Thank you cell mate, let's try to soldier on.
I remember reading more than once on this board that the "lock" would be lifted on Thursday, July 21st. Whatever happened with that? Guess not, hunh? The 21st has come and gone. Would the individual who made that claim like to step up and explain why this did not happen?
One and the same.
And you base this prediction on what information or data?
Chunky, I see your point, I really do and probably agree. It's just that the silence is deafening and there is nothing we can do about it...nothing. Really frustrating.
Agree we do...but what really pisses me off is that for 30 days after the TS signed off on the Feds plea agreement, people knew, in the company and I surmise even on this board. And nothing was said. Trading went on as usual. Then BOOM.
And now,and worse in my opinion, still no word from the new management of our company. I say OUR company because it is just that. We are stockholders, we own the friggin company. And we as stockholders demand, DEMAND, that the new management step up to the plate and release a statement of current conditions and future prospects. Ya hear me Roth et al, we demand you explain the situation and yourself and tell us what you are planning for the future success, if any, of SFIO. We want something Monday, no later. So sit down in front of your f'in computer and start writing. Got it?
It also seems that new management should take this opportunity of what seems like a fresh star,t by writing a greeting to shareholders and all concerned expressing their confidence in their products and the company's future. I think that would go a long way to re-establishing goodwill with their markets and the shareholders. It would instill our confidence in them to seize that opportunity and make something of this possibility for a fresh start.
Instead, at least to this point, Wed. evening-Thursday morning July 6-7, all we have is deafening silence. I have spent decades in senior corporate management and this is not the way to treat your customers or the shareholders. Everyone is nervous about this situation and aprehensive about the future. SAY SOMETHING, anything, to regain the offensive, to establish some footing for a new momentum. I only hope we see some confidence building PR this week and that it is ready to be released tomorrow or Friday.
And that is the most unsettling aspect of this entire episode. That is what damages the trust factor going forward with SFIO.
Seems like a reflective and intelligent exacting description to me, Yoda, that you have put together. What is the most disturbing aspect of this episode is the fact that people knew about this for a month, a solid month. People who haunt this board carried on for that period not knowing that maybe some contributers knew this TS deal was signed and sealed. It is sickening and IMO does not bode well for the company or the stock or any future these products could have had. I guess anything is possible and this might be salvaged, but tonight with all that we know....it is disturbing what has just occurred.
Well, time will tell who is correct.
What to do..."Tuesday we will Rock"..."this will be in the 000's when the dust settles."
This is a volitale time for SFIO. What to believe. It can go either way, it will bounce up or down. I don't think it will train sideways. Maybe there is just a play in that, bettin' on the swing. Either way, c'mon everyone, ya gotta admit this is fun, that is unless you invested your life's savings or you need this to roar so you can make next month's mortgage payment. All that nothwithstanding, this is fascinating what is happening and what will happen with this company and stock in the coming days. I hope everyone is relaxing and having a wonderful holiday break.
This does seem ominous that the company is listed in the indictment notwithstanding previous posts earlier that they were not.
You're correct, they will be huge, which makes all of this kerphuffle such a damn shame. I mean...we were on a roll, stock recently makes a huge jump, seems to find a nice plateau for another jump up and now this mess. And it is a mess, this will slow down the process of doing business, will stall any deals for distribution or marketing which were set in motion. This is just a piece of bad luck all the way around for everyone concerned, also some poor decisions made two years ago, apparently illegal decisions. I feel all was going our way and now this...this...mess. As someone pointed out earlier, just plain sad.
Yep Matty, what is a person to do? With all the "helpful" advice on this board, it is a conundrum.
Even simpler, who's buying and why...all these sales today?
Everyone's selling...then who is buying and why?
Yep, true that!! This sounds like a HPNN moment, and it's still in the crapper at .0003. Patent or not this is damaging news, I mean who will want to distribute this product? Other board members taking over and all of a sudden it's a new day, what, you kidding? This company is TS, there is no deep bench here. This is all him, he goes down, SFIO goes down, simple as that.
Okay, next.
G, I am a long, have been for years, constantly adding...I guess the question is how long can a long stay long. The answer would seem to be, until something big happens or the breakout occurs
to really vault this thing into the stratospehre. Again, how long can one be long? Probably an individual question and not for board or other investors to decide. We'll see what happens here. Could be big, very big, it's all about when.
Dalopey, excellent work, thank you for the comparative study. This took some time, work and effort. It is appreciated by all, I'm sure.
Not funny, there is no humor in it whatsoever, your fake photo.
An infantile prank on all who submit to this board.
Why you are not banned from this board for a stunt like that, I do
not know.
Repeat...THIS IS HUGE...not because of the potential the patent brings to the table for ecigs, but for the medical application the device allows for inhalation and respiratory therapy. TS knows this, he told me so in an e-mail some time ago. They are working on it. So, besides interest from companies like Philip Morris or RJ Reynolds you have to start considering uses companies like Pfizer, Merck or Bristol Myers, or Johnson & Johnson might consider. This device will replace the use of nebulizers for the delivery for inhalation medication to all manner of respiratory diseases. Look for its use in the future and available for that purpose in CVS, Walgreen, WalMart pharmacies in the U.S. and around the world. Much much bigger potential than ecig use.
This new news is HUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGE!!!

Top, how much do you pay for an aspirin in the hospital, a CPAP machine, a nebulizer for home use, an oxygen home delivery system? The margins are large because with matters of life and death there are no alternatives. I guess the big question will be will insurance companies pay for those medications delivered by this device or further improved and advanced versions. If yes, then TS is correct, this will be a larger revenue stream than ecigs, and yet you can't discount the size of the world wide market, of both.
Well Doc, I know that TS and the company are looking into the potential of this device used as a delivery device for medication somewhat like a nebulizer. It is small, portable, does not need external power. Just think of the uses in hospital, at home, out in the field. Inhalation therapy could be performed in the remotest locations anywhere in the world. The margins for such medical devices are tremendous and so is the medical use potential for this product. I think it will rival or exceed the delivery of nicotine usage. This company, if managed and directed and marketed properly with this patented delivery device, could be a major player one day. I am certain, although I do not know for sure that not only Philip Morris and RJ Reynolds are looking at the potential, but so is Merck and Pfizer and Bristol Meyers. Do you concur?
Tnx...panicsville time for a moment.
Anyone have answers as to why TDAmeritrade is showing .00254?
We've been had...down to .00254
KABOOM!!
I think that the SFIO product will be a wonderful way of delivering medication, inhalation therapy without a nebulizer or other electrically powered medical pump devices. Because of that this device could have world wide impact for the delivey of medications in third world and other less-technologically advanced countries. Ladies and gentlemen, the product potential here with SFIO is HUGE, in the years to come we will look back at the beginning of an entirely new method of medical inhalation therapy and say....who knew? Uh, we new, the people on this board and the orginal investors in this company.
Nice work pulling that up Platero, we all thank you for the heads-up DD.
I don't know...this thing is really tanking. Buying opportunity or not it could go lower and stay lower. In anticipation of the product coming out soon and potential company profits this baby should be soaring, instead it is going in the opposite direction. Not a good sign folks.
Yep pkropp, good luck to all of us...!!
Has there been any discussion here on the board as to the viability of the device being used as a medication delivery instrument, let's say for inhalation therapy? That would be another huge unending market for the product. Has that come up here on the board or has TS mentioned anything about it? Just a question.
It's over...last one out, shut the light, close the door.
Either way, any way, stick a fork in it...it's done!! Like MMUH, into the failed venture trash heep...
The wheels have come off and the car is in the ditch.
I guess maybe someone who is jumping ship before it goes down. Sad close at 27, if that is where it ends.
DCCpoker, Sunil, Maddog720...you are all correct. Without some type of financial reporting we are all investing in the blind. I understand the risk with "pinks", but this is a friggin public company, it is not privately held. We are investing and should have some communication with the people we are investing with. Something, anything. So, where is it, where is the progress PR or the numbers. The lack of this reporting downgrades the value of the company or any cheerleading that goes on based on wishful thinking. Why don't I get out? Can't, I'm stuck, your stuck, hanging on to the hope this will turn around. And if it's lost, it's lost, so be it. Just bought my $187 million Powerball ticket. Maybe I will have better luck with that.
eh, we still don't have a balance sheet. Numbers, some indication of financial condition.
