There's a misunderstanding somewhere.. If I conveyed the idea that there is something Big.. and Good.. in the works for BCLE, and I somehow know about it, then it's a mis-communication on my part! I know of no such thing!!.. BCLE is connected with Abrams, Royal Dutch Shell, Smart Pipe, The Ethanol Production Plant and MORE and yet we don't hear anything!! Do you remember the new Distribution Center they opened on the East Coast to better service their customers and expand and SELL more product??.. It's never mentioned!!.. If they're making more money it's not showing up in stock value! BCLE has been in agreement with companies for a long enough time that SOMETHING should have HAPPENED by now!

Fact is ChinaDude I'm in COMPLETE AGREEMENT with the rest of the reply you sent me! I ALSO have been hearing promises from BCLE that are never delivered on!!

I also looked at chart several times and agree 100% it could go either way. It wasn't that long ago the stock value was LOWER than it is now!.. .001 and it sat there for months! Then 2 upswings! However it might be a different set of conditions now! Wish I knew more about it!.. still learnin!

As you say, there's LOTS of BIG MONEY invested in here and I can certainly understand the anger among shareholders. We're almost at the breaking point!.. If something doesn't happen SOON! I feel it even with the small number of shares I own! And when I look at BOCL with the name "Bio Clean" attached, I feel anger and frustration!!.. like we're being used.. the rug being pulled out from under us! (Think MIGHT be?.. ha!)

When, and if, people here decide to contact the SEC.. I plan to do what I can to contribute!

Glad you posted!.. Don't feel too bad. I started purchasing at .14 after hearing BCLE interview on Chippas show! At the high of .17 I thought .14 was a bargain!!.. After all, all indications were that the stock value was going UP!!.. When it dropped to .12 I thought here's ANOTHER great price! So I bought more!! I had only been trading a couple of months and I was making a classic newbie mistake!! Well it didn't take long to see what was happening. I bought a little more at .08... ETC.. ETC!! Bought more under a penny all in hopes of lowering my average!!

Two main things are SAVING MY BUTT!! FIRST, being a newbie I didn't buy that much to BEGIN with! Right now... Total... I have under 300K of shares!!.. YES!.. I KNOW!!.. It's MINISCULE compared to what many others have!.. I'm still thousands in the red! My son bought 3 mil shares at .02!

The SECOND thing saving my butt is that I purchased a bunch of NNLX on the recommendation of an experienced friend... even before I made my first BCLE purchase. I'm over 400% now. (I don't mean this to sound like a plug) If it wasn't for that I might be out of the market after barely getting started!

Right now that darn stock is following its CLASSIC pattern.. Dropping real low briefly then popping back up to its previous level! Then in 2-3 weeks that low level is the NEW level! Then in 2-3 it drops AGAIN briefly, then goes back up! Then it repeats it and repeats it.

At this point not sure what we're waiting for!!.. File formal complaint with SEC??.. EN MASSE?? Then again.. Does Shipley have something good coming?

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I bought this stock several months ago as a direct result of the BCLE interview on the Bill Chppas show! At that time BCLE said at the rate they were going they expected sales to DOUBLE in 6 months!.. That was MONTHS ago! Well!.. Where's the stock value?? I was warned not to listen to those shows. BCLE was re-interviewed just a month or so ago with... what I hear... was ANOTHER rosy picture!! HOW can Billy C, and Shipley sleep at night??.. Probably perfectly well with a pillow full of money! I find it hard to believe Chippas dosen't have a clue as to what is going on!

HOW IN THE WORLD could selling the name Bio-Clean be ANY GOOD AT ALL for the company and shareholders? Isn't a company supposed to build up it's NAME and REPUTATION so there will be instant recognition of QUALITY attached to it? (one hopes anyway)! If you sell the name, that recognition is transferred to someone else!.. Right??.. Or am I too new at trading, and missing something! Or maybe owning BCLE stock somehow connects shareholdes to everything thats going on so it doesn't matter where the name goes! Can someone out there please clarify??

MORE good news!!.. and yet this stock goes down and down. Every time I think it may have bottomed out and MIGHT be stable I buy more... then within a day its dropping again!.. This company has had enough Irons in the Fire for a long enough time that SOMETHING should be happening!!.. No company can survive on no income.

And yet I'm still optomistic that positive things are going on behind the scenes that'll send the value of this stock past the Moon to Mars! And I'm not selling and will buy more!.. Even if it's just to help me break even when the stock goes up!

Yeh!.. I'm still a newbie!.. A LOT of the stuff you guys discuss is above my knowledge and experience right now.. but I'm learning! But even I can see that "Sumthin Ain't Rite"

I now that it can take time for a big contract to go through. One GOOD one ought to really kick it up! There haven't been any yet that I know of... Thats one of the things I'm waiting for!.. I'm not selling!.. yet!

Compared to you and many others on this board I own a paltry amount of stock!! Heck.. at this point I hope I can break even eventually.. and I still think I will! Even make a profit! I wish I had the knowledge and experience some of you clearly have, but I'm still relatively new at the stock market.

BCLE has been on the Bill Chippas show TWICE in the last 6 months or so. WOW!... Did they sound good!! That's why I bought!.. and since then it's been nothing but a steady decline with a few bumps. Can a company that is licensed with the government to help Disabled Veterans get away with this?

I often think we should ALL file a formal complaint to the SEC!

Interesting perspective!!.. Yeh, I'm hanging in there.. I'm not selling and plan to buy more!.. I actually like the stock despite things that appear to be problems. One of the big reasons I originally bought was because of the Disabled Vet Certification!.. That alone is a big item. It's just taking longer than anyone expected to take off!!

I stopped trying to reach Shipley by phone a couple of months ago.. The people who answered always said he was either busy or out of town. He never returned a call!! Though, apparently, some people ARE getting through! BUT..I still think this thing is gonna really take off!.. Still looking to buy!... HANG IN THERE!.. If even ONE ITEM!.. BCLE's Weapons Cleaning Fluid becomes a military standard it will be worth a FORTUNE!.. Imagine how many weapons are in all the Armed Forces!... NO NEED to elaborate! WHEW!

Yesterday I bid to buy.. (not much... less than 100K.).. at .0161, and it sat, and sat, and sat, and never went through!.. So today it goes down to .0155. I bid and it sat, and sat, and sat and never goes through again! Looks like either dirt is going on or they're holding back good news so all their buddies can get in CHEAP! Who knows!

My son, who DOESN'T MB, bought 3 mil shares at around .02 a couple of months ago and hasn't sold!.. so theirs another few mullion that we can add to the stack.

They are NOT exaggerating one bit about the pressing, even urgent, need to replace, repair, rejuvenate millions of miles of old pipeline of ALL types in America and around the world.. Smart Pipe does it at a FRACTION of the cost of replacement! Example: About 3 months ago near Stuart Fl, kinda near me.. An old, but still in use, natural gas pipeline (over 50 years old) blew up from age deterioration, along Fla's turnpike.. No one killed but it literally blew several cars off the road.. the turnpike was closed 3 days.

Excellent points made by each!!.. I APPRECIATE you're dialogue!.. I'm relatively new to all this but I'm reading, watching, doing DD.

I made the mistake of buying in at .14 but MOST of what I have is now at .026 to .02. That darn stock WAS hovering around .02... now it's common to see it at .018 or .016. and it sits! Whats going on???

When I spoke to J Shipley some months ago he was open, friendly, information was given freely... and he said to call him ANYTIME! I told him I thought BCLE was good company and I had a substantial amount of stock and I hoped they did well. His voice suddenly SADDENED and he said he hoped they would do us well!.. SADDENED!.. For REAL!.. Of course it's MY interpretation!.. He may have only wanted to sound sincere!.. I'm smilin!.. Who knows!.. Anyway, about a month ago I tried to reach him... called him several times in a two week period... left call back number, everything. They always said he was either on the phone and would call back when he finishd ( he never did ), or he had just left his office, or he was out of town! Never did speak to him!.. And never knew who was going to answer when I called.. half the people who answered were friendly.... the other half sounded like they didn't want to be annoyed! Oh well!!... HA!

I am an OPTOMIST!.. I'm NOT selling!.. With what little I know about them it looks like they ran into problems a while back... competition or whatever and now they're trying HARD to get back on course and GROW!... Their credentials are pretty impressive! Looking at chart.. before the two recent runs... BCLE sat UNDER .06 for about 8 months!... and of those 8 months it sat at about .01 to .02... MOSTLY around .01... for over 4 months! I'm NOT SELLING!... Too many good things in place! It's jumping SOON!

According to MarketWatch within the last 24 hrs BCLE received another order for weapons cleaning machines and fluid totaling 100K.

It's good to read your message. I joined IHub in June and this is the first message I've sent. I simply can't find where to post a message to "everyone".. or "none". I contacted Admin when I joined, and as soon as I saw there was a problem I recontacted them. They responded quickly, were friendly and helpful and specific.. They indicated the exact page and location on that page to click on to post a message, but the simple fact is I looked ALL OVER and never found the page!!.. I didn't contact them them again.. I'm not shy but its a little embarrassing!.. haha!

But it was easy to find the "reply" location... so hence this response to you! I ALSO think BCLE is a good company. I learned of them from the Bill Chippas (I'm almost certain I spelled it incorrectly) radio show a few months ago. I was impressed! Unfortunately I started purchasing on the downslide at .14... then some at .12 etc!.. Right now I have over 100K shares, MOST of it at .026 and under! I'm not selling either! I called BCLE around memorial day.. left a message. I didn't think I'd here anything, but to my surprise Jim Shipley called me back personally!.. He was friendly, very open, and actually gave me more info than I asked for. They have a lot more positive things going on there than is listed anywhere! He was in no rush to hang up! He said call him anytime! I did try to reach him last week and week before. He was out of town etc.
