Must be desperate enough to actually pay to get rid of the stock then. Why not just hold on to it instead of selling at a loss (aka. having to pay to sell)? Most of us have to pay $5 or more dollar per trade whether we sell or buy. An obvious paint.
He's got to be paying the bills somehow. I'd like to see how in the next quarterly.
No hall pass given. As I said if you read closer, I'm still waiting on the execution. Haven't seen enough to make a difference yet. Lot of talk and potential but not much results.
Even if WNBD got only 1% of what was PR'd, WNBD would be well in the black. It's easy to claim what a possible market possibility is, it's a total different thing to deliver on capturing that market. Still waiting on the execution part.
New blog concerning Walmart
Thanks for the update it's sad to hear. Was that the 4 oz or 1 liter bottle? I agree that no matter how low the price, if it isn't advertised so customers know what it can do, it's not going to sell.
No dilution is good but where is the money coming from for operations?
I'll still hang out here for awhile longer. Been here since 2006. Great product but given the financials and the inadequate marketing of the product, definitely don't blame you for cashing what little profits are left. Good luck to you in all your investments.
Thanks Tuna. At least that's positive. Let's hope he get's that financing and this turns around.
PS: I hate using the word "hope" in the trading world. It's just not smart.
Thanks and good to hear!
I would not be surprised to find out that we are no longer in Walmart "again". Over Walmart 330 stores should put up reasonable sales numbers if it was moving off shelves. And if it is not moving off shelves as Walmart expects, good chance we could get pulled if we haven't already. I also don't remember seeing any mention of Walmart in the financials, only Home Depot and Lowes.
Sales were dismal and this comes from a long time WNBD supporter. Should have been at least close to last year's numbers. Makes me question whether we have lost some big accounts (Walmart, Duane Reade. Sam's Club, etc) and we haven't been informed. Anyone check those stores lately. We haven't heard any word on these in a long time. The significant drop in sales numbers seem to be showing a reversal or loss of accounts. At the very least, product is not moving off shelves.
Dilution stopped for at least a month and a half, maybe longer. Quarterly financials should give us a glimmer of how that is being accomplished, for better or for worse. My guess is a combination bridge financing and increased revenues (though not much). Isn't 2nd quarter peak season for revenues in the cleaner/stain remover market?
To the contrary. The green paint was also pointed out. Equal opportunity painters around here...
Uh Oh, that darn green painter is back ...:) Guess it goes both ways!
Agreed that there are plenty of risk in buying this stock even at this price. I also feel the commending people for their trading this when a good amount are known to holding for long term is akin to congratulating people for buying at the .02s. Better to not comment on traings styles even if it has worked.
I'd buy .0002s all day long. And by the way, I bought before the blog was posted concerning the financing. No koolaid drinking here.
Good News is I got my .0002s filled. Bad News is that the dilution spicket seems to be leaking again! I would be good to see another O/S update next week to see if there is any change.
can you share the source of this data. I don't see it stated anywhere publicly by the company.
I don't think financing will be announced to the world until it's a done deal. In the mean time, we're in a information black out condition. Notice how few posts Eric has posted recently except for share count updates. This is not his normal mode of operation. Either way, we have a month of no dilution which is always a good thing. Acquired financing should keep that the trend but we'll have to wait to see the outcome.
Interesting... No issuance for the last 3 - 4 weeks. Company can't run without money so they must be able to pay the bills somehow without further dilution for the time being. Being this is peak season for the product it would be nice to think sales is covering cost but I don't think so yet. I think some type of financing is progressing. Especially if you give credibility to Eric's posts about finding financing.
I disagree that it is a moot point since yours and others comments on the point attacks the character of the individuals involved and WNBD.
How does this arrangement profit DD or Scup since they are only reimbursed for money out of their pocket? They never realize a net positive gain as you would if you were "paid" for a task.
My info comes strictly from public info only. Per DD and Scup posts on this site, they were reimbursed for their expenditures only. No compensation was provided.
My understanding is that DD is not an employee. I don't believe he gets a W2 or 1099 from WNBD. Where did you get this info? I don't see it in any public information.
I know he and Scup have help at shows but that doesn't make them an employee.
Seems like an opportunity for 504's to dilute some more shares if they wanted to. Wonder why they are holding off? Are they thinking the PPS will trend higher or just taking a break before the next wave?
Hold on.. I still want to buy some .0002's :)
Don't tell me you call 17,400 shares a real trade. Someone spending more to sell than what they are getting in return. The only thing it was successful in doing was getting a buy at the ask before the close. Maybe that's the MM's strategy. Doesn't seem worth it to me though.
Also if you do a search on blog for "June 15", the posts come up.
Easy fix is to disable the filter temporarily until the filter is corrected. Seems priority would be to not miss emails from potential business and investors. The spam filter problem doesn't seem to be a viable excuse to me.
Worth asking Eric for clarification.
I'm sure the 504s watch for news all the time to take advantage of the opportunity to sell their shares. Has nothing to do with the fact that news occurs IMO. Just that they see news and sell shares to get the most out of them. Todays another example of that I'm sure and a few buyers were able to get a few more .0003s which IMO is not bad. But the jury is still out on that,
A few more WNBD PRs on captured Military contracts and we won't need to worry about getting Lowes or other NAs to become self-sustaining. This is just the first baby step. Have to wait and see if we get a few more steps going to start running.....
Aren't the 1st qtr financial numbers due out Tuesday, 5/15? We should see whether the blog news has turned into real sales.
I agree. Most other public companies wouldn't give you any of the details the Eric gives us on personal except for maybe executive staff changes. All others would be listed as a dollar figure on one line in the finacials.
Thanks. Just wanted to point out the misinformation some pass around about WNBD and each person needs to do there own DD to verify the info that is being pushed as facts or at the least hinted at.
3,728,927,712 though high is NOT 5 billion even if you estimate up. Thanks again for the facts...
Didn't know there was "five billion shares" out there yet. Can you ponit us to that information? Otherwise I think that is just false info. Not to say we couldn't get there this year depending on revenues and acquiring friendly funding.
They have plenty of places to visit. 1000+ is finding homes in ots of new places. Just more places to collect revenue and make WNBD a success. Thanks for pointing it out....
To put it in perspective there is only approx $3,500 sitting on the ask. Not much at all. Someone recently hit the ask for 10 million shares. IMO someone will help Taki pay the rent. Just a little patience.
Not saying that flipping is a bad thing to make money. Just a different trading style per each individual. Some hold large positions while flipping some too. All different styles to make money.
