To the new investors you should know this stock was trading at 9 cents in Jan 2010 with 836 Mill O/S, the company has slowly and quietly been buying back shares and O/S is now at 174 Mill. This has not been updated for all to see cause the company isn't current, new O/S has been verified by TA by many people. The company is aggressively seeking new acquisitions and we are waiting for news. This is trading very thin and will pay off big if you have patience, if you put a sell order in at over a dime now it helps our cause.

I can't respond to your private message retireearly. To answer your question what is correct in my post #1857 is what we know to be the new O/S. He explained that these webpages use a company called Quote Media to keep their information accurate. After he called the TA to verify the new O/S which I understand to still be a reduced 174 Mill he contacted them and was told about the stop sign. Its possible he checked himself but I think he said he called them.

I communicated with a fairly large stock promoter/information website today letting them know that the quote for IMWL wasn't correct and told them the new O/S. I told them to verify with TA and I got a response that it was correct so they contacted "Quotemedia" to let them know to change the O/S. That was what I was about to report to you all that the O/S would be changing on all the quotes and people would now know and see the new O/S but I just got another e-mail telling me that it can't be updated cause the stock has a stop sign, until they are current the O/S is going to be wrong on all websites and quotes. :(

I don't even think this was panic. People probably set stops, I almost did but decided not to cause this is trading so thin and I don't want out till at least a dime, glad I didn't set it. People are going to get home and be surprised they are out. IMO

Anyone getting filled? Just got to thinking, any possiblity the company is buying back more, maybe O/S will be even less after today. Just my thought.

Gonzilee, either enjoy your new shares that you were hoping to get at lower prices and join the movement or move on to a stock you do like, we hear your warnings, thank you for your kind hearted gesture in trying to save us, LOL. Personally, if I think something is a scam I warn and move on. You bashing says to me maybe you are one who is short and trying to recover.

Been to the webpage done my own DD and if charges were really laid I doubt they would do it again, would you? They would know SEC would be watching, they are probably the safest gamble here, remember all pennies are a gamble as are any stock really.

Hi aceplayer, it was at 9 cents Jan 2010, with 836 Mill O/S, the company has quietly reduced the O/S in stages with recent drop in 2011. O/S are now at 174 Mill. There was no PR from the company regarding this reduction just a PR that they are aggressively seeking acquisitions. There also appears to be a high percentage for shorts in the past few weeks who will have to cover soon, I think they have to do that within a month so we should start seeing that come into play very soon. This is going to continue to go up for a while as it doesn't take much volume. GL, hope you get some in the morning.

If it was at 9 cents with 836 Mill O/S then it should easily make 20 cents with 174 Mill, IMO.

9 cents with 836 Million O/S, now we have 174 Million so possibly 5 times that, 45 cents and more if new of acquisition.

Weee, did I miss something, did some news come out or maybe one of the so called expert alerters decided to let their followers know to make some big money, this is just the beginning, most perfect chart I have been involved with, this is going to go way higher than a penny imo.

Just wondering, if a stock is at say .01 cents, can the company buy back shares to lower O/S at a price of .0001, or do they have to pay market price?

Is there a way to see level 2 over the weekend? It would be nice to know if this hit radars or filters and there are alot of buys coming into tomorrow morning.

IMWL continues to gain, O/S has quietly decreased from 800+ M to 174 M. 60 M in reserve so 114 M float. Company wants to be one of the largest digital music and video suppliers on the net. Stock is moving well on low volume and there is a lot of short volume, the chart is perfection. IMWL has just started. Its worth the time to do DD.

To miss such an obvious bullish chart and the continued rise says it all, I went to bullwarriors, penny stockes finder, stockroach, dynamite pennies and otcmarketbulls and all their recommendations are either down, doing nothing or ever so slightly up. I am better than these "experts" and so are you Momo, it was a post you made a long time ago that alerted me on this stock, I did some DD and decided to get in, thank you. I have made money and will make more money. I got in at .0005 on March 9th and its now at .0024, how much of a % increase is that? They are screaming excited over things what move 5 - 25%. I can't believe they are still missing it.

I subscribe to a few big sites who claim to alert you on up and coming stocks, what a joke they all are. We have the most perfect chart here, lowered O/S, continued rise in price and volume over a few weeks and this doesn't hit any of their radars. It is very telling how them much just promote what they are paid to promote or they are jokes, claim to have years and years of experience, if so they missed this one and still are.

IMO they can't throw around Apple's name and approval without problems if its not true.

Ooooo this is intriging, she has always talked about buying back shares, maybe its on the horizon, I am in IMWL as well and they have bought back shares 836 million to 174 million and it has made a huge difference in how it trades, a million or 2 of buys and the price moves fast. It would make a huge difference here too.

Seems $treet scares easy, this is a very promising stock to take a gamble on, its not really even a gamble, I have already made money, most of those sells are actual buys, both times I bought they showed as sells.
