Make sure you're only logged into 1 computer or device at a time. Also, remember to stick with 1 name brand browser, so if you're using Firefox, then stick with Firefox to open other tabs. It sounds to me as if it is a cookie problem, but it should be easy to solve.
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options.
Click the Delete or Delete Cookies button to delete your Cookies and also your Temporary Internet Files.
Go to the Security tab. Ensure the slider is set to Medium (not Medium-High or Custom).
Go to the Privacy tab. Ensure the slider is also set to Medium (not Medium-High or Custom).
Under the slider in Privacy is a button marked "Sites". Click on this and add www.advfn.com to the allowed list.
Click OK and OK and close ALL of the internet browsers you have open.
In Firefox select the Privacy tab and hit Clear Now (cache, cookies, and history).
Close and re-open your internet browser and then try Level 2 on iHub again. If you still have problems please let me know.

It's because you have some foreign stocks in your streamer list and you don't have the real-time data package for them. Example: TSXV:LI

It should be better now...slowly but surely all the tickers will start showing Bid & Ask on Level 2. Our data feed provider found the issue on their end and is fixing it now. It's going to be fixed completely by tomorrow. The fix is slowly trickling in. Keep in mind, the OTC Market is big so it's going to take all day to completely fix.

Sorry guys, but I've tried everything to get it to work with Linux, but unfortunately can't. Eventually, we will have the major tools like Level 2 and Charts converted into Java Script so this won't be an issue anymore.

The changing colors on the Bid/Ask prices on Level 2 indicates Market Maker tick movements.
If the market maker upticked from their last order/quote, it's green.
If the market maker downticked from their last quote/order, it's red.
If they haven't moved, it's black.
