed in their legal obligations because they did not take actions to correct certain deficiencies even though it was well within their power to do so, and committed certain other acts, and as a result failed to ensure their employees, the people they are responsible for, were paid. So I did my part, you did your part, I and you invested, it was up to these company officers to do their part and that did not happen. So, to the now resigned or layed off employees, and not the company officers, I say to you, if you want someone to blame for you not getting paid you need to look at your now-resigned company officer leaders.
So although Dennis Fisher may not be the perfect company person or a saint and may or may not have done anything wrong, despite the basher sentiment to the contrary, I can not blame the man for the criminal, cowardly, company employee and shareholder damaging, acts of the company officers which resigned on 12/10/2010.
Just found this on the web. Wow! The most complete version of the story we have seen to date.
http://www.atomicbobs.com/index.php?mode=read&id=579819
Dennis Fisher, Roger Pawson, and Alex Padilla the three people behind running a scam company called BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc ( BEHL ) for the past couple of years which involved a long string of false press releases, forged documents, the illegal selling of shares behind the scenes, embezzlement and stolen funds, and lots of paid promotions to support pump and dump activities including to the likes of Dan Ryan and Dale Baeton are now threatening to file lawsuits against all the officers and employees of the company that recently all quit after not being paid for weeks, the IHUB internet posters, and anybody that says anything negative about the company.
This company has used fake mergers, fake acquisitions, and lies about the operations of the company to manipulate the stock price over the past several months going well back into 2009. They have raised the A/S several times over the few months from 750,000,000 A/S to 5 billion A/S. While the company was going broke not paying it's employees and failing to meet contract obligations they continued to lie to investors about future operations including recently with a ridiculous merger claim and promises of dividends. All this was happening while Pawson, Fisher, and Padilla were dumping huge amounts of shares into the market to pay for their own lavished lifestyles. Pawson who was driving a beat up pick-up truck 3 years ago, earlier this year bought a $2.8 million dollar house in Arizona with cash.
The scam is finally unfolding and the crooks who ran it who have used death threats and other threats of violence against people in the past to force people to maintain silence are back at it again making new threats to try to silence the truth from coming out. The threats are obviously just that threats. They are cowardly intimation tactics and nothing more. They would never stand up in court and Dennis Fisher would not want the attention of the courts on him anyways. He has a lot he wants to keep hidden about how BEHL was truly being operated behind the scenes as well as personal matter dealing with his own past.
Anybody who has invested in this stock that believes they have been lied to by the company should contact the SEC regional office in Los Angeles California and make them aware of the situation.
