When there are more buyers than sellers. I think that most existing shareholders are frustrated about the lack of PR and information, not to forget the "silent period" which started just after the move to Nasdaq, which wasn't the best decision made by management or/and investment bank. So not many are willing to put more eggs in their "oxbt" basket. To attract "fresh" money Oxbt needs "oxygen" or at least very good news. The "outfit" zacks is an independant report which estimates the current market value based on many factors like, potential, status, market competition, development stage, risk/reward ration, pipeline etc. I guess if Oxbt would have a better PR, would be more reliable with time lines on milestones published in connection with the financing agreement with "Vatea "and could show progress in TBI, DCS and spinal cord injuries, would have a license agreement with a cosmetic company for a topical indication, then this target price of 15 USD might be the very minimum of what we can expect. So all this might happen this year but again it is happening. Important is that the company has sufficient funds to achieve those interim results, it is important to have the funding support from Vatea (Vatea has a board seat, so it is in their biggest interest to make clever moves, which are in favor of shareholders) and strong support from Navy and Army, is making progress in all tests and applications, is moving forward and delivers.
I really hope the learning curve of management was steep enough in the past few month to turn the negative sentiment around in this stock, win the investors confidence back with good PR and trustworthy information and last but not least delivers good results from the TBI study. It is very likely that institutional buying comes in when Oxbt has a license deal, promising TBI or other indications data. The base/foundation (base research data in PFC) is solid, the potential huge, PR and information will get better and results will come. But I do agree that they need to get their s... together and be somehow "more professional". For the potential I stay long and will be rewarded. In the meantime I remain very relaxed, buy more shares on "low levels" and just wait, I am holding this stock for such a long time, waiting another year doesn't matter to me. The little game of shorter"s and market makers who just try to make a little money is ok, it is their business, only manipulation and ignorant comments I can't stand. In the long run Oxbt will succeed and be a winner. Once the sentiment is turning around we will see a spike in the stock price as short positions will be covered. Apparently there are over 100'000 shares short, since the move to Nasdaq, good luck to all of them when they run for cover.
