Gummy your killing me LOL
I was not going to post tonight but I'm about to fall out of my chair.
Someone get this pic to Fisher.
How about some more GREAT NEWS !!
These stories add fuel to the fire and solidify the potential of Behl being able to grow and extract algae in a profitable way.
1.) Most of us can remember the PBR rapidly producing algae at San Juan Cap. Santa Ana will be doing that as well along with the 11 acres.
2.) Watch these 2 recent videos on the company that Behl licensed our extractor from. I believe Fish has done an outstanding job partnering with an extraction company in order for Behl to get revenues jump started. Fisher's choice of AVS demonstrates his talent to partner with THE best of the best.
Behl PBR + AVS Extractor = quick revenues
May 4th television interview. Listen very closely especially about algae being the "Super Food" toward the end of the video
http://www.algaevs.com/news-events
Titled Daytime Columbus with Gail Hogan
Then read the article above that from May 5th
The bottom line
It costs about $2 to process a ton of algae using the harvester, compared with $3,400 a ton using a centrifuge, according to research by Algaeventure Systems and Wageningen University in the Netherlands.
Hello Malt-- I will answer
3.) BG-- I want to ask a personal question and you may not answer & I will understand. Someone is selling millions of shares over the past weeks. Is Behl selling to finance operations I completely understand if so. Dennis "I am not selling, the company is not selling." Thanks enough said about that.
That was pretty much verbatim Dennis' answer. Now he may have been answering with the mindset of the recent selling. I did not specifically say Have you guys sold anything since inception. I was directing the question toward the HDSN or HSDN whatever the acronym selling that is taking place.
Not sure what your asking Hardwood
Behl is still quite risky but at the same time so many factors point to extreme success. That's my take on a year of researching this company.
I am holding my shares hoping for long term success that is if the overall market does not realize an all out absolute crash
Thanks Board...Good A.M. off to work now
I think we all wanted to just clear up some things. We can't control these small PPS setbacks but as long shareholders it is good to have confidence in this investment. I personally am thinking long term.
It is alot of work following this investment -- Sometimes I feel like a Behl employee with the time spent researching and reading I-hub as I am sure you all do. Penny stocks require tremendous research and there are SO MANY ON THIS BOARD that share information. I want us all to understand what we are invested in so that is why I enjoy giving immediate disclosure to information I can gather and appreciate everyone else sharing their information. We can all go down with the ship or we can all succeed together.
If this company goes under at least I can take comfort in knowing I gave 110 % and invested according to what I thought was a sound investment and I did it totally on my own DD and not someone else's reccommendation.
One last post for tonight
Board, I call Behl about once every two weeks the last 4 attempts were unsuccessful. Fish, Monique were always in meetings.
Twice I never got called back. I dont want you guys to think Im something special. They dont stop what they are doing to talk with me.
Tonight was total LUCK. Fish was not in a meeting and I think he was standing next to the secretary because she kind of mumbled to him and he said he would take the call. I had questions ready to fire one after another. This was short and sweet conversation.
That is the honest truth.
BG
Thanks Gofer
Gofer, I know we can sometimes misinterpret your info but Keep posting all your visits to Behl. Having eyes on the ground is huge.
I am all the way over here in Ohio and appreciate the feedback.
BG
You guys will know if I'm full of it
If the end of day rolls around and no PR. Otherwise Im telling the truth.
Obviously he would not say what was in it. As we will see together tomorrow
No problem.
I dont have the money or time to visit Headquarters either. I am envious of those who do.
Right now the PPS is like splitting hairs. I try not to get wrapped up in these price swings down here. I feel that double digit pennies are not unreasonable in the future given all the potential that lies ahead.
10 cent..12..16.. I think its possible. Revenues and cash flow will get us there.
Dennis "Thanks for talking"
1.) Im on I-hub with alot of core investors and would just like to have a little information to post to the Board DF --"no problem, what's your questions"
2.) OTCBB -- we all want out of pinky land.
DF--- We are working at quick as possible and the outfit we are going through to move up should have minimal questions and minimal re-submissions of information. We have NOT submitted the forms yet but we are working on it. Then the rest is in the hands of the group that is qualified to uplist us and meet SEC requirements. Keep in mind we will go back and forth until all information is satisfied.... Behl G --Thank you please keep this a priority.
3.) BG-- I want to ask a personal question and you may not answer & I will understand. Someone is selling millions of shares over the past weeks. Is Behl selling to finance operations I completely understand if so. Dennis "I am not selling, the company is not selling." Thanks enough said about that.
4.) We have a little controversy going on over on I-Hub about the 98 acre PR etc. etc. Dennis "This is NOT out of the picture AT ALL !! However, do you want the fastest path to revenues ? " Behl Gates " You know I do !! I am with you on this Dennis low lying fruit get us the revenues the quickest way" Dennis the 98 acres will take several months to come to complete fruition and there is alot of work to be done. We got long-term projects here. But we want quickest way to make money.
Good enough thanks for that info. BG Next question
5.) Lets talk about Innoculation of Santa Ana PBR please. Dennis "The 6000 square foot PBR will feed and Innoculate the 11 acre project. BG--- Are we going Omega3 for sure. Dennis "That is right !! " BG-- Because that is the low lying fruit I imagine. Dennis "Correct"
6.) Next question: How is the demand ? Are you guys getting calls for potential business ? Dennis "It's Scarey" "Yes" Unbelievable all kinds of uses for algae. Behl Gates.....I appreciate this I feel that long term growth is what will make this company great and create an entirely new industry.
7.) BG "Dennis are you hiring more employees ? " Dennis we are keeping the core 17 employees right now but probably 5 more when were rolling the 11 acre production and soon.
8.) BG " Are stress levels ok ? How are you guys holding up ?. Dennis " It's busy, long hours alot of work to do. Nothing great is easy. But it's exciting. VERY VERY Exciting !!!"
8.) We are dying to hear something about the NAA meeting with Dr. Goodall. We NEED some sort of feedback please. Dennis "Your going to get it" TOMORROW !!!
Dennis " Press Release tomorrow on Dr. Goodall and Business updates!" Be prepared. Behl Gates. Ok Dennis Sounds Great !!
Behl Gates "That's what I'm talking about. Thanks for all your time and keep up the hard work.
Behl Gates....Hang in there Team
I just got off the Phone w/Dennis:
Give me 15-30 minutes so I can make an informed and accurate post.
You guys can read my history, I think you will find I am pretty straight when I post what Dennis says.
BG
Good post Doubleg !! Good AM to all
Let's keep looking at the glass as half full. Behl is moving forward and we are all apart of this revolutionary industry
Good night my friends.
I hope for the sake of all these great folks invested here in Behl that this company takes off like a rocket.
I have a hunch that the core group of investors here are probably hard working, honest, tax paying patriotic citizens that are role models at work and serve their communities in any way possible.
That's just my guess. But I'm willing to bet I'm right
BG. Talk to everyone tomorrow
I have a RADICAL IDEA !!
You know what I personally would like to see. Don't fall out of your chair when you read this.
I would love to have BigBake1 and GummyFuzzyBear as board members for Behl. It sure would give me some darn good satisfaction to have these 2 sitting in and providing input. How great would that be to have I-Hub investors representing the board. I trust their judgment. Why not get some I-Hub representation. Heck -- we own this company !!!
I really see sound DD day in and day out from Big and Gummy. They bring many viewpoints. Big is outstanding when it comes to how the markets work and Gummy ask tough questions and is outstanding at DD, research and technology.
Behl Gates thinking like Bill Gates.
IMHO
Point taken back to Behl
Good point Sockit
I think we can all agree on one thing. Whatever the technology, Dennis and Dr. Goodall will know immediately which is the best. I do not think anyone can pull the wool over their eyes.
We should take comfort in the combined knowledge and wisdom of Fish and Goodall. This alone is a huge asset to our company.
BG
Multi-Layers / Single Layer
Well there may be a break through on multi-layer PBR's but the multi -layer PBR's cannot be as inexpensive as the PBR's produced by Behl at this time. Behl has already shown that they can grown algae at a significant rate as demonstrated at San Juan Cap.
Behl will be able to produce an end product in the VERY near future. I believe with some minor adjustments.
OOIL's is a concept on paper. We have seen the challenges when you go from paper to proto type to full scale. We are on full scale mode and are trying to perfect the system.
The Behl PBR's will serve a tremendous need for various algae demanded products.
OOIL's ideas could possibly be instrumental in order to mass produce THOUSANDS of BARRELS of oil (bio-fuel) for example.
I would much rather be in Behl for the sake of the first algae play to turn profits.
Again---Profits attract investors PERIOD !!!
BG IMHO
Positive Cash Flow is KING
That's it. Fish and Goodall need to take all the capital they have at their disposal and throw it at the projects yielding the highest Internal Rates of Return..
If it's Omega 3 then full steam ahead. Let's put the doubts to rest with a project to yield positive cash flow as quick as possible.
Then get us to OTCBB. We no longer belong here in Pink Land it is time to move forward.
BG IMHO
OOIL has some good things HOWEVER,
Looking at their Form 10k year ending 2009
$ 5,000,000 in debt. 1,500,000 in debt for 2008. So they have increased their debt load almost 3 fold. In addition at this pace they will be almost $ 10,000,000 in debt by end of this year 2010
Absolutely ZERO REVENUES !!
Net loss increased by $3,408,793 to $(4,915,071) for the year ended December 31, 2009, compared to $(1,506,278) for the prior year. The increase in Net loss was due primarily to the expensing stock compensation a non-cash expense, and the overall increase in operating expenses. Currently the Company is in its' development stage and has no revenues.
Go Behl
Steve..Did you get a hold of someone
at Santa Ana ? Dennis, Monique ?
I hope that is not the case
Today's posts have given me a headache this is painful. I do not like to see us pitting against each other.
We do need clarification on the so-called restricted shares. I would like to know more on what Gofer said.
Sweet !!!!!!!
What is knowledge/learning ? Behl 1st in class
The quickest way to becoming more and more knowledgeable is to experience a series of mistakes. With each mistake Behl eliminates that path of errors and shortens the cycle time to reach perfection.
Too many of our competitors have government funding and heavy backers but who is leading the pack in trial and error followed by success?
1.) Behl has already built and tested PBR's
2.) Enhanced turns
3.) Enhanced tubing -- UV resistant
4.) Solidfied the best data controls w/Siemens
5.) Consulted RWE pump engineering
6.) Use of the PIG
7.) Licensed and modified Algae Venture Systems extraction process
8.) Understanding of local, state, federal permits and restrictions
9.) Networked / networking w/the latest technological advances example--- NAA
10.) Established a state of the art website
11.) Tremendous shareholder communication
12.) A CEO that created the algae that flew the 1st Commercial Jet---That's up their with Chuck Yeager who 1st broke the sound barrier. Not quite as big as Orville and Wilbur Wright but it's quite impressive
13.) Combined experience, wisdom, and intentions of our executives
Stay focused team.....stay focused on what we have with this company
I will put Behl up against any algae company today
Why ? Because Fisher will outwork them all. We are not under any pressure from outside forces that will sidetrack our progress. (In other words--no power struggles within) Dennis, Brian G and Monique allow for quick decision making processes in order to stay focused and to move this company at light speed to revenues and profits. Behl is lean and swift. Too much politics in the larger companies and too much ego. Sapphire is burning through $ 250,000.00 per week and more just to make payroll and operating expenses. "I spoke to a solid source on that number"
Secondly, Dennis has put together TOP leaders for each department to get the job done. Sanchez, Gass, Maddox, Goodall, Berry and essential office staff along with a good group of laborers.
We do not have dead weight in this company if your an employee you have a major responsibility and their output per headcount is probably higher than any of the competition. Dennis knows exactly what everyone is doing.
Algae WORLD summit SanDiego
I know "Why isnt BioCentric on the list" probably because we are busy trying to make money.
I bet some of our execs will stop by. You can count on that
http://www.infocastinc.com/index.php/conference/algae10
Look at the attention ALGAE is getting
It wont be long too much investment in this industry and it spreading at the rate of algae growth
Steve did you ask Dennis how the NAA meeting went ?
That is no problem.
I believe from a business standpoint the closest site would make more financial sense:
-Shorter Cycle time to get PBR's up and running
-Tremendous Freight expense savings
-Our employees can install PBR's (With each PBR install we will become more and more efficient)
-Path of least resistance to revenues (Most Important)
From the prior posts that I have read
It seems like they have been showing alot of clients the PBR and there may be the chance that innoculation is taking place this week.
BigBake1 said there is no password it is for employees right now
Steve017
Any reason given for the RWE postponement ?
I will give a guess who is buying in LARGE volumes
Always look to the obvious. Sometimes I think we overthink things. I bet that the heaviest buying is being done by Sapphire executives. Dr. Goodall left on good terms in a confidential manner. He gave adequate notice and every executive at Sapphire KNOWS what kind of fire power Goodall has and one must add in the facts that Behl and Sapphire are in the same industry and probably know more than anyone in the world how close the technology is to TRUE ALGAE COMMERCIALIZATION.
$ 100,000.00 will buy you over ELEVEN MILLION shares of Behl right now.
This is total chump change to the executives at Sapphire. I can almost guarantee they are holding significant shares right now. Secondly, there are some deep pockets attending the NAA meetings and there are some deep pockets here on IHUB.
That is where I would look first
It is a pleasure having some OUTSTANDING
company in this investment. I am more and more impressed with this core group here. I feel very fortunate to have been able to network with all of you folks. I take comfort in knowing that there are some serious investors who do outstanding DD on a daily basis. If Behl is able to sustain such a smart group of investors than that alone gives me faith in this stock.
Yep-- I called Dennis Friday night
I usually have success getting a hold of someone on Friday evenings. 7pm est puts Cali time at 4pm so I figured they were cutting loose ready to call it a week and in a more relaxed mode.
The girl who answered said it was non-stop. She took my number and said she would have Dennis call back. Well this time no call back so I called back. Dennis was still in meetings and I told her don't bother him things must really be brewing. I did ask the girl if she could confirm if Dr. Goodall was at the NAA. She said "YES"
I then asked if Behl would put out a PR about Dr. Goodall's presence at the NAA she said most definately. We will have to see. I imagine he spoke.
BigBake1 -- 10 % was the last I heard
Dale Baeten previous IR told me that once the shares became free trading the amount allowable to sell was 10 % of their holdings after the first year. So we are in year 2 now. I do not know what takes place in year 3
Any NAA news ?
Dr. Goodall was there. I confirmed this but I do not know if he spoke. Would be nice to know if any new developments were announced
anyone pick up more shares today
Good to have you back BigBake1
Your posts significanty increase the boards IQ
Thank you very much
On a side note....I do miss BigBake1's comments. He really had sound input. Hopefully, we hear from him soon.
Exactly.
Please do not be confused. NO ONE at Behl has mentioned a single thing about Share Buy Backs, Reverse Splits or any other restructuring.
I am just throwing out my wish should we get to a dollar and want to qualify for Nasdaq sooner than later I would fully support a reasonable reverse split to bring the PPS up. IF AND ONLY IF we are showing increasing growth in revenues and earnings per share PERIOD.
I do support a Reverse Split believe it or not
I hope Behl does become highly profitable. I am 100 % confident revenues are coming the question is what will our profit margins be.
If we see strong profit margins and our share price pushes the $ 1.00 range then a 1 share for every 4 would make tremendous amount of sense.
I will strongly advocate this to The Behl execs. I know Frank Rawson and Goodall already know the guidelines. It may take an R/S to get us to the NASDAQ. But do not worry, this can be a great thing. As long as we show quarter after quarter revenue and earnings growth a R/S will be positively accepted especially if it is a 1 for 2 R/S or a 1 for 4 R/S.
Hypothetically if PPS hits $ 1.00 we then R/S 1 for 4 taking PPS to $ 4.00 and reducing the TOTAL SHARE COUNT to 250,000,000. Then we would met the NASDAQ PPS threshold and would allow institutionals and various large fund managers to begin buying large large blocks. Several Hundred thousand at a time.
This is what we want team. We want the Institutionals because they buy and hold. When they tie up millions of shares the float gets tighter and tighter and if we keep up sales volumes and profits this mother will soar like an EAGLE.
THAT IS EXACTLY WHY BEHL WANTS TO MAKE IT TO NASDAQ
WE ALL WIN !!!
We will not see a buyback for years
Any company that has huge market share to capture will plow all cash flow back into the expansion of the business in order to gain as much market share as possible.
Dr. Goodall and Rick Armstrong (RWE) have fortune 500 executive knowledge and I believe they like any other top executive would strive to do everything in their power to aggressively lead these companies in this emerging industry. We have a long way to go before any smart executive would use funds to reduce shares in place of gaining market.
Now on the other hand if Behl gets to a point where the market becomes saturated and growth is stagnant then it would make perfect sense to use cash flow to reduce sharecount BECAUSE at this point they could increase shareholder wealth by spreading the earnings over a lesser share count. I personally want every single earning plowed back into R & D, Equipment, Marketing, headcount expansion and PBR implementations etc. etc.
