New 10Q out today. Not much new in it, except I found this paragraph interesting: Over the next twelve months management will be re-examining its business plan. We do not intend to enter into any additional direct development of our technology. Rather, we plan to become an incubator of the solar technology we currently own and technology that we may acquire in the future. We currently do not have any agreements to acquire any additional technology. In order to acquire additional technology we would either have to raise additional money through equity or debt financing or in the alternative issue shares of our common stock. We intend to study the feasibility of sub-licensing or entering into other types of agreements with third parties, whereby the third party will compensate us by paying a license fee and subsequent royalties. The compensation may be in the form of cash or in the licensee's common stock. Through our established relationships we plan to focus on the identification, acquisition and potential license or resale of renewable and alternative energy technologies.
I wonder if they don't already have a licensee lined up? There has been some unusual buying the last couple of weeks.

At least the Buys outnumbered the sells today. Not much else to be happy about......Oooopps I almost forgot, The company did learn to spell a new word today "Technology" and how to use it in a sentence.SEAN now try 0.20 - 0.16 = ????
Yes, 2 Funny.
Back in the Green. All it will take, is for the company to issue a PR with real numbers and the SP will take off.
7 Lunchtime BUYS, Haven't seen that in awhile?
Coolhand, No one attacked you, people merely tried to engage in a conversation about Alumifuels stock. Every body has opinions some good, some bad and all are welcome. As the board moderator. I will not tolerate behavior that violates the IH TOS ( I don't have time for non-sense) and would ban any poster that did. Relax it is a public message board and sometimes misunderstandings occur. This is a Grrr8 board and AFPW is soon to be a Grrr8 Stock to own.
stockyard10. The only dumb question is the question not asked. To answer, I personally have complete faith in Alumifuels and the company's management. Investing in this stock is best suited for Long Term Ground Floor investors. Not Swing traders, Day traders, or Scalpers. Do your research and look & see what the company has already accomplished.
$50 million market for K-Cylinder replacement. This entails lining up industrial gas distributors who will have customers that would prefer API’s PBIS-1000 portable hydrogen generator (see API news release of February 9, 2010) to bulky and pressurized K-Cylinders for field applications, particularly in remote and inaccessible locations.
Be careful what you ask for from the company (David). The last thing the SP needs is another meaningless fluff [sic] PR.
The worst thing you can do now is panic sell. Do your own research and make your own decisions. Following the Herd is never a good idea.
Not a MM. I'm thinking a Deep pocket who wants in but is trying not to drive up the price.
Take a L00K at this Post from Assistant Moderator mm107. He actually visited Alumifuels Corporate offices in Philly back in January and took pics, read his report here? http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=46502346
More company information is also available in the IBOX.
Moneynmetals, Very good post!
Good to see there is still some interest in the company. As far as I know, nothing happening, I am still hopeful.
Interesting Stuff, mm107. Thanks.
Did someone just Buy 140000 shares?
Showing signs of life. Anybody still around?
I agree very frustrating, however I still have faith in the company and it's potential. As always, I will continue to evaluate my investments & options.
Ya,..Fluff PRs are nice, What we really want is to see some real numbers to get the stock moving North. Are you listening David???
AFPW.OB is clearly a company on the move, recent press releases tell of the company's first sales of the Flagship product. Expanded Lab spaces. New Partnerships with industry leaders in Manufacturing, Packaging an Sales. The Strong Management and numerous niche markets make Alumifuel Power Corp a very Attractive Long Term Investment.
2 Funny..... 2 Funny...lol : )
Huge after hours sales 367.95k??? Interesting?
Very well Written. Thanks,
Patience is going to bring the fruit from this tree imo. We've had some bad luck with stock manipulation, but there are still some positive things to look at here.
-We've had a steady trading range for the last few months, 4.5 cents to 7.5 cents. While .075 has been our resistance, .045 has been our support, and a very solid support at that.
-AFPW is not shy about releasing news. There is a lot to look forward to with all of API's technology in the works, and they are not afraid to let us know about ALL of it.
-AFPW is a fully reporting company, so they release financials. So throughout the next year we will be able to see how well the company is really doing. If we have increasing revenues over the rest of the year I think it will be setting up for some nice things to come. PPS WILL follow eventually! A solid company that increases its revenue from quarter to quarter cannot be ignored by the market forever.
I can understand your frustration. I do think patients is needed here. The stock has Not lost any true value this week and has been holding up pretty well. All boards have their pumpers & bashers, I do think the majority here are serious investors who care about their investment in AFPW and like to share their thoughts.
2...Funny...lol
Pastor Phil, Thanks for showing the chart. I never knew it was there. I'm going to start using it myself
