As previously disclosed, on January 31, 2022, Nasdaq notified the Company that it did not comply with Nasdaq’s shareholder approval requirements set forth in Listing Rule 5635(d) (the “Rule”) in connection with the acquisition of Medigap Healthcare Insurance Company, LLC. The Company responded to Nasdaq’s request for a Compliance Plan, which has been approved by Nasdaq. As a result, Nasdaq has determined to grant the Company an extension to implement the required changes on or before May 10, 2022 to comply with the Company’s proposed Plan to regain compliance. As a result, the Company is confident that it will be able to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s continued listing criteria within the time period specified.

IF you are looking for proof that some sold pre split - no worries that will come out in a class action, give it time. Some here DO have proof that some knew exactly how the r/s was going to happen before D-Day, again, will have to wait.

To be fair to "donkey brained CEO" he did pump it to $11 and gave you an opportunity to get out even/smaller loss/gain. Not that he should not be held accountable for constant screw up.

Looks like the deficiency has been resolved. Too bad the CEO is still deficient in brain cells

Day 1192 of my RELI captivity. My captors lured me into their new ticker years ago with what could only be explained as empty promises. They promised me real estate and said fancy words like REIT and binding agreements. So I went in. Over the years no such things came to fruition but I had hopes they would come through with something. They were even talking about getting me some insurance that I could use throughout the whole nation. Still waiting for that as well. Then there were talks that I would get something even better than Lemonade and a Goosehead for dinner, all that arrived was stinky pinky crumbs and my hopes vanished once again. Looks like I will be here for some time as they want to sign me up for Medicare now. Trying to escape from this basement...maybe some day
