Right on Bro.....that would be my thought.
I haven't read any post past this one, so it may have already been answered.....but in one of the PR's mentioning we were parting ways with HM3, he did say we still have participation rights to some of the products being promoted by HM3. Hope this helps!
It is actually none of his business what your trading style is.... or how much you profited or lost.
Ok MTT, stay in touch.... I will keep you in the loop anytime I come up with a play....
Good luck bud!
I'm sooo salty..... A buck per share won't net me much profit at all. Why all the excitement if this runs to a buck...I'm lost on that one!!
Winters put out PR about taking a new direction with Carmill.
That hit the wires.... so people know about it.
Just the same way I discovered IHSN....from a newswire.
Again, if it's so great then why wouldn't they want the world to know about it. If what you say is in fact true???
Thanks Rich.
I hope so too!
That's right, we are in the same boat. That is why I said it is about the company and not an issue about you and I.
I understand the idea of giving someone the "benefit of the doubt". But I refuse to make excuses for someone who has had so much failure (Winters) with his public company and has up to date not delivered on anything.
I want to give Mills the benefit of the doubt. Just hope we aren't being sold on a pipe dream. So yeah transparency is very important to me at this point. Especially when you beleive in the old saying "Birds of the feather - flock together".
Then there is the question again, to keep one doubting.....
Why haven't they give us the details about how the deal between them was structured? How hard is that?? There just isn't a good reason for these things being kept a secret.
Correct me if I am wrong, but hasn't it been said that this is Mill's first public company? If so, I am under the impression that he would be under the leadership of Winters in this department.
And that would explain the lack of communication through PR's and still keeps me doubting this.
Ok Rich, I'm just twistin.....no problem. I have broad shoulder's Bro.
Not trying to attack you. Sorry if that is how I came accross.
That isn't my style at all. Just trying to sort through all the BS (as always with this stock).
It's a damn shame, we have to go there. This isn't a you and me thing.....it is about the company.
I stand firm on how I feel about that issue. The issue at hand with me.
GLTY Rich...
"I dont know but, CW is not listed as the CEO or any leadership position anymore."
...you are entitled to your opinion as I am mine. I respect that....unlike others.
However, it is still just an opinion.
* No filings
* No changes on OTCMARKETS, Chris Winter's still listed as President and chairman of IHAI - the new company.
* No "official" PR from winters giving us the details of anything, just the same as he did with the venture of HM3, then later to tell us that never really happened.
Time to step up and become more transparent. Leaving the investment community in the dark isn't going to work anymore.
lol...preaching to choir?? You are the one that asked the question to rabbit.
"Are you saying that they didn't try to have it by the 18th? How can you be so sure?"
It's not my credibility at question here....it's theirs!
Can you be so sure they did??
"If you remember... THERE WAS NO DATE IN THAT PR!!! The only date was given over the phone, there was NEVER anything said publicly about a date. Let's not twist things around, eh."
So ok, then a date wasn't PR'd, how convenient - my mistake. So who was told that on the phone and stood by that date and bet other's it would happen on that date?
Ummm twist things around? I'm not the one talking in circles here.
LMAO....you guys are toooo much Bro!
Wow, some of you have very short memories here.
* Audited financials
* Filming of infomercials
* Airing/testing of markets with the infomercials
* Bringing crosstoner to market
* Forbes riley marketing our products
on and on and on.... and the story continues
Even though it was a "tentatively", a date was given.
When you post a date, even if is tentatively, you still try to make it happen by that date. It is called credibility.
If you remember back, when that PR came out, I said that I doubted it would happen on that date. The believers told me it would - "how long could it possibly take to slap some paint on and clean the place up" and "it isn't probably a major renovation" was the responses I got.
Guess what, it didn't happen!
Winters is still involved here. Like Rabbit stated, I doubt he turned over his company when he turned down 500M for a buyout offer. If Mills don't want to invest his own money and is seeking outside investors to make his dream machine become a reality, I doubt he made a big cash offer to buyout Winters on his public traded company.
We still have not been given the details of how this business venture was formed....imagine that...lol.
So in IMO, he hasn't turned over total control to Mills.
With that being said, many investors are waiting to see a change in the company and so far it's still the same ole story... Nothing coming to fruition.
Yeah it's called trading...but the PPS says it all. No investor confidence or trust in this company, even with a dream machine technology that is supposed to solve the worlds energy problems.
lol...I knew the word "tentative" was coming.
So, then why even PR it at all??
Cause most people make excuses for the company saying they will PR everything when the time is right.
You ask, what deadlines have they not met??
Lots of them. I ask you the same question, just in reverse - what deadlines have they ever met??
Thank you.....that would be my thought.
Very solid and well written post.
Oh really, how is that?? I have never tried to flip this stock.
Never sold one share. Still own the shares I first bought going on 1 1/2 years now. So you are trying to tell me it is going to be my fault if I never see a surge in price.....LMFAO, that's ridiculous.
Still holding and waiting to see a "surge in price".
Will continue to hold until I do. Like I said, still waiting for the company to prove the few of you right and me wrong.
So the whole rest of the market is that stupid too huh??
If this company is sooooo great, why are we still trading at these levels?????? So this is my fault because I share the same opinion as the rest of the retail investing market??
I know of other SHELL companies who are trading in the pennies in just hopes of merging with a profitable private entity.
So again, enlighten me. If Winter's and his company is sooo great, why aren't we trading at higher levels already??
Please, answer this honestly with an educational response instead of making it personal with me.
Whatever rabbit, that's his dream....I'm not trying to ruin his dreams...lol. His goals are his goals. I try to set more realistic ones for myself.
I am just speaking my thoughts about the company I am unfortunately invested in. So far, no matter what someone else tries to convince me - this investment has been "WAY" less than spectacular on ROI (for me) and that is a "FACT". And so far, the company is doing "business as usual" so I don't see anything changing anytime soon....
That's great....buy all you want.
If you are comfortable taking that risk, that's all on you BRO!!
If you are WAY in the green, again great - Glad to hear. Congradulations. Hope your $1 predictions come to fruition.
Don't see it happening, but hope it does.
I for one would love to see this atleast trade a few cents again some day!
GL...
Yes it was discussed, but no one brought up the FACT that the float was increased last year.
Right on Bro!..... I was going to say something about it earlier but decided not to. I should have though, that way it wouldn't be "just noise" since I am still a shareholder.
AWWWW MTT, you weren't suppose to remember that!...lol.
....and the pumping will continue on.
You will probably keep on waiting for a long time for that to happen.......
lol...my guess is not very long!
Thanks OBA....much appreciated!
I have not had much success with the long-term investing approach with these type of stocks that's for sure.....have picked some life-changers for other's - but for myself that hasn't been the case. I have learned that picking winning stocks is only one part of the equation, learning how to trade them effectively is another.
Still struggling to figure out a trading style that works for me in this market. A mentor sure would help...lol.
Thanks for the educational and encouraging post to help folks see the light at the end of the tunnel....other than just saying "maybe you should just sell and move on".
I admit, like I have stated many times previously.... I DID make a "bad investment decision" when I bought this a long while back at .137
It does get frustrating sometimes to know you are invested in a good stock/REAL company with an undervalued PPS and the market never seems to get it.
Thanks again, and GLTY......
My etrade is showing last trade .0001
Still showing my original share count.
I agree, it will be total BS if this thing runs then tanks when we can't trade our shares.
It hasn't been under the radar....everyone already knows because you have boasted about it.
That's why I said what I said...optimal trading opportunities for you.
With your approach that should be optimal trading opportunities for you. Good swing trade set-ups.
right on....very true.
It is way easier to deal with when riding on free shares.
I have already decided that will be the only way I play them long term from here on out.
Amen to that...
Zero volume = zero interest. We need News.
...I agree,
Been here about the same amount of time.
Have to admit, I made more money as a daytrader.
Lesson Learned, not to go long as an investor in these POS Pinky/Pennies anymore - WAY TOO RISKY!!
I have always wondered why "A man of Mills reputation" would do business with a liar like Winters......
A few years.....
Yeah, I have to admit that when I bought this thing - I wasn't looking to be in it for like 4-5 yrs.
All this $1 a share talk and we can't even stay above a cent...LMAO
Hope you are right, but very doubtful indeed!
All good points...thanks.
When I read his post, I forgot about the company owning 90% of the O/S.
Right on.... Have a good weekend.
Wow....look at the lovely PPS....now at .02
Nice!!

Definately not going to happen in the near future IMO....
Exactly... Right on.
Becoming a small cap Nasdaq stock would be in the future (if at all) IMHO.......which is definately what we need with the HUGE R/S that is happening.
1. I think it is very safe to say that the lawsuit has been resolved being they have said they are working on the details of the Mergers IMHO.
2. Very concerned with where the PPS is going, again since the majority of our shares have been stripped from us.
Like I said, the only one's who benefit from the R/S is UWRL and the merging companies.....definately not us. 1:500 was BRUTAL!!
Not to be taken lightly or something to be positive about.
That's right, if they dilute we are definately screwed.
And that is "IF" they become a Nasdaq Small Cap. That would be kind of a tough task to accomplish wouldn't it??
But then again, I forget what the requirements are to become one...maybe you can clue me in on that?!?!
