I think if the Judge was going to set a date to schedule oral arguments, that would have happened last year. A final decision should be coming soon.

I’d like to know what Jean received for giving up control of the company & giving away 10,000,000 shares ?

I sent Jean an E-mail. He said call Anthony. He washed his hands of this mess. Now when it fails he can point to Meroe.

Yes, I think that was the original plan. But as you can see there are no sales in any of these countries after years of trials.I e-mailed investor relations and asked what the plan was. Answer was, raise cash & focus on USA.

There is no progress. That’s why Jean took on a partner. The plan in 2018 is to raise cash & hope for FDA approval. The only chance for success is in USA.

Maybe GE or INTEL. NEO is going to take a hard hit when they lose in arbitration. HDC will seek damages for lost revenue, damaged reputation, lost future partners ....

They got 10,000,000 shares for free. Nothing to lose.Who would turn that down

Anyone hear from Jean ? He use to return every E-mail. Meroe could care less about ONOV shareholders.Their only goal is to make a quick buck & get out.

That might have been true in the past. I think Barnhill was stealing $ 600,000 + a year. These guys have been working for free.

Hopefully the new management will put out a shareholder letter (update), Jean just re-posted the 3Q results from Sep. on FB.

They must have told Jean he can continue to post the insignificant articles on FB.

Looks like Meroe told Jean to take a backseat. No longer returning E-mail, no updates.
