liquidation???? there were just 10-900,000 share blocks bought, in a row, AT THE ASK. and a 1,000,000 block a minute before and a 1,000,000 share block immediately after. That is 12,000,000 shares within a few minutes, AT THE ASK. That doesnt seem like liquidation to me.......that looks like some buying.

NOPE NOT insider trading. And heres why.....Lets pretend I am the buyer. In Dec I start buying some shares in this company cuz I have been watching them and I think they are a good company. So I continue to buy shares in Jan and Feb and during that time I accumulate alot of them. Since THRR is not required to report my buying to SEC, you wont even know that I am a major shareholder until THRRs next disclosure comes out. I even buy some shares at .0001 and sell them at .0006. I then keep buying them back, when the price is lower. Then I find out that they are selling to Cooper and I find out about the Cal Poly study. I decide I would like to buy this company. So I present them with an offer on March 9. THRR makes the anouncement about my offer. I can still keep buying and flipping shares cuz all I did was make an offer. then in Mid march THRR excepts my offer. Again they make another public announcement that they have agreed to the sale. They tell everyone that the price .01 and it is for 100% of the company. I continue to buy shares on the open market and it legal for me to do so. Pretty soon I own most of the shares and i buy the company at a much lower price then people think i am paying. And now I own it and anyone who has shorted the stock owes me a great deal of money. JMO

i 100% agree. The buyer has CLEARLY given THRR the green light to reveal their name. It appears to me that they would NOT have done that if they had no intensions of closing this deal. There would have not been any need to even put out the pr. If they were NOT going to proceed and the the deal was dead, THRR would have just put out a pr that said that.

You have NO proof that the deal is off!!! Its HIGHLY likely that they extention was granted.

as most you you know, i have done a great deal of research on THRR and I have posted all of my links or the phone numbers too, so that you can verify for yourself. You can look back thru my post and find those links, if you missed them the first time.

I would like to remind you of this previous post of yours and have a couple of things to point out to you. Remember how you said you were at THRR and in this post you talk about roll up doors? Well i have posted a link for you that shows the layout of the building...and where THRR is located in the building. This is actually from on ad. about a 20,000 sq ft part of the bulding that is for lease. And no its not THRR part for lease, it is the space to the right of THRR. Very clear that THRR doesnt have roll up DOORS...they have A (as in ONE) roll up door.
Also you reported that this IS a company.....and now you say they arent even in operation. Closed down you say. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

he showed us NO written proof. He showed us a bunch of stuff HE typed up. is as bogus as can get. NEWBIES BEWARE. The proof of thrr being a GREAT company is out there. Do your own DD. Research the magazines, newpapers, Kings County Eco. Dev. and you will see that they are a real company.

thrr has never had any previous buyouts.

everytime the THRR has said that they would follow up by a certain date...they have done so. I expect that this time will be no different.

well i guess that NDA is a document that i cant provide for you however, yesterdays pr mentions the disclosure agreement that the parties have. I would get that from THRR and the Buyer if I could, but I dont think they will hand it over to me right now. so I guess I am choosing to believe that since they mention it in the pr, that they have one.

just pointing out that we dont know who knows what because they have a NDA and that means we dont get to know any of the details.

the key word is If they HAVE that info. We dont know what info they have at this time. Remember it is clear that there is a NDA between the parties involved.
