I agree with that. I also look forward to some more positive pr to get us to the next level. I would say we have traded the entire float a well over 2 bucks. Should help us form a base of support in this area.
AH 2.515 for 24,800.
Barney, there does seem to be alot of fluff pr from that so called "state". Someone needs to verify this stuff soon.
Bruce, thanks it is what I thought you were saying.

Axis Technologies Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AXTG) announced that it has released revenue projections for the next three years. The projections below correspond with the information in the company's business plan.
Excerpt from the Axis Technologies Group, Inc. Business Plan:
Projected Revenues
Year Ended December 31, 2007 $12,900,000
Year Ended December 31, 2008 $25,800,000

"Recent developments with large retailers as well as government contractors make us quite confident we will reach our sales goals as projected in our business plan" said Kip Hirschbach, CEO of Axis Technologies Group, Inc.
About Axis Technologies Group, Inc.
Axis Technologies Group, Inc. conducts its business through this wholly owned subsidiary Axis Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska. Axis Technologies, Inc. designs, manufactures and markets a proprietary line of energy-saving and daylight harvesting electronic dimming ballasts for the commercial lighting industry. The company's target market is small to large commercial users of fluorescent lighting including office buildings, wholesale and retail buildings, hospitals, schools, and government buildings. In 2002, Underwriters Laboratory (UL) approved Axis products for sale in both the United States and Canada. The Axis DDH ballast is priced competitively and is the only daylight harvesting ballast system that can be marketed as a replacement for a standard ballast.
MS80, I came home at 11 and we had @ 70 thousand shares traded, and we were dead even. 1 hour later I checked and you see where it is.
Thanks Barney for that info. Maybe some interest from deep pockets. BTW, where did you go today? Perhaps California to see if the gov. was really offering 2 billion in rebates? Billion with a B.
Bruce I read a post from you that said you put in a limit sell order for .01 cents. You said it was illegal for your broker to not sell at the current price. Is that true from any brokerage? I use Etrade. Remember, I am new to pink land and if I did that on the Nasdaq I would have sold for .01 cents.
Tia
I wonder what triggered the volume spike?
Bruce thanks for the pm. It was well written, except the last sentence. I don't want to moderate this board for the purpose of deleting opposing opinions. I want it to keep the discussion on topic. Have a good day and I will try to keep my "cheap free membership butt", from saying anything to upset you.
Lisa, I hope you see this. Don't leave, learn the power of ignore. That's right you can decide who is not worth reading/ spamming or whatever and put them on ignore. I would love to see you and your 200+ shares stay with us. Someday we may have a laugh at all the newbies showing up to bash us at 100 dollars. Wishful thinking, maybe but if you spoke to the company like I did. I think it would make the most pessimistic turn.
Welcome tiger, are you a new investor?
Bruce I have to say again, if you are a basher you are darn good. I like the way you discuss and debate. I can feel for anyone that was burned in the market, but why if you were burned so much do you continue to be involved in them? This is my first pinksheet stock and if AXTG follows thru with what they told me. That the first priority is to get off these damn pinks, then it's my last.
I say again, I enjoy your comments, when they are not repetitive. And wish you the best however you choose.
MS80, if you have pm can you pass my request on to him. I promise to make this board an exceptable place for investor discussion.
Bruce,I wish I could tell you how much homework I did on this stock. If you are a basher your a pretty clever one. I have never bought a pinksheet before. I owned one by default, CPN, now cpnlq :(. But when I got this tip I scoffed at it, but then I started looking, and calling, and writing. What I found was a homerun, JMHO. But they have it all. All the questions that you and others have asked have been answered beyond my satisfaction by the company themselves. Now you mentioned being late to the party, if that is true are you hoping your little rants will help you get a price thats exceptable? If so good luck. Again, on behalf of the president of the company. "Our next quarter report will blow you away!". You better hurry Bruce or move on. I ask that you quit recycling the same stuff, it isn't productive, as the ultimate goal this board should be the truth.
You have asked how the company handles growth. Look at the PR, my notes, or call the company. An expectation for the company to grow inventory is a shelf offering of 4 million shares. I can imagine the fun you and yours may try to have at that statement, DILLUTION!. But, smart investors understand another word. Small float. Long winded tonite for sure. But I am getting tired of the same Sh@t being flung everyday.
Enjoy your night, and good luck in all your investments. I hope you choose to join me on the long side of this, and enjoy what should be one hell of a year.
run4coverfool, I am asking your permission to either moderate this board, or perhaps allow me to be an assistant. I would really like to see this board become something. I would like to attract industry types and traders alike. I do not want to see these new folks show up and just start slinging mud.
Bruce I asked those questions directly to the company and got the answers I needed. The fact these new bashers with the same argumentappear is not unexpected since their short is underwater.
It means the shorts are underwater.
gekido_oushi, That was a good post. I'm hoping today will be a great day. If not I am confident that 2007 will be amzing for Axis. To quote my new best friend from Axis. "the next quarterly report will blow you away".
I asked him specifically about the paid promotion. He had no knowledge at all. I even asked him if there were investors in this company that were paid off in shares. He told me in no uncertain terms. Nobody associated with the company is dumping shares on us. He said they can't. Timeline for restricted shares I don't know if there was one. Any input on restricted share definition would be helpful.
Your welome, I think everyone should make that call. It will definately get your attention. Thanks for you comments earlier btw, and welome to the board.
Dave Peterson called me on behalf of Jim Erickson. He told me Jim was sorry he couldn't get back to me himself, but he is a little buried right now. The first question I asked was on the reverse split. He explained that before AXTG would accept the merger the 1000-1 split was the only way they would do it. They have no history with any of those previous companies. The company has been in existance for 4 years and had been testing their product in various places. They did incur incidental income during that time, see the last financials.
Shares outstanding, there are 60.3 million shares. Of those shares, he said just about 15.3 million shares are in the float. I asked him who had the other shares, he said it was restricted stock. Basically retained to give control of the company to its founders. Now you know why they already discussed a forward split. I asked him about listing on another exchange, he said it was a priority for the company and they are getting the financials in place. There should be an unaudited financial report coming soon, he told me it would blow me away. They hope to have an audited financial out by April.
They are still getting the board in place and will not do anything in the way of options untill that is done. It would also require shareholder approval. So what he is saying is there are 15.3 million shares period. Nobody from the company is pouring shares onto the market. He said about 75% of the shares are in the hands of shareholders.
We discussed the string of positive pr and I asked him about the revenue projections. He said those projections were conservative to moderate. The incentives around the country for both the end user as well as the designers are the major catylyst.
He concluded by telling me to not hesitate contacting Jim, and if he couldn't get back to me someone would. I have other stuff written on notes, but wanted to get this out there. I conclude by saying thank you to whoever provided today's buying oppurtunity!!!
Just heard back from the company. I will form my notes into comments and post them in awhile. I will say wow, we are in for a windfall.
Thanks Lisa, and good night to you. You mentioned it was cold today where you were. It could not have been to much worse than New Hampshire today, I hate winter.
Rich, me too, I just sent them a reminder that I expect a reply. I included that with 20 employees, I could be a little patient. I would rather have them get today's pr in order rather than respond to me. I agree with your comments, and that was what the hired pr firm indicated. Unfortunately, not everyone on this board feels Mr. Garcia can be trusted. So I tried the horses mouth. Hopefully I hear from one of them soon, and I will be sure to forward any comments.
That might just get my wife mad at me, lol. My first investment was IDCC in 2001. It was 11 bucks when I bought. I knew nothing about the market. It is amazing how quickly you educate yourself once your money is in the market. If I never listened to the bashers, and never reacted by selling. I would be alot better off than I am now. But I did, on sudden drops, "bad news, follow the heard mentality. I lost quite a few shares. But the company in that case continued to deliver. They are @ 32 dollars today. I wish I had just held, they still treated me quite nicely, but I still have to work. All I am saying is find a stock, do your homework and trade, or hold long. I have a terrible track record trading, but as a long, investments have bought me a car, and a pool.
Lisa, no nothing yet. If you don't mind me asking, you said you invested 600 dollars in AXTG. Is that an uncomfortable amount of money for you? I only ask because you bought a start up company with great potential, and you seem very jittery. Stocks go up, and stocks go down. I have invested quite a bit of money in Axis, and hope that they can execute on half of what they have laid out. If they do I will be a wealthy guy, and your 200 or so shares could be worth a whole lot more than 600 dollars. IMHO, don't be so jumpy about the bashers, visit any board, MSFT, Apple, any of them. Someone is always spouting doom and gloom. I don't like shorts because they are betting against the good old USA. But it is what it is, and that is what makes a market. I will hold these shares and hope the company continues to impress with positive pr. Due a little of your own DD, and you may or may not feel the way I do. I have spoken to users of the Axis ballast, and was blown away by the comments. Regardless, good luck to you, whatever you do. If you want something a little more stable, I would suggest you look into a basket of stocks. Pick your sector and let it run.
If your spelling is as good as your advice, I will stay on my own thanks.

Bruce its a lost cause. They DONT want to believe. All I can say is to watch the volume. It will drom like a rock Guarentee it. we saw somebody dropping big blocks of shares and now it seem so have stopped. The volume will continue to decrease and then the stock will go down. I say 3 weeks. If it doesn't drop by then. I will come back and apoligize sincerely and not post another time on ihub.
Sasaki leadership has committed significant company resources to increasing their staff's awareness of green issues.

Renowned Green Architectural Firm Sasaki to Use Axis Products
LINCOLN, Neb., Dec 04, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Axis Technologies Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AXTG) announced that Sasaki Associates has installed several hundred of the energy-efficient Axis Dimming/Daylight Harvesting (DDH) Ballasts in their office complex in Watertown, MA, which is located in the greater Boston area. The installation was done by Ameresco, an Energy Service Company (ESCO), headquartered in Framingham, MA. Sasaki is pursuing certification for their building under the LEED EB guidelines (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Existing Buildings).
"The Axis ballasts are fundamental to Sasaki's strategy for achieving LEED's energy efficiency requirements. Sasaki is currently pursuing LEED EB for their facility in Watertown", stated Meredith Elbaum, Director of Sustainable Design (AIA LEED AP).
"Axis Technologies is excited to have our dimming/daylight harvesting ballasts showcased by a prestigious firm such as Sasaki Associates. An important part of our marketing strategy is to have our ballasts specified by engineering/architecture firms. We are confident that Sasaki will recognize the simplicity and energy-saving aspects of our ballasts, and will consider specifying the Axis system in their future projects", said Kip Hirschbach, CEO of Axis.
The patented Axis Dimming/Daylight Harvesting Ballast is a new technology that transforms the ballast, a once standard lighting industry staple, into a dynamic energy saving system that can reduce lighting energy costs by up to 70%. The Axis DDH Ballast utilizes an individual photo sensor to automatically adjust the amount of electrical current flowing to the light fixture, and then dims or increases lighting in conjunction with the amount of available sunlight that may be harvested from available windows and sunlight. The Axis DDH Ballast avoids "over-lit" conditions that increase energy costs by keeping lighting "tuned" to the desired level in a designated area.

Why don't you do the math my man. Take the market cap and divide by price per share. If you need help let me know.
Sent this to ceo, president and cfo.
First off, I would like to congratulate You and your partners on what looks like an amazing product.
I have several questions about the history of your company, I would say so do many other folks. I know you have a pr firm, whom I have spoken to. I also know how busy you must be.
That being said, many in the investing community are questioning the validity of AXTG. What I mean by that, is they point out that prior to being AXTG the
pinkseets list several other companies under various names. The last one being riverside entertainment before AXTG. My other question is the listing of a
1000-1 reverse split, can you explain the reason for that. Any light you can shed on this would be helpful. I might add that it may help AXTG in the streets mind
if maybe a pr explaining these things came out. Any response to this email would be appreciated. Again good luck to you, as your sucess translates into
my own.
The future of the company is as bright as any I have seen. The product literally sells itself. As energy costs go higher, this company seems to have the perfect solution. Patented, proven, and just beginning. AWESOME...back on subject we go!
Congrats, We are the 16th most active board on IHUB. Perhaps we will attract new blood, maybe even industry types. Pennypusher, there are just over 60 million shares outstanding and around 15 million in the float. Per Charles Garcia, hired pr guy for Axis. Dana Lemieux of the Marrion gerrish community center installed Axis ballasts in his building. He is going to outfit the rest of his building with their ballasts. because his electric bill fell from over 800 to @ 500 a month. I quote him and Mr. Garcia directly, as I called them both.
On Monday I will call every number listed on Axis webpage from the President to the janitor and ask a few more questions. Since you guys don't want to believe the pr guy. I will ask them to clarify the pinksheet report on shares outstanding, as well as the 1000-1 split. Will I get through? I think so and I will get back to you. Not that fundamentals appear to be anything that interests you. Enjoy the rest of your weekend, and be careful out there. Shorting is a dangerous game. My downside with Axis is 2.55 at the close Friday. Your downside is unlimited.
MS80, I am not sure he has that agenda. He has questions, not unlike I had when I started looking. If he has an agenda, it seems out of character from his history. Regardless, that is what makes a market, sellers, buyers, and shorts.
I have tried very hard to find a problem with the company prior to buying the stock. Everywhere I looked made me want more of it.
Bruce, here is a link to the only research report I can find on Axis. I would like your input if you get a chance to read it. It came out on the 13th of November.
http://www.beaconequityresearch.com/report/20061113095248AXTG_initial_report_11-13-06.pdf
Barney, welcome I see you don't post often, lol. I liked your post, and agree with most of it. They are doing a poor job so far of driving the price down. We are attracting alot of new folks coming over to look out for us. If we get some negative pr then they have my attention. Until then, I would think these guys better move out of the way before they are run over. Good luck to you.
