Based on that post I assume you have a list of processor prices from other companies in North America that brings you to the conclusion that JBI processors are "expensive". I know the other companies processors are incapable of 2000 lb./hr for 30 + continuous operating days and are incapable of making in-spec fuel but the comparison should be interesting.
Also, if your buying dirty HTF for say a 1.00 per gallon, clean it, and then sell it for 2.50 a gallon how is that expensive.
Can you also provide maintenance costs - I haven't seen them yet.
Not sure how you can misinterpret what was said - the company regrets that its attempt to negotiate settlement of this dispute failed. That's eventually what the SEC did - they negotiated a settlement. Makes one wonder why they were so eager to commence litigation if they were in settlement negotiations. For all we know JBI's offer was the same as the settlement finally agreed upon. If it was the SEC's plan to hurt the company and shareholders by commencing this litigation they certainly achieved that. They should be ashamed of themselves . Were SEC staff reprimanded.
huh? No sure what you're trying to say - they're not suppose to report a material event?
Yeah - that's what we've been saying all week but there was a lot of persistence by some.
I don't know - I wouldn't refer to DELL as a piece of shit - they are a pretty respected company.
Fuel sales? Not sure if you knew but JBI is now in selling processors. They have their flagship capable of 2000lb./hr. input, continuous operation for 30 + days and as an added bonus, they make in-spec fuel. Cool eh? I expect they will be CFP very, very soon.
And JBI was trying to negotiate a settlement for the accounting error long before legal proceeding even were contemplated - just think of the money expended to get the same results.
You appear to know everything about the SEC issue, Tell me this. Why was the suit even launched by the SEC? JB and JBI were clearly willing to negotiate a settlement for the accounting error and ended up doing just that?
I didn't see the PIPE was closed - what was the final amount raised?
And Kool, everything is fully explained in the 2013 AGM but some fail to allow such explanations.
Palm Springs P2O can now buy processors outright. Cool eh?
Bullshit. No one gives a shit about that.
Bullshit - no one gives a shit about that.
Those who know about JBI's awesome technology are all loaded up with shares - many were/are lucky enough to buy below .20. Don't worry more will be finding out about JBI soon enough.
based on that bullshit? What Bullshit?
We're now in sales mode now. Lots or buyers lined up - and who wouldn't want to get their hands on the best plastic pyrolysis system ever created, capable of processing 2000+ lb./hr. for 30+ days and making making in-spec fuel.
JBI is the only company ever to be licenced in the state of New York to operate a pyrolysis processor. Many have tried and all had failed until JBI came along. Cool eh?
Stay tuned - expect all is about to change.
Yep - instead of JV's they can now buy all the processors they want - JBI has finally worked out all the bugs that prevented earlier deployment - 2000 lb./hr. input, 30+ operating days and now the added benefit of making in-spec fuel. None of those things were available in the early versions so they should be very happy with the new flagship. I expect those with huge amounts of free waste plastic are already in the line. Palm Spring, RKT and Mr. Sousa, Ohio, Mr. Heddle all can now own their own processors with the latest technological advancements.
Awesome eh?
been there - we're now in sales mode - with lots or buyers lined up - and who wouldn't want to get their hands on the best plastic pyrolysis system ever created, capable of processing 2000+ lb./hr. for 30+ days and making making in-spec fuel.

You're right it has been awhile. P2O works very very well. Their flagship processor processes 2000+ lb/hr and they've achieved continuous run times of 30+ days. You have to love the way this tech has evolved from table-top to flagship in 5 very short years.
Will the 1st sale be for multiple processors. Perhaps buy 2 at a reduced price.
they've made those runs. I expect they're now running buyers plastic for testing.
If you go first on your allegations - but there are so many.
Sorry for misunderstanding - I thought you were looking for a number to call IR.
I know they've run 30 + days twice with awesome result. You know any other company that can make in-spec fuel with 2000 lbs./hr. input and no residue build-up in the processor with and absolutely no toxic waste. It's my opinion that JBI's pyrolysis system is the best ever invented.
and not the Conestoga Rover report? The Air Permits are based on that report no? The data is all there. Basically the equivalent of a natural gas furnace.
merely applying logic. If I were a buyer I would want to see how the processor handled my plastic - wouldn't you?
I expect an announcement very soon.
Can you provide the supporting documentation?
Perhaps you have something more?
Long term investors are here because of the technology - 2nd to none, 2000 lb./hr. in-spec fuel, continuous runs of 30+ days and compared to the selling price of other so-called competitors processors ours will sell like hotcakes.
We now have our flagship. With a couple of sales in the books buyers will be lining up. Too close not to wait for what's in store. I expect many buyers have been conducting their own tests using processor 3 - checking input/output and continuous run times. Then checking out the residual. These things don't happen over night but 6-9 months should be reasonable - so any time own IMO,
Good for Mr. Terranov.
soon - very soon
so that's the plan eh. wait for another raid when the k is issued regardless of the content?
They will.
well - you're wrong.
I expect there are multiple buyers dotting "i"s crossing "t"s.
Do you really believe I would provide a buyers' name here, There are people who would do most anything to stop buyers from purchasing one of JBI's processor - you know the one that makes in-spec fuel, is capable of 2000 lb./hr. input and 30 continuous days of operation without shutdown. lol
