Good thoughts badger. I’m anticipating something similar, although I anticipate it will be in Nov. by the end of this week the MC should be running, will run next week into the future, and will have daily clean outs... so I see a possible update the week of Thanksgiving - after a week of running - or possibly the week after.
If successful with this MC, the game is changed for good as we will be selling gold consistently. BOOM!
Obviously the market doesn’t care about anything else...
Re-posting 8's post for it to stick...
10Q shows exploration drills, so those who claim there has been no drilling or exploration of the ore body are incorrect. MXSG knows whats there.

FORM 10-Q
QUARTERLY REPORT UNDER SECTION 13 OR 15(d) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934
For the quarterly period ended June 30, 2017
"The Company has conducted geological evaluation of the Santa Elena Prospects comprised of expanding the existing placer facility for the purpose of mineral evaluation, physical geological evaluations including the drilling of reverse circulation and core holes."
Here's how the game works if interested.
If volume is low, and I'm desiring to increase my position at low price. I sell a small amount (100 or 500) into the bid in hopes that a trade trigger is hit and someone auto-dumps their position into my waiting bid. I think that may have happened today with a 300k+ trade. (I hope not, because its just WRONG, but it was proceeded by a 100 share trade of $3.50)
Same is true for the opposite side if there is low volume and I want to exit.
This stock is being manipulated. Be careful with trade triggers here...
What is manipulation?
100 share sell = $3.50
Clean outs of the new MC will go on this week. If successful, consistent gold production and sales is starting. We'll hear shortly.
25oz - 72oz a day = $950,000 - $2.7 million a month in revenue

Yep, this is the month we start consistent gold production & sales.
Proof is in the pudding and the pudding is being made. The blue MC is either on its way to SE or is there already being hooked up. If successful in producing 25-75oz a day in gold, all the arguments against RG and PT are meaningless.
Lets be honest - right now, arguments against RG & PT are just a straw man. The real question is if the new MC will produce gold consistently. We'll know in less than two weeks.
25 - 72oz a day = $950,000 - $2.7 million a month in revenue
Yep - gonna happen! November is the month.
25oz - 72 oz a day = $950,000 - $2.7 million a month
Consistent production is the goal and this will deliver!
Game changer - Bring it on.

Just a thorn in PT's side, and unfortunately our side as well. Another fabrication of the real truth, just like the last 30 accusations. This too shall pass without incident.
As others have said - and the past 30 accusations have proven- these 20 acres are INSIGNIFICANT to Mexus GOLD mining operations. We're not even mining in that location.
"The SANTA ELENA project is a 7,300 acre property near Caborca, Sonora State, Mexico. "
Next week the new MC starts running at SE and producing gold. The Robert Garcia & PT is HIGHLY CONFIDENT it will be successful. Game changer happens in early November.
Tso, appreciate your posts always and you make a good point... I do however think it depends on if you think management is honest in trying to make this happen. If you don't believe they are, then I agree its a wasted call. If you think they are honest (& I believe they are honest) then a call can fill in gaps on whats going on.
No doubt this has been a struggle. I'm not familiar with NSU, but its interesting to know that this problem isn't unique to MXSG. I am encouraged that after each struggle there is an action to fix and that action is implemented. We've seen this over and over again (AA machine, filters for clay, activated carbon, etc.) We've now brought in Robert Garcia and are using his recommended 100 gpm MC. Will it work? I'm choosing to be confident it will. If it does, the pour will be in November and we can all celebrate!
Aqua - it seems that only those who are neutral, optimistic, or cautiously optimistic have contacted the company....
Oddly those who are negative, don't call the company or email them for answers to questions...
Absolutely TRUE! The gold is there for the taking. The new MC will be running next week sometime producing approximately $1.5 million a month in gold.
Its too bad we can't see everyone's faces here when they're successful. My optimism is growing....
Business is a lot like life. It is full of successes and failures. It has many setbacks, but generally those with persistence and fortitude are successful in the end.
MXSG has had some setbacks for sure. Can't argue that, but don't miss what they have also accomplished (a whole lot) and what is waiting for the taking (i.e. the thousands of ounces of gold in the pond & heap). There is no guarantees in life OR business for that matter, but I'm cautiously optimistic on this approach. Can't guarantee it will be a success or failure - just have to wait and see..
The new 100 gpm MC gets shipped to Santa Elena mine this week. It was assembled at Robert Garcia's recommendations and takes one day to hook up since it is a complete system. It uses small finger filters so it will allow them to tune it rapidly. If it works, we should know in early November as the heavy gold laden pond is ready to move through the MC. (my estimate)
Clearly they've had problems recovering the gold in the pond & on the heap. We know there is couple thousand ounces in both. If this smaller MC works, we should see approximately 200-300 oz of gold a week or approximately 1000+ oz a month to start as they then tune the 800 gpm MC unit which will allow them to transition to 10,000 tons per day. (my estimate). Fixing the bigger unit should be quick once they have the smaller unit tuned.
I'm hopeful it will work for a couple reasons...
1. Design was recommended by Robert Garcia after multiple trips to the mine.
2. Strategy makes sense to my simple mind (use a small unit with finger filters to tune quickly - then tune the big unit with same ratios)
3. PT himself is putting it together with Robert Garcia's recommendations and will transport it and hook up himself.
4. They are using a loan to finance the transportation and initial running of the MC (not the selling of shares). A loan with 6 month payback tells me they are VERY CONFIDENT in this approach. I'm thankful MXSG is trying to reduce dilution whenever possible.
This is the plan. Proofs in the pudding. If successful we'll see a PPS increase.
One can easily contact the company and get answers to all the questions here. Its comical how easy that is, and takes the same amount of time as posting a question here on iHub where you get nothing but opinions.
The stock is where its at because they have been unable to consistently create gold in dore form and sell it. Sept 11th's movement will show you what will happen when they can accomplish this.
If you look at the 100 gpm MC, you'll see that it is on a trailer that's been used before, and that its in the initial stages of being constructed so parts are everywhere.... BUT if you look closely you'll see a number of brand new pieces of equipment that make up the MC on the trailer. Its a complete system being put together and will have new and used parts on it.
Will it work? We'll see shortly.
Bear - I view Garcia as a solution to a problem not a diversion. He is a consultant (technical advisor) and involved in many successful mining initiatives. You point out a negative one, but that does not negate his expertise. If he was terrible he wouldn't be asked to consult, appear as an expert witness in court, and speak all around the world.... The expertise we need is on the MC's gold output.
Lets see if he's successful or not here at Elena. His approach to the MC makes perfect sense to me - I'm willing to see if it works.
Info on Mr. Garcia: http://mexusgoldus.com/wp-content/uploads/Robert-Garcia-Auric-5.pdf
Agree rwalia - we need buyers. But that won't happen until we have consistent gold production and sales. (sounds easy enough) Even 100 oz a week would do it as long as its consistent without issues.
Thankfully, I think we will see that in the "very near future". The small MC of 100 gpm could be the easy answer as they get it going & then ramp up the 800 gpm MC, or it could be we start to see them sell the gold from EW. Which also appears to be ready and could have already happened this week...
Maybe that's part of the plan for the smaller 100 gpm MC - or just a nice byproduct??? I don't know, but I hope so.
We're right there - we just need to punch it through the goal line and this stock will turn. It wanted to turn after the 11th, but a new delay with the MC & pumps cut our legs out. Hopefully that is the last issue with the MC, Mr. Garcia gets us going and these prices are history.
VNDM's pattern is different than in the past IMO. They appear to be only selling a smaller portion every day or week, with them many times selling and backing off later in the day or in the week. (or they could be accumulating with this method) Any volume, and I think they back off the ask.
Would be interesting to know... PR indicates he's been there a couple times and that they are already implementing his recommendations and will be complete in very near future.
Tells me that his recommendations are "new" and not tried before by MarMar/MXSG and should be completed quickly. "Very near future" makes me believe it is this month - but this is a complete guess.
Proof will be in the pudding.
His specialty seems to be a consultant on gold recovery, which is why he was brought in as a consultant here. Is he the man for the job? We'll soon find out.
The refining facility was developed in the course of his consulting work for various clients,
involving the extraction of precious metal values from their concentrates. Mr. Garcia had
previously put the Montgomery Shoshone Mine into operation in 1983. Once he developed and
implemented extraction procedures for the ore, and the viability of the property. These
procedures mainly centered around his development of cathionic/anionic polymers that enabled
the precious metals to be extracted from the ore in an economical, profitable manner.
Mr. Garcia later joined with St. Joe American (one of the world's largest gold mining
companies), a subsidiary of Fluor Corporation, to block out and develop the main ore body of 8
million tons on a large scale. The results of which are seen in the attached 1989 article in the
California Mining Journal and brochure documenting history and current development of
Bullfrog, Montgomery -Shoshone gold mine. This soon became the largest gold mine in
Southern Nevada employing several hundred persons and having a major impact on the
economy of the area.
Although Mr. Garcia's formal education at Arizona State University prepared him as a chemist,
his vocational experience is mainly as a metallurgist. To his credit, Mr. Garcia has developed
enhanced extraction procedures for various ores including improved oxidation and cyanide vat
leaches, increased concentrates extraction's by ozonation of ore while in a chlorinated state,
complex sulfide and brominated ore extraction's and cathionic and anionic polymer flocculants.
Mr. Garcia has been assisting P.T.I. , Ortech and similar mining companies in the development
of their new and innovative recovery processes.
Lemas expertise is on the PM in the ground. So the oz of gold is there in the heap. This is also confirmed by the pregnant pond testing.
The question has not been that the GOLD is there. The problem for them has been getting the ore recovered via the MC. No one of this caliper has been brought in to assist. The guys brought in from MarMar probably have experience in MC work, but probably weren't experts. Also, I don't believe MXSG has brought anyone in until Mr. Garcia.
Read Aqua's post - it makes perfect sense.
Also, look out for left field. They also can produce gold via electrowinning. We could get an update on this before the MC.
Agree LTT - This is pretty big news, bigger than some may realize. Gives us an EXPERT to not only get the MC going in a week from now, but also insures future consistent gold sales at both mines.
We've had hiccups where MXSG/MARMAR thought they had it right, but Mr. Garcia gives insurance that it is right and will continue to be right going into the future. Knowing we've had issues the last 3 weeks with the MC, this news is better than hearing things are worked out IMO... because when they are worked out - we have confidence it should be consistent into the FUTURE!
Gold recovery expert Robert Garcia joins Mexus
Oct 16, 2017
OTC Disclosure & News Service
-
CABORCA, Mexico, Oct. 16, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mexus Gold US (OTCQB:MXSG) (“Mexus” or the “Company”) announced that it has retained gold recovery expert Robert Garcia to assist with an increase in production at the Santa Elena mine. To date, the recovery of gold via the Merrill Crowe system has not been adequate due to issues with the chemical analysis and flows. Mr. Robert Garcia is President of Auric Metallurgical Resources in Arizona and has extensive experience with mines and metallurgy. Mr. Garcia is evaluating and customizing the Merrill Crowe gold extraction plant which will help achieve maximum recovery.
Mr. Garcia commented, “After a couple of field trips observing and evaluating your projects in Mexico, they do appear to have significant potential to become profitable mining operations with growth potential once you have finished constructing the appropriate physical extraction plants and established the proper extraction protocols for the ore.”
Mexus CEO Paul Thompson added, “Our output with the current Merrill Crowe recovery system isn’t sufficient given what we have on the heap leach pad. Bringing Mr. Garcia to assist will help us achieve full production at the Santa Elena mine. We are currently implementing his recommendations and expect completion in the very near future.”

Buckle Up: Consistent Gold Sales is Near!!
Mr.Lemas was there and the people from Marmar didnt let him notice the lawyers were there veryfing the judge order. But Mr.Baltazar told him everything about that inspection and the close down, He was surprised pretending that PT doesnt know about all the legal issues, but Mexus have received everything by email in the official email of the company taken from the website, and also has been sent to PDent.
Garcia, you said last time the mine was shut down for 2 months - now you're saying its shut down just today - but Caesar doesn't know about it??? You don't think he'd notice the mine shut down??
Come on man - give it up - this is comical.
rbtree - the truth about what Garcia is posting can be quickly learned by contacting IR. Most of us here have gotten word on it from IR and an explanation of the truth, which is why we are not concerned and find it humerus.
On the 2-4k ounces of production - I agree and hope we receive word on it in a PR or 8K. I prefer not to wait for a future quarterly report.
Agree - thankfully they can sell activated carbon w/o MC. Hopefully this specialist (I think a Phd from the states) will resolve the hiccups quickly and get us back on track with MC.
Tso, I'm a mod - but the majority of the posts being deleted are by Ihub admin itself. Not the 3rd party mods such as LTT & myself, etc. It seems like someone is assigned to this board to moderate it full time.
I share your frustrations on numerous delays, but I would contact Paul and trust the PRs. This board is filled with half-truths. The next PR should provide some clarity on whats transpired since the Sept 11th PR. Remember that the Sept 11th PR was AWESOME! There is a chance we hear of a set back, but there is also a great chance we get Positive News.
Constant and consistent production moves the PPS... We could be there and not know yet. Wouldn't it be funny if we hear that in the next couple days :) Either way, we are either at the goal line or in consistent production and starting to ramp up.
Also, we got a PR on Sept 11th that clearly stated the mine was operating.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MXSG/news/Mexus-and-JV-partner-MarMar-confirm-production-at-Santa-Elena-mine?id=169374&b=y
IR will also tell you if you call.
The idea that mxsg is a scam, or the owners are thieves running away with the investors’ money is just goofy. Call them inept, or bad communicators, or prone to problems, or bad miners – but let’s not entertain lunacy.
One doesn’t load a gun, aim, and remove the safety unless they plan to fire.
In little over a year, they’ve built a mine from a plot of sand. 9m high heap, mixing pond, pregnant pond, MC, electrowinning, AA machine, laboratory on site, etc. We’ve seen pictures and videos of the land, project, gold buttons, generators, etc, etc,. The company has informed us that they mean to mine gold and sell it. That’s a certainty. If you don’t believe they can do it, that’s fine – sell and move on.
Have they had a lion share of problems?... Yes. Has it been frustrating?... Yes. Should they have been selling gold months ago – probably could easily make that argument... Hence our share price.
But we know from the PRs that they are right at the goal line. We know from honest sources that there has been a pump issue that appears to be resolved and from honest sources that the mine is operating and not shut down.
The next update may give us a new delay... or it may give us amazing news! Pretty soon here they are going to punch it through the goal line and take control of the game with consistent gold production.
I agree - should hear something very soon!
Trading has definitely changed with V man backing off after he sells a few... any buying and this moves up. Wonder if we start to see that on Monday.
Rb, when I translated it the stop order referenced the well in use by the mine, but not the mine itself. It also noted in conclusion that the well wasn't used when they came to visit. ... hence why Garcia is now referencing some "newly disclosed" mine stop order at the court house from 2 months ago. I guess he figured someone wouldn't translate the document.
#12A & 13A - Oops, Now there is another document??? Please post that one online when you acquire it... That would be most helpful. Documents on Mexus & MarMar following the law and not using a well is a non-event.
Also, as 8 noted - make sure it references the "santa elena" mine. The "julio mine" makes little difference to us.
... Wow, what a circus this has been.
#12 Couple things are clear to me...
1. We are mining and the mine is not shut down: See PR: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MXSG/news/Mexus-and-JV-partner-MarMar-confirm-production-at-Santa-Elena-mine?id=169374&b=y
2. As 8 noted, mining was slowed since the 11th, due to two pumps going out. This is now resolved as of 3-5 days ago with PT's visit.
3. The visit on the 26th (in the video & the legal document from Oct 2) was to check on a well that a Profepa judge ordered not to be used. Their findings from the visit is that the WELL WASN't BEING USED and the document when translated to english (did this on my own today) doesn't state anything about shutting down the mine. That allegation is completely FALSE.
4. Funny thing is that we know this already, Mexus / MarMar confirmed they weren't using the well and would truck water in if needed - and that they were seeking to reclassify the mine and/or purchase water rights from other wells. This circus has been going on for a while and comes back to town every 3 months or so... PR from May: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MXSG/news/Mexus-confirms-status-at-Santa-Elena-project?id=157495&b=y
5. My Conclusion: Basically Ma's family wants the $$ from the mine and they are trying screw Pa and Mexus/MarMar by using this well as their leverage. The mine is NOT SHUT DOWN and is still operating. Mexus / MarMar are NOT USING THE WELL - so the leverage is PRETTY SAD if you ask me.
But it makes for good smoke and mirrors to scare everyone here and put a thorn in the side of Pa, PT, & MarMar... Why try to dig the thorn in, you ask? Why post this crap on iHub? It starts with M & ends in Y.
Reposting Exxtol's message with edits...
Hello,
I have bought in and bought out of this stock for several years now. Currently I'm locked in and looking at the long-term. I must say the post worried me until I read the attached document.
All it is saying is that the woman listed in bold has filed a claim/suit against MXSG, stating violation of environmental law/impacts. In other words it mentions NOTHING about MXSG being shut down.
It appears to be a suit/complaint without merit but that would depend on the judge I suppose. But since the post makes it seem as if Mexus has been ordered to shut down, I can only assume he/she has a vested interested in A) shorting the stock B) getting in the way of MXSG production.
Lastly, I speak Spanish fluently, currently live in Barcelona and I am originally from Los Angeles, CA. Do not believe this person's hype. I didn't even read all of it. Didn't have time for a complaint that anyone with an axe to grind can file in court. And pretty original to cite environmental harm, in of all places, MEXICO. Por favor.
----
P.S. I am referring to the original document he posted I believe on Oct 2nd, with the "official" looking stamp.
Best,
Exxtol
Anyone see what I see??? Honestly curious...
I admit that I know little about level 2 and trading, but I have been watching and studying the action for about 9 months now on MXSG. It appears that the way this is trading has recently changed (as of a couple days ago when VNDM backed off for the first time - after selling aggressively after the Sept 11th PR).
The big seller(s) has been a lot less aggressive and VNDM has not taken control of the ask daily like in the past 9 months. This is the first green Wed I can remember even with low volume (usually a good day to scalp some low shares - I had my catchers mitt out today, but no dice)... Seems like any buying pressure will cause this to start trending up. Especially if VNDM backs off when hit, which has happened a few times the last few days.
It will be interesting to see what Thursday/Friday brings... wouldn't be surprised to see us punch into the .05s tomorrow and close Friday near .06... For the first time in a while a good PR may be followed by sustain gains... But, WDIK...
Best to PT, MarMar, and all MXSG longs
June??? LOL
Great Day! Nice steady climb throughout the day...
REALLY GREAT to see VNDM not take control of the ASK at some point during the day... First time in what 9 months or so???
Good Vibes!
I'm with you LTT... Looking good this morning!
As you already know, it also looks like "Constant & Consistent Gold Production" is happening... I fully expect the next update will confirm it again.
I remember thinking for months, "when will they get the recovery system fully functional?"... Well we're fully there now!!
