Great dialogue people, especially with Hermso's leadership. I really believe we will all look back and see buying at 4 or 4.5 cents will have been the smartest thing we could have ever done, not just for ourselves, but for generations to come in each of our families. Accumulate everyone!!
Have we actually gotten a firm date for mmrpro? if not, why not?
I have an even worse what if for you 3F. what if Bob is working toward taking things back private (just as incomes start to flow).
ridiculous statement, really shows that his head is in the sand.
this company is going to absolutely take off in the next few weeks. watch it people.
question: where is the best house to trade these otc shares in cost wise?
yeah, if we do 540k 1st Q, we'll be right on track to hit our 2010 forecasted numbers.
I have worked with a lot of Dr offices. They will almost NEVER charge an actual client for a copy of their own records, even if they use a service rather than in-house. Especially if you will pick them up.
ALSO today I had to fax out 50 pages of documents on a project where the recipient didn't take scans. Faxing out of MMR account was super easy, and much more efficient than using the office "xerox", where i never know to trust whether or not it completed the transaction. From MMR I got a fax complete and received message in my inbox (to keep as proof).
Although I am signed up as an MMR client, I consider more like a safe-deposit box. Insurance, passports, kid pics, other Id, wills, trusts, pwr of atty. PAPERLESS - nice.
I agree. Comp should be a reflection of results, not entitlement. This company has a lot to overcome, from the Russell Armstrong fiasco, to the KODAK snafu delaying pro's rollout, to Dutchess, lots of things have gone wrong. I think Bob should announce that he is going on a "commission" compensation program, paid for results, until the company can prove itself as cash flow positive.
That doesn't mean I don't appreciate the hours Bob has put in, but he was asking for ideas to help fix the stock. That is mine. He shouldn't be taking more shares and cash every month until the company shows it is sustainable.
One thing is for sure, THE MARKET IS ALWAYS RIGHT, and for now this is a broken stock.
this is all you 3F

sure we'll hire you. since all the comp is either cash from D or shares, you'll work on a complimentary basis, correct?

not good news regarding kodak.
great video Kira! Now we are in business.
Playboy Mansion visitors come down with mystery illness
did bob put something in the cupcakes to get all those rich people to invest in medical records??
In the sad but true category, 3FL is right on in his assessment. Perhaps it is time for Bob to come through with a state of the company guidance, let us know exactly where we are on using the line of credit, and the chances of eliminating it ongoing. Of course, we are now, what, 2-3 weeks from year end numbers coming out. We probably didn't hit his previous guidance for year end, so where does that leave us??
FROM MSN money, mid December. Listed EK as one of 7 companies that may not live to see Year 2020.

Yikes.
they can have my shares for about $3 each.
I didn't see anyone answer this question. Who wants to take a swing at it? T? Anyone? Anyone?
No, not an employee, but I've been a shareholder since it was private placement. I believe part of the sales pitch to the doctors is that their current chart service costs them thousands of dollars a year, and that mmr can turn it into an additional ongoing profit center. Tulaz probably has more information about the sales pitch, but if a Dr. has 5000 files, and 5% upgrade, those 250 files bring in $10 a month in repeatable income. I bet mmr pays the Dr. 33-50%. So, instead of a file service costing 50k a year, the Dr. pays 20k once, and collects 1K a month in income ongoing. Forget the income, how many of us would be better off with another 4k per month to invest?? T any idea of more realistic numbers to plug into an example like this?
part of mmr pro is commission for any physician's office that has patients upgrade to a full account. under mmr pro my understanding is a patient can view only their records online, but w upgrade can print, sort, add to, etc. if they upgrade the referring office makes some comp.
Last week, i threw out a question of given year end forecast of 2.7m, what would be a reasonable amount of income to see on the 3Q statement coming out next week. Never actually saw a number in response. anyone want to put out a reasonable range?
So, T, given the guidance received from Bob earlier, what are you expecting to see when the next quarterlies come out??
The problem with this class of convertible security is that these bonds promote large drops in share price. This is because once a bondholder converts the bond into shares, the influx of these new shares dilutes the share price. Furthermore, bondholders have a large incentive to short sell the common stock prior to conversion, knowing that the share price will fall after the conversion is made. The short sale causes another drop in share price, giving this security its 'death spiral' name.
Interestingly enough, death spiral convertibles were a common form of financing for companies that were badly in need of cash and had little means of raising it. These companies felt that the prospect of borrowing money without paying it back outweighed the losses incurred by decreased share values.
ouch..
it is unclear to me. summary judgement is usually before a trial. so if we simply prevailed in stopping a motion by the lymphoma assoc., that doesn't mean (nor does it say anywhere) that the samples are either being returned or actually belong to mmrf ongoing. it just means that there will now be a full trial to determine ownership. someone tell me i am incorrect (please do so).
past and future is all well and good. But, the stock price says it is time to show us some PRESENT. Starting the 3Q financials, which hopefully show considerable movement towards RHL's guidance. Until the market sees incomes, we are going nowhere.
3, I have probably been an mmrf shareholder longer than anyone who reads here. I have to say as much backlash as you take for each post, i have to agree with much of your analysis (even though i don't really like it). Looking at the volume of especially the last week, there is no way the price should be this low. Let's hope the 3rd Q financials show progress toward RHL's 2010 projections, otherwise we will be in freeze out mode until year ends come out in (what?) February or March of 2011.
unfortunately nothing will move this stock at this point, except hitting their year end number. when will that come out? mid Feb? Will see you all again then. Like it or not, I'm long.
well it would be nice if the report showed us at 50% of that 2.7, but it won't, so what is the expectation? at 500k for the year? we all know it is like a snowball heading downhill, but how small is our starting ball?
maybe we ought to do a private branding with legalzoom (right in mmrf's backyard)bob is probably even buddies with robert shapiro, one of the faces of legal zoom.
we know anyone with an account keeps it. every new llc/will etc that legalzoom does could get their docs put into an account and they get a new corporate fax number.
not as big potentially as chartis, but something that could show revenue NOW.
forget record storage for a second. i just googled efax. i have no idea the marketplace, but here is the cost which looked pretty representative:
eFax Plus
Annual Membership i
$14.13/mo. (Save up to 2 months) Monthly
$16.95/mo. Setup fee
$10.00 Receiving faxes i
130 FREE pages every month! Then $0.15/pg Sending faxes i
30 FREE pages every month! Then $0.10/pg
you get this through your mmrf account, with no limits for what 9.95 a month? how many executives across the country have to have a fax number at least, not to mention they would get free back up of all their important documents (in adobe acrobat form).
from mmrf you can send or receive, if someone sends you a pdf, it gets forwarded to your email account.
no brainer!!
try the rhl group website.
we've just got to survive to thrive. our LOC is going to ensure we make it through the cash crunch, and when repeatable income streams begin, we won't have to look back. would be interested in the amount of (new) hits to the site after emmys, more important, how many new accts??
you all probably don't remember, but here in portland it was a big deal. for the seinfeld final episode, local product, gardenburger, went "all in" with a million dollar commercial. it really helped their share price spike. long term, sadly, they didn't make it, but it brought them a lot of notoriety, and a lot of consumers gave their product a chance because of it. hopefully, we get some buzz tonight. wouldn't mind seeing a 50 cent summer.
dear god, i hope not that long.
is it possible that an insider put-collared the stock with ML or a fund to get cash out and they shorted against it? usually that kind of thing only goes on when a stock is over $5, but who knows, if it was someone who could bring volume....
if you don't have a scanner OR a fax, you might try a stone block and a chisel.
If RHL takes questions while giving his earnings guidance, someone please craft a good question about the shorts being done by a business partner!!
well, i don't know about business booming. isn't everyone still not getting paid? fact is, we are leaking oil, and will be UNTIL we can begin to see real monthly repeatable incomes from deals like chartis or mmrpro. MMRF went from 32 to 18 over the past 6 weeks due to it's 1/4 filings, and the reason rhl needs to give upcoming guidance is the next 1/4 isn't going to be much better.
we all know the 32 mark has quite a bit of resistance, because it is the break even for many of the private placement shares. if mmrf can inch up over the next few weeks, i think more of those people might be inclined to sell off, so it should be an interesting few weeks.
last full week before the shareholder meeting. any predictions for what happens this week? i can't imagine RHL wants to go in with the price having sunk like this.
