He later said he doesn't see a need to tap the capital markets any further. All he is doing is raping the shareholders here. Because after the grand reverse split all shareholders will be erased. The truth you wont hear from the bullish posters on this board is that the OS went up considerably the week before last. That's why there was no os increase this past week. And why the selling continued even into Friday. I totally expect an increase this week.

You are twisting words again as usual. Just because he issues (dilutes) shares doesn't mean the receiver of shares has to dump them in the same day (huge dump...lol). Dean still accomplishes two things.

1. OS increases
2. raises capital

dilution=selling

You can twist in anyway you wish, but the fact remains Dean is selling off this company from the treasury. And that is a very negative for the share price. Twist away.

Seems to me that quite a few bulls have become disappointed in Dean as well. Lots of disruption going on in their camp. There is no avoiding it now. Stock will collapse after the nothing pr tomorrow. There still wont be any mention of the funding, SS, dilution, acquisition names etc.
