very cool. I see this kit fits a number of cars from Jags, BMWs to Range Rovers.
nice to see that there is a response to this new product line in the form of after market devices.
Digitalway targeting BMW drivers with the O-1000 ? Looks that way from this link. HOT STUFF.
Maybe we will eventually see the O-1000 melded with the ECLIPSE. Downloading directly from the FM signal right to the car and O-1000 simulatneously is a great concept.

fred, tell that to mark maquire.
and very bad news for Apple investors. Looks like the HDD MP3 markets continue to gain respect as revenue producers.
Doesn't EDIG have this market targeted ?
60 Gig Zen ( a bit excessive imo )

sounds like she is well versed for the job-nice addition.
fred, they're selling it to somebody at .235, building a base for the next move up.
knocking on resistence at .26 but you don't move straight up until there is definite news.
sitting pretty much at the YTD closing high (w/in a penny) and the bottom behind us.
537,000 now seems like a slow trading day.

lance,
how many convertible shares need to find a home ?
lance, what significance would multiple deals reaching fruition with major OEMs have on a, to date, underperforming penny stock, as we move into this more positive business environment ?
and why am I asking you ? lol
lance, let cass do all the necessary due diligence for you. lol.
NEWe, very interesting. "The recent worldwide economic downturn proved to be a hardship for the Korean IT industry. The industry must be able to stimulate both corporate and general customers by presenting them with appealing solutions to get out of this long tunnel of gloom. Through the freedom of mobility and ``unwiring,¡¯¡¯ people will be one of the stimuli for growth in the IT industry.
I like the general mood, forward looking with hope of better days ahead.
does that mean the cell phone market is within the realm of possibilities considering the wireless headset ?
wouldn't that generate a bit of interest.

doesn't look like any retrenchment to me, in fact, pretty good support here.
no one appears to be willing to sell before they find out what is going down with regard to wireless/Hewlett Packard, IFE, ECLIPSE/Fujitsu-Ten, and any O-1000 OEM news.

When management's only known sale was briefly during the unprecedented run up of January 2000, with no evidence of any sales after that even though the share price held above the $5 mark for 7 months, I think if is fair to say they maintain their stake in the future of this company.

although the Chairman of the Board
is the only insider to openly take a stake in the company by the purchase of shares this past 10 months, senior management does have a large stake in seeing the company succeed, since they still own a large majority of their shares and haven't sold any since the run up in early 2000 which is over 3 years ago.
80% overall BUY recommendation for EDIG
http://quotes.barchart.com/texpert.asp?sym=edig
It showed as an open market purchase, categorized by the letter "P".
but that's not the point. The Chairman of the Board has a stake in seeing this company succeed.
somehow I think his purchase will bring him profits in the not too distant future.
also, Diaz taking control of the weDIGmusic website would make one think that the website is going to make a comeback sometime soon.

the Chairman of the Board is underwater on his open market purchase from last August, but I hope not for long.

No wonder the stock is going up. Business is going down at e.Digital.
didn't you all but guarantee this board the coming of a shelf share sale by the end of June ?
would the PPS be increasing with a shelf share distribution going on ?
maybe management's statement to the effect that this quarter will be better than the previous quarter may just prove to be accurate.
At least EDIG is paying their bills. As business increases the method by which they pay will change, and that should further to help this investment grow.
My focus is on the coming of advancements in autoinfotainment, wireless, IFE and the increased sales of the Odyssey 1000.
that was no pump and dump but rather interest moving back into this stock with some retrenchment.
the overall markets are improving and money is moving back into stocks, especially those who have been hammered but still show promise.
the trend is up from here.
transfer of wealth-lmao. this is choice ! how about a new base formation for the next leg up.
cassy would have closed the doors on thousands of companies who are losing money and raising money by going public.
Don't believe in capitalism ?
Have a mortgage on your house ?
Unreal.
I believe they stated having had no position in EDIG, although there were some issues that they were promoting in which they did have a position.
Ahh, another conspiracy theory. Couldn't just be investors reacting to the nearing of an anticipated NEWS period for early summer ?
All stocks, legit or not, react to NEWS, events, new business and products opportunities, coverage, along with the usual market forces.
When a brokerage house initiates coverage on a particular issue, is that a pump and dump scheme too ?
Why ? What does that have to do with my question ? You asked that same question of others regarding "anticipated appreciation" and now I ask that of you.
I own EDIG, unlike you.
Cass, you seem wise to the pump and dumpers, yet bought EDIG well after its meteoric rise.
Based on your DD, what price level were you anticipating from your entry point ?
And don't you think accumulating at the 20 cent level is a bit better situation than in the range you bought ?
Cass, what was YOUR expected horizon for appreciation in '00, when you bought this stock in the first place ?
How much did you pay for those shares and how high were you expecting them to go based on your due diligence ?
Are you saying that stocks never go up because they issue shares ?
LOL, caution, beware, EDIG is receiving coverage ! LOL.
Cass, you dodged my question. Posted by: 9miles

we will be in the 30 cent range shortly or beyond
and all this quibbling over a half cent between .21 and .215 will seem insignificant.

Don't most companies sell shares, issue debt, obtain lines of credit and utilize a multitude of modalities to sustain their businesses during good times and bad, wheher they are profitable or not ?
While some of the debt structure may not have been ideal, it was what they had to do at that moment in time.
What's done is done.
Investors are again taking a look at this company,(see today's webcast spotlighting EDIG) which has always been full on promise but a bit short on delivery.(note:lousy economy across the board)
Bear market aside, the promise remains as bright as ever.(see Fujitsu-Ten, Hewlett Packard, B&O, Major Airlines, unknown OEM end user, Digitalway)
It's time to play ball.(or is this just the spring training ?)
Get in the game.
Those trends could be for the entire market, or at least a big big bundle of stocks over the past 3 years.
We are investing today for tomorrow in a company with a future.
