Go to www.swangroup.us. Most of the website is in
German. This company is linked to Metropolitan Worldwide,
Bel Air International... on and on.
A google search reveals that Piroth is now a professional poker player and Berresheim is now the CEO of SWAN GROUP. Both have previous links to NICSTIC. We now know that there is a connection between Shropfer-Wilbrink-NICSTIC-Piroth-Berresheim. I wonder where this ball of string will end?
Do you have more info on Piroth and Berresheim?
Why don't we give bank robbers a second chance?
Here's a link: Schroepfer to NicStic.

Does NicStic have patent rights?
Here's some preliminary information about NICSTIC, AG. (FROM WWW.MONEYHOUSE.CH)

I am going to check out NIC STIC.
Read a post on Yahoo message board about two previous companies, Bel Air International and Metropolitan Worldwide. Both companies were in the e-cig business and Wilbrink and Schroepfer were associated with these companies since at least 2006. A google search reveals a link to another e-cig company named NIC STIC based in Switzerland that has been around (or was around) since 2003. This smokeless cigarette concept has been around for seven years! So after seven years there is no product available in the market place? What's wrong with this picture? Anyone know anything about Nic Stic?
SFIO will not get any traction with press releases full of fluff but no substance. Goes up at the beginning of the day and comes back down by the end of the day.
SFI does not have a patent. They have applied for a patent, but no patent has been awarded.
As of today, 9 Feb, SFIO doesn't have a penny of sales. Do you really think they're going to have more than $5 mil by 31 March? I predict they won't have even a million in sales. Lots of talk by SFI, no action.
How does anyone order product from SFI? Why doesn't SFI sell online? Can I order product from one of the distributors?
If SFI starts selling on line, what is the turnaround time? This company has no money so I don't think they would be able to handle the demand of an online store. I would suspect that SFI is desperately looking to raise cash. The question is, who is going to loan money to SFI?
Hi TD. We all want SFI to succeed. IMO the biggest barrier
to SFI's success is sales and as you found out, right now they don't have any. As you say, management is saying sometime in March. So until the first quarter 2010 financials are released in April, the stock price will probably stay in the 5 cent range. I hope I am wrong. I want to see some upward movement in the share price. But the key will be SALES.
Why do you compare SFIO to MMUH? That's an insult to SFI. SFIO needs to adhere to a much higher standard than MMUH in all respects. MMUH is garbage!
Where (if anywhere in the world) can I, or anyone else for that matter, buy the REAL zig? What's the price? Can I use my credit card? Can I buy online? What's the return policy? Why isn't this information on the SFI website?
I am also right!
You are so DUMB and NAIVE to believe everything you read on their website. You must still believe in the toothfairy. Did I tell you that I have the potential to earn $10 million this year? As of today, SFI does not have any sales. Let Mr. T post a message to the contrary. I bet he wont do it. Great potential, ZERO SALES.
Excellent post, FH. It's good to hear from someone that has experience with the product(s) and makes sense when he posts.
SFI has a serious credibility problem and of course they have not made one sale.
You're right FH. There's been no recent trading halt. Some people just don't pay attention to dates.
Down and down she goes and where she stops nobody knows. I think the smart investors predicted this tumble. Do not trade on emotion. Trade on facts! Where are the sales? All responsible SFI shareholders should be asking this question.
You can see all of Amazon's financial statements, including sales and detailed notes to the financial statements by going to the SEC website. (www.sec.gov). The financial statements are audited and certified by an independent accounting firm. SFIO has reported sales for the year 2009...ZERO. Trust me, if SFIO had generated any sales, that is delivered product to customers, they would have issues a press release by now. If SFI issues press releases about potential sales, why don't they issue a press release about actual sales?
Thank you again. You give me all the incentive I need to continue my quest: WHERE ARE THE SALES?. I don't need to call; It's up to SFI to report to all shareholders that they have concluded at least ONE SALE. SFI's silence speaks louder than words.
Today I bought 60,000 shares at .045. Hopefully in the next couple of days SFIO will go to .052 and I'll sell. Easy $400.00
Investors who make emotional comments (or trades for that matter) insure that if you keep your eye on the basic fundamentals, you can make money on SFI. Bulls and Bears will make money, pigs never do.
IMO the DOW doesn't affect SFIO shares at all and certainly not the President's SOTU. In my message posts, I have tried to emphasize that SFI needs to report actual sales, not potential sales. So one more time, WHERE ARE THE SALES? Let's see a post in which SFI would state: SFI DELIVERS ON ITS FIRST ORDER TO IT'S DISTRIBUTOR IN ARGENTINA. (or anywhere elses for that matter.) My BIG concern is that SFI cannot deliver anytime soon. That should worry all SFI investors.
Here's the best method for trading in SFIO. I works 75% of the time. Buy around mid-day when it hits the session low. Hold until the next morning and sell within the first half hour of trading. I've made about $5k using this method in a relatively short period of time.
SFI press releases only discuss agreementes with MLM's or orders from the Benelux countries. Not once have they confirmed that they have DELIVERED product to customers. Until they do, this stock will stay at a level around 5 cents or less.
I don't think SFI has the money to do a full audit.
Well said. You are right on target with your comments. There is too much hype and very little substance. I hope SFI management is paying attention. The annual report is missing a lot of information. Any experienced investor, especially in penny stocks knows this. IMO SFI's lack of transparency is a significant factor in the stock's inability to break out of the sub 10 cent area. They have a great product, a huge market yet they can't get their financial house in order. I think a lot of us would like to see a full audit.
Thank you. Today I sold 50,000 shares at .052 and I'll buy my position back at .025 or less. Same thing I did before. In roughly one week I made $1250. I enjoy making money.
Have a nice day.
SFIO is preparing for the IMMINENT LAUNCH of their REAL Smokefree product. That means that as of today, they have not launched anything. No distribution, no sales. SFIO needs to restore credibility. Their own press releases are contradictory and don't match their annual report.
$SFIO
Smokefree Innotec, Inc. (OTC: SFIO.PK) engages in the design, development, manufacture, and marketing of smokeless nicotine delivery cigarettes and you guessed, the company’s cigarettes are electronic devices that are smoke-free and tobacco-free. $SFIO recently announced the company is preparing for the “imminent launch” of their REAL Smokefree product. The Dean thinks $SFIO could see some action with news, and the company’s first year sales projections of $50 million certainly gets the attention of investors
Good answer. And that's the main point of my posts, sales reported on press releases are "anticipated sales" not real sales as would be reported on the annual report. And for those who are not knowledgeable about these matters, SFI has never filed a 10K which is an SEC requirement not a pinksheet requirement. SFI is far, far away from SEC reporting standards. Until then, any financial reporting or PR for that matter, is suspect.
I really hope that SFI will show sales in the first quarter annual report and that it will soon be a fully reporting company.
I keep asking why do they report sales on press releases but don't report any sales on the annual report? It doesn't make sense. Which one do we believe the PR or the annual report?
Look at the volume for MMUH. It's off the charts compared to SFIO.
Have you looked at the 2009 annual report? It shows zero sales. Don't believe everything you read on the press releases. Distribution agreements only reveal potential, not actuality. SFIO has not yet sold one dollar, or one euro. If management is reading this, let them refute the statement. NO SALES!
As an investor, I hope that I am wrong, but I don't think so.
Look at the annual report. NO SALES. In the case of penny stocks, press releases are VERY MISLEADING. What's the lead time from the time product is ordered until it's delivered to the distributor? If SFI has product in inventory why doesn't the inventory value appear on the annual report?
Press releases are mostly BS.
Look at the annual report for 2009. NO REVENUE! Their press releases contradict the financials. QUESTION: Why is MMUH stock doing so much better than SFIO?
They do have a product. BUT the quantities they have are only for demonstration purposes or samples. They do not have sufficient quantities to sell to consumers. The credit line they got is only a drop in the bucket relative to the company's cash needs. What is not revealed about the LOC are the terms and conditions. The fact that SFI is a non-reporting company enables them to hide a lot dirt.
MMUH up 100% on more than 25 million volume. SFIO down 10%. What's wrong with this picture? SFIO has a better product but the investors and consumers are not getting the message. Why not?
You're right. SFIO needs to generate some sales and report it as sales; not orders. Orders mean nothing unless you can deliver and there is no indication of any product deliveries anywhere.
SFIO's credibility is weak. The best way to recover is to start reporting real, verifiable sales.
Just looked at the 2009 financials on pinksheets. Still no sales! Audit or no audit, the company does not yet have sales. That's the key to a turnaround. Don't you want the share price to go up?
Has anybody seen the 2009 financials?
