Post # 20806 on August 11 is your reference.
There is no L2 in the grey world.
Thanks Blackhawks for addressing my question. My understanding is that satisfying the SEC inquiries is a priority and this may take a few months. JMHO.
Does anyone have any clue on how long it would take to move from the grey world to the pinky land? Is it few months or few years?
I am hoping that ACLH to move to the pink market by early 2011.
"We investors best prepare for a long, slow agonizing ride back to the pink market... "
Agree!
Good post MadDog!
May be it is possible that no one is willing to sell at this level of PPS. Perhaps, everyone is holding on his/her shares at least for now. We must move away from the grey market. Good PRs do not appear to affect the PPS in this market. JMHO.
I would be somewhat disappointed if we do not get a PR by end of August.
Thanks Rockyracoon for an uplifting response; I am still optimistic about the possibility of an eventual recovery of ACLH.
Thanks for sharing the information. Perhaps we would receive an insightful PR before the end of this year.
TEX:
Thanks for your insight. Perhaps ACLH' lawyer is still working on it!
In your opinion, how long does it usuually take to complete the filing of the 15c2-11 process?
TEX:
I value your input and I respect your opinion. Do you think that ACLH has any chance of recovering and eventually be listed on the pink sheet?
Thanks for your very valuable input on this board.
Momo:
How confident are you that ACLH would move from the grey to the pink within a month?
No one here has sold his/her soul to ACLH. Longs are attempting to simply recover their losses. This is not too much to ask, and no one should take this against longs. ACLH will eventually recover but no one knows how long that would take. Patience could pay off at the end. IMO.
Redcatcher, your posts are an eye-opener and follow a logic thinking. Your analysis makes perfect sense. Do you think ACLH can recover by 2010?
Momo, I agree with you, longs will be rewarded. Do you have any idea about the length of the process of satsifyng the SEC. I was hoping that ACLH would move to the pink sheet by early in the fall. However, this could be a challange without a merger with BOCL.
Momo; truly thankful for the nice update. Your contribution to this board is significant esepecially at this very difficult time.
Showmedamomo:
I have to give you a lot of credits for sticking to your position, and being able to respond logically to many tough questions.
Great to have someone like you on this board. Good luck to all longs.
I would rather see a merger with BOCL; that would be a first step towards a shallow slope of recovery. We must move away from the grey sheet. Currently there is no active trading, and the investor confidence level is low. Showmedamomo is correct, ACLH must recover its integrity first, and we may experience a significant effect on the PPS in response to positive news on the Texas oil wells.
Perhaps a newsletter would follow a PR, and, that would make more sense.

Thanks for your help.
ShowmedaMomo: Thanks for this very up-lifting post. I truly appreciate your encouraging thoughtful outline for very specific steps for a pathway for recovery.
It would be nice to wake up one day and see a number next to the bid and another number next to the ask. This would be a first step towards a recovery. Despite many discouraging posts, I remain somewhat optimistic.
What I do not understand is that this stock reached $ 0.14 before the Gulf issues. Is it possible that there is a potential for ACLH to make it back to 0.14 by early 2011?
You are correct; thanks.
Are you sure that the volume is shrinking? Perhaps your statement was somewhat premature.
Thanks for your advise. I am sorry, but for the sake of longs here I do wish that you are very wrong. ACLH will not be in the grey for a long time. There are more than a single option for ACLH to move away from the grey. JMHO.
Greedy:
Do you still think that there potential for ACLH to contribute to the clean up efforts in the Gulf of Mexico?
Thanks TavyCal for your input. I would hope that ACLH would file financials sometime this fall. Hopefully ACLH would not face any obstacles in moving forward within this time frame.
Thanks for an insightful response to my inquiry. It sounds like ACLH got an outline for a logic sequence of strategic critical events that could lead to a recovery from this missy situation.
Showmedamomo:
When do you think ACLH would move from the grey to the pink?
I know it is a difficult question to address. However, some posts stated that it would take years whereas othe posts indicated a few months. I wish to get a realistic time frame for such process.
Thanks for your contribution to the board.
Very interesting post; I am glad that we have someone who is so resourceful like you on this board. I agree with you, longs will be eventually rewarded.
Redcatcher, your post appears to be carrying an encouraging message. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
Redcatcher: You have a unique style and sometimes it is somewhat of a challenge to understand the depth of your message.
When do you expect ACLH to move to the pink sheets?
Showmedamomo: Good post; thanks for sharing your thoughts.
I would feel better when I see a number next to the "bid" and another number next to the "ask." If this occurs, then good news should move this north. I am hopeful that this would occur sometime in the summer of 2010. JMHO.
What do you expect from a merger with BOCL.OB?
Thanks for the information.
You are right, ACLH may not move to the pink sheet on its own. However, the possibility of merging with BOCL.OB could solve this problem in a few weeks. JMHO.
Excellent post! Truly very thoughtful. Thanks for a logical analysis.
