Great news to hear. Mostly the part where the guys are coming to Santa Ana to finish the pbr. A great pr about it coming out early next week? Maybe even the end of this week (wishful thinking)?

In the red...but what can you do? No 3rd generation pbr yet, but as stated earlier they plan to start building on thursday. So maybe a nice pr in a week and a half after the final installation? Jump to 2 cents after it is tested by their third party?

Don't jump the gun yet. Yes he has connections, but it's not a fact that sapphire is interested in BEHL. This is how rumors get started, and it could set a lot of people up for disappointment if it doesn't end up happening. I wouldn't say they are joined at the hip, but hopefully someday news will come out saying pretty much what you said.
